StackAdapt has amazing customer service - they're super responsive to any questions we have, and offer up solutions before we ask for them. To sum it up, I chose StackAdapt because it had a user-friendly interface and no minimums, unlike other similar DSPs. What I was surprised with though was how amazing the account reps are. They are extremely helpful and will assist with anything you need, from campaign strategy to actual set up and reporting analysis. I especially like the ability track in-store visits, which has been extremely important for us as an auto group to see who from our campaigns visited our dealerships. While there are many programmatic solutions out there, we can confidently say this is one of the best ones we've used. The platform and dashboard itself is extremely user-friendly, and furthermore, their FAQ section is very comprehensive as well (it even has industry benchmarks for specific channels!). The flexibility of reporting offerings that can be tailored to your desire make it a very seamless process to take a deep dive into multiple data points. Their management team is also top notch, quick to respond to any inquiry and always able to provide insight into best practices within the platform itself.
