I find it very user-friendly, making it simple to reach out to potential leads. It’s also valuable for customer service and upselling to existing customers. The daily and weekly email summaries help me stay updated on website activity without taking up too much of my time, allowing me to respond quickly to new leads. Jack, our Customer Success Manager, is always helpful and provides individual support to clarify data and generate reports. One of the most time-consuming aspects of using the software is researching a contact. Since we often interact with many individuals within a business, it can be challenging to determine exactly who was viewing the website. The Catering Managers, who are usually our primary contacts, are rarely listed among the available contacts or on LinkedIn.
