The platform interface is intuitive compared to other DSPs. And there are lots of great audience targeting options, including the page context AI which I think is excellent. So far, the only issue we have encountered with StackAdapt is the one pixel - typically, platforms have the option to create more than one pixel to install it across different sites. On StackAdapt, you'd need a new ad account for each time you want to create a new pixel, and there isn't a 'Business Manager' level or equivalent. Due to GDPR, we can't install the insight tag onto different client sites, and I would imagine it would mess with the data if the sites are different verticals, too - as the AI wouldn't be learning about one user type. Genuinely the best part of working with SackAdapt is our relationship with our account management team. They are always helpful and get back to us with insights very quickly. The fact the platform has no monthly fee is also fantastic and makes selling programmatic campaigns to clients very easy. There is not much to complain about StackAdapts service really. Some of the reports are very US-centric but I'm hoping we will see more UK / EU refined versions of these in time so that we do not need to edit the slides before placing them in client-facing decks for our UK clients. Everything is still perfectly usable and the data is clear though - the slides just need to be manipulated to make it clear for these Non-US clients that we are not showing the US data when as the default view shows the USA first. Stackadapt is an excellent platform to support the marketing mix and digital marketing channels. As a specialist agency, Stackadapt gives us opportunities to run campaigns compliantly in locations not always possible with other platforms. Their account management is probably one of the best I have worked within in terms of responsiveness, support, strategy, and troubleshooting. There is nothing we particularly dislike about the platform. As with all digital marketing, it is about a test and learn process, and not every strategy will work with every client. We love that it's a self-serve platform that can serve programmatically across various supply sources. It has been a huge win for our team that we can offer this type of service to our local and regional clients. We love that they're always innovating and adding in new ways to target, as well as new placement types. Reporting is robust, and we love utilizing the conversion journey to help tell the story of how client's ads are driving consideration and action.
