So many things! StackAdapt was our first venture into programmatic advertising and it's been wonderful so far. Other DSPs had high mininums with long term contracts, and a hands off approach which was concerning, but StackAdapt was perfect for testing the waters. Aside from the flexibility of the platform, the team was absolutely fantastic, friendly, and so helpful. They were quick to answer any of my questions, supplied me with great resources and advice, and spent the time working with me to learn the platform so I could have the level of control over our campaigns I wanted.

On the campaign front, it was great to be able to market and retarget across multiple channels instead of using a different platform for each and really be able to see our customers' journey to conversion. The cross platform tracking and depth of reporting also made it easy to track our incoming leads and get good actionable data to use across all of our marketing efforts. There is a learning curve and an almost overwhelming amount of information available to you, some features or parts of the user interface are just slightly different enough from other platforms to cause a little confusion, but the educational resources and support they provide combat this really well. In the past, running programmatic campaigns always felt more complcated than it needed to be, with platforms built on old software that seemingly had complexity built in for complexity's sake. I'd always found them bloated and confusing and with unessccary features and funtions. StackAdapt has been a breath of fresh air, with an interface that is logical and makes sense, and all the same quality placement and targeting options we needed. We feel much more in control of our programmatic offering now.
