## StackAdapt Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful Ad Platform with Great Analytics—But a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

It stands out for its intuitive interface, powerful audience targeting and AI-driven campaign optimization. It supports multiple ad formats including native, display, video CTV and audio within a single platform. The Real time reporting , detailed analytics and responsive customer support make it easy to optimize campaigns and achieve strong results

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

There are a lot of features, but it isn’t very user-friendly, and it takes time to learn and understand. It may require a deeper understanding of programming and advertising to fully leverage all of its capabilities. Also, additional customization in reporting would be beneficial.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies programmatic advertising by consolidating campaign management, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting into one platform. This reduces manual work, improves campaign efficiency, increases audience reach, and helps maximize return on ad spend through data-driven insights.

  ### 2. Exceptional Support and Cutting-Edge AI in Advertising

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I really appreciate StackAdapt as it's our primary and preferred DSP for programmatic media planning and buying. It allows us to tap into a wide range of channels with precise targeting. The support from the team is exceptional, and the new Ivy AI function is one of the best AI services I've used on advertising platforms. I love the ability to quickly create audiences using Ivy or produce client-ready reports in a quick deck with relevant branding. With the managed services team supporting it, the initial setup is incredibly easy. I haven't felt the need to switch from StackAdapt since they entered the UK market, despite trialing other DSPs.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

It would be great if Ivy could suggest 'plain language' reporting for us to share with clients. As a team, we understand the programmatic terminology, but with channels like CTV, it's sometimes useful to have a 'what this could mean for the client' option in plain language. The only other thing would be the way in which audiences are surfaced, just which audiences are new to the platform and how to generate new audiences.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt allows us to access diverse channels with precise targeting for our clients. The Ivy AI function is excellent for quickly creating audiences and generating branded reports. It would be helpful if it offered 'plain language' reporting for client comprehension.

  ### 3. Intuitive Platform with Great Targeting but Needs AI and Flexibility Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I use StackAdapt for running programmatic campaigns at Seven West Media. The platform is very intuitive, with a very easy step-by-step setup process, and has a very easy-to-use interface, which means I can save time and make fewer mistakes when setting up campaigns. I find the dashboards and reporting very easy to use, providing necessary information quickly, which is very handy. The targeting abilities and built-in safety features, along with the user interface, are significantly better compared to the product we used previously. The initial setup was very easy with no issues.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

The AI Ivy function is usually out of service, which can be frustrating when I want it to help me with something on the platform. I also find the customization of campaigns very rigid. While it's good that the campaigns are step-by-step, it does limit the ability to build the simplest form of campaign that I want to build. It would be great to be able to have multiple channels run for one campaign with the same targeting without having to build out each campaign multiple times.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt lets us extend client reach beyond our own inventory, streamlining media buying with easy setup, intuitive interface, and user-friendly dashboards. It saves me time, reduces errors in campaign setup, and allows focus on other tasks.

  ### 4. Versatile Ad Platform with Impressive Targeting Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I use StackAdapt primarily for display advertising, video, and digital out-of-home for my agency's clients. I appreciate how it helps with reach and offers better quality delivery compared to other ad platforms like Google or Microsoft. The firmographic and ABM targeting, along with advanced behavioral and context targeting triggers, are really beneficial for our niche B2B sectors. I like the combination of self-serve and managed services, along with the wide array of targeting and placement opportunities. Having the managed services team available is great; they support us with build and share strategic insights, and it's reassuring to know that the campaign is being monitored beyond just our team. For targeting, many of our clients have very specific audiences, and StackAdapt helps us align and reach the highest quality audiences. Onboarding was pretty easy for us, especially since we opted for the managed route.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

I think it's a bit inaccessible for some of our clients with smaller budgets.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt offers better quality and reach in advertising, essential firmographic and ABM targeting, and advanced behavioral triggers. The managed services provide strategic support, ensuring campaigns are effectively monitored and high-quality audiences are reached.

  ### 5. Intuitive Interface, Advanced Targeting, and Real-Time Reporting in One Platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

What I like best about StackAdapt is its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes campaign setup, optimization, and reporting incredibly efficient. The platform offers advanced targeting capabilities, especially for programmatic and native advertising, allowing for precise audience segmentation and high-quality reach.

Another standout feature is the robust analytics and real-time reporting, which makes it easy to track performance and make data-driven decisions quickly. I also appreciate the variety of ad formats available, along with the seamless integration of native, display, video, and connected TV campaigns within a single platform.

Lastly, their customer support and account management team are highly responsive and knowledgeable, which adds significant value, especially when managing multiple campaigns or testing new strategies.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

One area where StackAdapt could improve is in platform navigation at times while it’s generally user-friendly, some advanced features and settings can take time to locate or fully understand, especially for new users.

Additionally, reporting customization can feel slightly limited when you’re looking for highly specific or granular data cuts, which may require extra time to export and analyze externally.

Another consideration is that certain premium inventory and advanced targeting options can become relatively expensive, which may not always be ideal for smaller budgets or test campaigns.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt solves the challenge of managing and optimizing programmatic advertising across multiple channels by bringing everything into one streamlined platform. Instead of juggling different tools for native, display, video, and CTV, it allows for centralized campaign management, which saves time and improves efficiency.

It also addresses the problem of reaching the right audience at scale through its advanced targeting capabilities, including contextual targeting and audience segmentation. This has helped me deliver more relevant ads, improve engagement, and drive better performance for campaigns.

Additionally, the real-time reporting and optimization tools solve the issue of delayed insights. Being able to quickly analyze performance and make data-driven adjustments has significantly improved campaign outcomes and ROI.

Overall, it benefits me by simplifying workflow, improving targeting precision, and enabling faster, more effective decision-making in my campaigns.

  ### 6. Easy-to-Use, Clear Results—Wish for More Custom Report Building

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I love the easy to use platform. I was able to build out campaigns with virtually no assistance. Is easy to go in and see how the campaigns are doing and make any updates that are needed.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Sometimes I wish there were more detail in the reports or customizable builds. Sometimes I also wish I had more knowledge around the creative library and custom creative builds.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to move products from a third-party vendor to in-house. Allowing me to either put more on platform or increase my profit.

  ### 7. Comprehensive Media Buying, Needs Better CTV Clarity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conley C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I like the personal team management feature on StackAdapt the most. It really helps since the platform is large and can be overwhelming at first. I also appreciate that the questions are answered directly and options are provided beyond my current understanding, helping me to get a better sense of StackAdapt's capabilities.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

I was slightly misled with the CTV placements within live broadcasts before buying the spots. I didn't realize the inventory would be so limited that nearly half of my allocated budget went unspent. I'm glad I didn't rely solely on CTV for site traffic and leads during that event since the ad rarely delivered.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt lets me access various digital media placements conveniently within one platform, and I appreciate the personal team management feature given the platform's complexity.

  ### 8. Ergonomic and Fast, but Complicated Reporting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I love the ergonomics of the StackAdapt platform, which is quite simple to use. This allows us to be quite fluid, quite fast, which helps us a lot. The user interface used on the platform allows me to save time, especially when inserting creatives on the platform and checking the performance, whether they are good or not.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

After that, I think about the assessment part, reporting. Make several reports for certain objectives, it's a bit complicated. There you go. After that, I don't know if it has changed in the meantime, but the last time I used it, that was it.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StackAdapt to achieve our B2B goals, particularly to generate qualified traffic to our website.

  ### 9. Competitive CPM Rates and an Intuitive, Forward-Looking Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I like the competitive CPM rates and ease of use with the platform. Audience targeting, including ABM and custom lists are also very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

I don't have any dislikes, I like how forward-looking the platform is and how they're always rolling out new features.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stackadapt is allowing me to target specific ABM audiences that I want to reach and also providing specific reporting for these audiences to give to stakeholders.

  ### 10. Baileigh Thompson Stack Adapt Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Baileigh T.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I use StackAdapt for planning and placing programmatic ads for my social impact agency, and I appreciate the planning and forecasting tool function which allows me to plan quickly in tight turnaround situations. I like working with the StackAdapt team; they are incredibly responsive, helpful, and make sense of the confusing tools in the platform. I really like that we can place digital OOH with StackAdapt, which is a unique selling point we can offer clients without tons of back and forth. The initial setup of StackAdapt was very easy.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

The forecasting tool reach does not feel reflective of reality. Also, when combining data segments, the time feels very long to get an audience count.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StackAdapt for quick planning in tight turnarounds. The planning and forecasting tool helps me, and their team provides valuable optimization opportunities. I appreciate their kindness and responsiveness, and I also like the digital OOH feature for seamless client offerings.

  ### 11. Streamlined Multi-Channel Ad Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier A.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I like that StackAdapt centralizes access to a range of channels like display, video, CTV, and native without needing different ad accounts with different vendors. It helps me craft relevant audiences across different channels for a cohesive approach. I particularly like the audiences section, especially the access to third-party segments. It makes it easy for me to find professionals from different industries to target in my employer brand or recruitment marketing campaigns, rather than just relying on interest-based targeting. The initial setup was fairly easy for my team.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Ivy, the chat assistant, tends to not work for me and usually gives me an error unless I clear up cookies every time.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt centralizes access to multiple channels like display, video, CTV, and native without separate ad accounts, and allows me to craft cohesive, relevant audiences. It helps generate awareness and move candidates down the funnel.

  ### 12. Precise Ad Targeting Made Easy with StackAdapt

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I like StackAdapt's ability to target precisely who I want to reach. It's incredibly useful for targeting specific audiences on my ABM list and generating pipelines with its comprehensive touchpoints.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

n/a

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StackAdapt for programmatic display ads to reach my target audience on my ABM list, providing touchpoints and generating pipelines. It's great for precise targeting.

  ### 13. Enhances Campaign Success with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I like the customer experience and the level of attention that we get from our reps. I appreciate how accessible they are and how they help us problem solve, activate, and educate us to better our campaigns. I think their audiences are the most valuable for me and it's how we kind of differentiate StackAdapt from different DSPs partners.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

I think the reporting could be a little more streamlined. It's pretty manual to find the answers that I'm looking for.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt helps us creatively hit and exceed our clients' KPI goals with different audiences and inventory offerings.

  ### 14. A Great Tool with Strong Potential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Baileigh T. | Digital Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

The team is the major upside to working with Stack Adapt

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

The tool functionality is a bit confusing and makes me less likely to work independently

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are a major DSP with many products and a clean pricing structure- having both is hard to come by

  ### 15. Responsive Account Service Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

The account service team seems genuinely eager to earn my business. Whenever I have a question or need some research done, they respond quickly and make sure I get what I need.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Most of our campaigns include a paid social component, and unfortunately they don’t offer managed paid social. That becomes a sticking point for many campaigns, since we believe everything should work together as one integrated effort.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have assisted me with RMN research and capabilities. They also provide the support our small agency needs to execute campaigns.

  ### 16. Quick to Launch, Easy to Use, Brilliant Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan L. | Digital Campaign Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

StackAdapt makes campaign setup incredibly fast and intuitive. Alan Dooney got us up and running in no time, and Kerian Scannell has been fantastic on ongoing support, always responsive and clear. The platform's ability to use third-party audiences allows for really granular targeting, which has been a big plus. The final campaign report was also easy to understand and made end-of-campaign analysis straightforward.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

The UI can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially when navigating deeper features. That said, there's plenty of training available and excellent support on hand, which really smooths out the learning curve.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt allows us to overcome targeting limitations on paid social by using third-party data to reach specific demographics more accurately. This has made our campaigns more focused and effective.

  ### 17. Easy to Use, Functional, and Backed by a Great Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

Ease of use and functionality, with a straightforward setup. Also, a great team.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

nothing specifically, i think we always think to use them first or second

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i dont think we deal with the same complicated problems other agencies and advertisers deal with

  ### 18. Stackadapt for B2B Business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

This is what I like most:

1. The targeting features for B2B marketing
2. The transparency of metrics for ABM marketing
3. The support: Mattia and Rafa (in Spain) are really great in the way they manage a customer

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

1. Careful with traffic quality (need to work on excluding placements)
2. Huge number of clicks, not reflected in GA4 users/visits coming from Stackadapt

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is one of the best platform to run ABM activities in B2B, since it is possible for us to see impressions, clicks and conversions for every company (account) we use in our targeting. It is benefiting us more on the top of funnel activities, to geenrate brand awareness.

They are also releasing new features that could be really interesting not only for e-commerces, but also for B2B lead generation activities.

  ### 19. Get's the Job Done Without the Hassle

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex O. | Digital Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I like the straightforward nature of the platform. The UI is easy to navigate and pick up after buying on other platforms. The insights and reporting are useful and transparent which goes a long way in getting my work done.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

StackAdapt is always adding new features and capabilities, which is a good problem to have as we grow our media buying.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt solves the problem of placing paid media across most channels with budgets that are big and small to inventory of all types.

  ### 20. Drive new customer reach through audience access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

They have a really clean area to build out audiences, great for market sizing
Access to plenty of data

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

The platform is not easy to use, and reporting can be difficult to get the segmentation you desire

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt have been able to gain access to data sources we otherwise previously couldn't get access to. Its help grow new customer reach

  ### 21. White-glove service & experience from the team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Director of Ad Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

The support and expertise they provide their brand and agency partners. The features are integrated across campaigns and easier to activate than other DSPs I've worked with.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

While they've made substantial improvements in the UI, there's still some areas where it is harder to access the information I want to see or reports can't be fully customized in the way I might like. No more of an issue than other platforms have, just something every DSP struggles with in some capacity.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to seamlessly run campaigns across channels / tactics with the support of an expert team on the DSP side.

  ### 22. Useful platform but still limited for advanced optimizations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

StackAdapt is a quite intuitive and easy-to-use platform, ideal for programmatic campaigns focused on awareness. Its interface is clear, allows you to activate various formats, and segment by interest, behavior, or context quickly.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Although it is functional for basic and outreach campaigns, the platform still presents limitations in deep optimization capabilities. The system's automation is very general and does not allow advanced adjustments at a granular level, which makes it difficult to scale performance or apply complex strategies.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt facilitates the rapid activation of multiformat programmatic campaigns (CTV, display, native) without relying on multiple external tools. This saves time in the planning and execution process, especially in awareness or mid-funnel oriented campaigns. Additionally, its simple interface allows non-technical teams to manage campaigns with relative autonomy, which streamlines internal workflows.

  ### 23. Greatest support team!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

Great platform with an even greater support team!

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

At times it can feel clunky to find exactly where I want to go if I am not using the platform all the time.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Advertising to the right people at the right time in the right place

  ### 24. We've had a great time working with StackAdapt to onboard a new client. The platform is great.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex F. | Programmatic Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

StackAdapt has amazing customer service - they're super responsive to any questions we have, and offer up solutions before we ask for them. The platform is easy to learn, and they have unique audience offerings (like ABM audiences) that other DSPs don't have.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Not the most intuitive platform - "campaigns" and "campaign groups" verbiage is confusing, and it's not easy to navigate between line items to understand settings. More clicking around.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us onboard a new client when we had limited resources and making that process seamless, unique audiences.

  ### 25. Great Customer Service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alriva D. | Associate Director and Product Lead, Strategy and Digital Investment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

StackAdapt's biggest strength has been their staff and client service.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

No large flags with them! Waiting to see how performance is for their buys.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance - driving people to website.

Campaign is early so it is hard to evaluate right now.

  ### 26. Short but sweet!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

Kane Walpole and Mati Espinosa have been incredibly helpful so far in the short period of time we've been working with Stackadapt - only launching the one campaign to date. They have been responsive to emails, insightful in their responses to brief and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our campaigns are set up and explained efficiently. The solution is helping my team who do not have internal resource or expertise in the world of programmatic advertising.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Nothing of note so far, the process has been seamless!

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Warner we don't have internal experts in the world of programmatic, and therefore needed to find an external solution. Stackadapt has been perfect so far in providing a buying platform but also campaign management which as a team of one right now is very valuable.

  ### 27. Managed Programmatic Advertising Services

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan L. | Digital Marketing Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I have enjoyed working with our account manager, Malcolm. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Additionally, having full platform access is something I am not used to. I really like having the ability to go in and pull reports at my own whim, or schedule reports to be sent to email at a cadence I specify.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

It's hard for me to identify something I dislike, but if I had to offer something I would say the platform has a tendency to optimize toward users who have a very high likelihood of converting regardless of the advertising. I'd love if there were more tools available in the platform that would allow for my time to better gauge lift.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main goal of my team is to drive traffic and revenue. We can clearly see that StackAdapt is allowing us to reach and put ads in front of a high volume of users who end up either purchasing at one of our stores, or visiting our site.

  ### 28. Reliable and efficient

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

The team is very prompt and reliable. They're very proactive and consistently go the extra mile to support our needs. Whether it's troubleshooting or assisting with setup, the team is always there to help.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Sometimes there is the need for some follow ups regarding reports or campaign reconciliation - nothing major but it might help to streamline the process a little more

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt helps streamline the media buying process by handling campaign execution, optimization, and reporting through its managed service. This saves our team time, reduces errors, and allows us to focus more on strategy and client communication rather than chasing down data or formatting reports manually.

  ### 29. Marketing Strategist, I direct, manage and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

StackAdapt's managed services are such an asset to our small, nimble team. They have become a part of our marketing strategy team and help us to identify the best-use of our client's investments. We also are able to get campaigns and tactics up and running easily and quickly. Our Stack team is always there to answer a question or make an optimmization.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Stack's reporting dashboards are a little confusing, but I'm getting better the more I use it. It's definitely not a beginner-friendly interface.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stack allows our team to programmatically place marketing efforts all in one platform. They are also doing it for us, which saves our team time and execution headaches.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

UI is great. Audience options are unique and varied. Support team has been great.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Like many ad networks, it does take a decent bit of ad spend to get campaigns optimized and hitting targets.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching customers outside of standard search and social placements.

  ### 33. Overall a positive experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

Support and communications from the AtackAdapt team
Flexible solutions that apply to different verticals

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Platform capabilities - would need better integration with third party tracking tools, ability to import goals/conversions
Audience/traffic quality is much lower than other channels, despite targeting options
Premium inventory placements are sometimes irrelevant for the client's vertical (e.g. a cooking blog as Premium inventory, for a fintech client).

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility across unique inventory, complementing other channel activities.

  ### 34. Continues to be a great experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaphet T. | Digital Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

After ~ one year hiatus from StackAdapt, we've had a great experience with our StackAdapt team. They're very reachable over email or phone (despite one of our clients being very difficult to manage) and knowleadgeable.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

The reporting dashboard takes getting used to, but other than that, no complaints.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt helps expedite the ad building process for programmatic advertising (unlike self service platforms like DV360). This is a big time save on our end, as our team isn't very big.

  ### 35. A legitimate contender in the DSP space, especially for small- to mid-size agencies/brands

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory J. | Associate Director of Digital Advertising, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

Although I believe StackAdapt now requires you to spend a certain amount before fully self-serve usage becomes available, the biggest upside to this DSP is the fact that it has no required spend minimums to get access. This offers substantial upside for agencies and brands that don't have the resources or the need to invest into some of the larger players in the space (e.g., DV360, TTD, etc.). Despite the lack of spend minimums, however, StackAdapt still allows you to tap into some great tools and premium inventory, and the service offered by the platform's account executives is second to none compared to other DSPs. They will be as involved in your campaigns as you need them to be, and it's a huge plus to have another resource readily available to help you troubleshoot and make recommendations.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Although this is not likely a huge issue for most people, it is worth being aware that StackAdapt does not readily share its pricing structure with users. I'm always of the opinion that more transparency in the adtech space is always a good thing, and I always wish I knew more about the margins that were being taken on my media spend, mostly because clients want to have a better understanding of where their working media dollars are going. Additionally, setting up privately negotiated deals (PG, PMPs, etc.) requires the input from your StackAdapt rep. While this is useful in most contexts since they do all of the troubleshooting to ensure the deals are configured properly, it's something I wish I had a say in so that I could just streamline my campaign setup process. Regardless, these are relatively minor drawbacks for what is an otherwise solid DSP.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For clients and/or situations where using a DSP like DV360 is either not feasible due to billing restrictions or unnecessary based on campaign goals, StackAdapt is where we turn to first. Having a high-quality platform like StackAdapt available in our tech stack makes it easy to always have a DSP readily available to recommend to clients when the need arises.

  ### 36. Helpful Team, Solid Product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

The team at StackAdapt is responsive and helpful and delivers value to our clients

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

By its nature you do not have control over where your ad might be placed which is not for every client.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching Stack Adapt's curated audiences in mediums we would not always have access ti

  ### 37. Great communications and really helpful, knowledgeable team.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

The team I deal with directly (Adam and Gzerrel) are fantastic. They're open to working in with me and open to communication methods that work best for me.

The platform itself is easy to navigate and use.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Not much - like all DSPs it is hard to drive click conversions and their attribution models are more advanced than standard marketing platforms so it's just about education and really driving home a holistic marketing funnel approach to clients.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driving further branding and awareness; adding more touchpoints on lengthy consumer journeys.

  ### 38. Great service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack M. | Digital Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

We receive great service. Quick and deep knowledge for best results.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Can't do keyword targeting like DV360 can

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TTD and DV360 are too expensive for us to use

  ### 39. It was the people for us...

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

We appreciate the team dedicated to our agency. They've been instrumental in getting our campaigns launched and optimized. We have bi-weekly meetings with our StackAdapt team to discuss new features, how-tos, or their recommendations to improve our campaigns. Our team has found the platform easy to navigate and use. Once we went through the StackAdapt Academy training videos, we found we knew enough to be hands-on on the keyboard and implement campaigns.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

The only downside I've found is the low limit for credit card billing. We use Ramp for credit cards which requires invoices to be uploaded upon a charge. I'd prefer to be charged monthly, however, the threshold max is $10,000 which means we're getting charged weekly or bi-weekly sometimes. Pretty picky and/or specific to our organization but the only downside we've come across so far.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt is expanding our in-market branding reach with CTV/video campaigns. Our team of in-house buyers has direct access to most of the major CTV platforms - Hulu, Peacock, Paramount, Tubi, etc. - which has expanded our offerings to our clients.

  ### 40. StackAdapt and its team deserves a gold star.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

What makes StackAdapt really stand out is the team. I personally worked with Kane Walpole and Mati Espinosa, and they are an absolute delight to work with. During the set up stage, they assisted with setting up campaigns and made the transition to a new platform seamless.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

StackAdapt is a very in-depth platform with many capaibilities which has a steep learning curve of the ins and outs of the platform. The reporting isnt's as intiuitive as other platforms.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team needed a new platform to reach very specific users. StackAdapt has advanced customer targeting capaibilities, exceeding traditional paid platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.

  ### 41. Team Is Easy To Work With, Platform Expands our Potential Reach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan M. | Performance Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

- Expanded network of advertising inventory compared to other ad platforms
- Reps are proactive at providing recommendations
- Different advertising options such as DOOH

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

- Difficult to see which websites and other placements our ads appeared on
- Not sure of the impact the ads are having on our overall efforts

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching new users in the networks they are part of which we assume is improving our brand awareness.

  ### 42. Excellent platform for Programmatic Integrations and Insight

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shruti T. | Digital Performance Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

Excellent insight into the programmatic space, a detailed online dashboard that is easy to use and excellent client service.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

There is lots of information to be unpacked within the interface and this can be overwhelming. Nothing that cannot be sorted with a little bit of training though.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a strong DSP, with trusted data partners, that helps us to reach out to valuable audience segments and target our display/video advertising better.

  ### 43. Stack Adapt: Where Efficiency Meets Empathy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aurelien S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

Working with Stack Adapt has been a true pleasure. Their team is incredibly responsive, taking the time to understand our unique needs and providing tailored solutions. In an industry where being heard can feel rare, Stack Adapt's client-focused approach is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend their services to any company looking for a proactive and reliable partner.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Sometimes the transparency around deals is unclear (actual media CPM, tech fee, mark up etc...), but it must be balanced with the value they offer.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stack Adapt offers a streamlined 360-degree programmatic solution, making it easier than ever to plan, buy, and report on inventory across all digital channels.

  ### 44. Easy to use programmatic platform with accessible and human support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

There are a deep breadth of audience types that can be leveraged for a variety of industries, which is key when placing media across niche industries.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

There is some ramp up time with regards to learning how to use the platform but the one on one support they provide is tremendous especially when brainstorming new strategies.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides an alternate channel when we want to do a more specialized buy outside of platforms like Google. It also provides a more cost effective alternative for CTV placement.

  ### 45. Great team, product is always evolving.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

The time it takes us to get up and running. They have good inventory and always working on better targeting. They have a great support team.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

I don't have bad things to say about their product

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Targetting capabilities, inmtegrating data partners, setting up and running.

  ### 46. A solid DSP

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

Stackadapt have a great support team who make life so much easier with training materials and campaign advice.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

The "Overview screen can be a bit non-intuitive to navigate, between campaigns, campaign groups, and their respective settings. This is something you can easily get the hang of with a bit of practice in the platform.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt makes programmatic advertising quite easy and affordable. The experience seems on-tier with high minimum-spend platforms, which is great when working with clients who hold lower spending capacities.

  ### 47. Stack Adapt is a great one-stop-shop for programmatic media buying

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse A. | SVP Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

Stack Adapt has great analytics and it is very easy to understand where your money is being invested and which tactics are working. The creative services are also a nice value added service.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Similar to a lot of DSP platforms, the reporting is very generous and attributes a lot of transactions to passive media touches

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospecting at scale with a plug and play capability to test new channels with a really fast turn around .

  ### 48. Advertiser in a Managed Service Role

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | Sr. Media Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

Customer Service was stellar and the reps were very knowledgable about the platform. Campaign had no issues during flight

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

I'm not the biggest fan of the UI. It's a little clunky and I don't understand why there is not an Ad Group level. With that said the platform is still plenty easy to navigate.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used StackAdapt as our DSP in a managed service capacity on behalf of our agency client

  ### 49. Great Customer Service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2024

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

The team we work with is responsive to our questions, provides valuable insights to assist with campaign performance and has been helpful getting our team comfortable with using the platform.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Some of the CPMs are higher than we pay with other vendors.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are exploring vendors who can provide measurements that advertisers can use beyond vanity metrics.

  ### 50. Competitive rates, a strong tool, and good people

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin N. | Associate Media Director, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2021

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I first reviewed StackAdapt back in 2021. Updating for 2023, many of the qualities I appreciated remain true. They have competitive CPM rates, and the StackAdapt tool is intuitive and has a robust suite of guides and support documentation. They also contract a number of niche data providers that other DSPs don't. Lastly, everyone I've interfaced with at StackAdapt has been pleasant and knowlegeable.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

In recent years, I've seen quality of work deteriorate slightly in managed-service relationships: more miscommunication, less thorough optimization. It seems a symptom of understaffing, but this isn't uncommon in the industry. Though the customer service I've received is imperfect, it still beats out several other DSPs I've worked with, and would not keep me from recommending StackAdapt.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using StackAdapt for managed service programmatic advertising across channels to achieve bottom-funnel objectives for a client in the education sector. Costs-per-conversion are outperforming client expectations.
