What do you like best about StackAdapt?

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

There is nothing to dislike particularly - maybe a slightly stronger GDS integation? But I'm splitting hairs because the fact they have one at all is a strength. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're able to optimise more effectively across various supply sources. We can target supply sources, devices or specific domains to drive efficiencies in our advertising.

What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The training portal is very complete and leaves you with enough information to dive in and complete successful campaigns. Unlike some of its competitors, the Stack Adapt interface is intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The planning tools still need work. You can build a campaign to cover entire DMA markets but the planning tool insists you use a City by city approach. What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The StackAdapt team communicates well and responds promptly to all of our questions/requests. Project timelines are always the top priority, even when we are late to provide creative or other necessary details on our end. With a very nuanced campaign, the StackAdapt team has shown great attention to detail to ensure everything gets set up correctly. What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

We are currently utilizing StackAdapt for a campaign with the main KPI of generating leads. We have found StackAdapt doesn't always perform as well as our other channels for this KPI, but for all other media metrics, StackAdapt is exceeding benchmarks. StackAdapt has worked with us to make a few optimizations to increase our lead volume for our campaign. StackAdapt is reporting on both view-through and click-through conversions and has continued to optimize towards click-through conversions since this metric is most important to our clients. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the minimums each quarter. We're a super small agency and are dipping our toes into programmatic as a capability so that's sometimes a barrier. We've been able to access premium inventory at an incredibly affordable price. This was something that our clients were wanting that we were having a hard time reaching the publisher for and the partnerships team at SA really bridged that gap and advocated for us.
