StackAdapt has a nice user interface and is layed out well so its easy to use. They also have a great support/rep team that answers questions prompty and is willing to help on a call at any time.

I have enjoyed working with our account manager, Malcolm. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Additionally, having full platform access is something I am not used to. It's hard for me to identify something I dislike, but if I had to offer something I would say the platform has a tendency to optimize toward users who have a very high likelihood of converting regardless of the advertising. One area StackAdapt could improve is in providing more advanced reporting and analytics tools that directly connect campaign results to our key business objectives, like lead generation. A customizable dashboard that allows us to view and analyze these metrics in real time would be incredibly valuable, making it easier to demonstrate the impact of each campaign. StackAdapt is an incredible DSP for Small and Medium Size Businesses. It allows small businesses and their agencies to manage their digital media programs without having to use a bloated platform with high platform fees. StackAdapt is also agnostic from several out platforms, so you can use many of the most popular ad networks without having to use the platforms walled gardens. We use StackAdapt for many of our clients to fullfill their media serving needs and it's easy for us and a great platform for them.

The only challenge that occasionally comes up with StackAdapt is related to the campaign setup process that sometimes includes a few unnecessary steps but overall, the platform is great is once you setup a few campaigns, it's pretty straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
