"Efficient Platform with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt has been an invaluable tool for our programmatic advertising needs. The platform's user-friendly interface makes it easy to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns, even for complex strategies. We’ve seen tremendous success with their advanced targeting capabilities and in-depth reporting, which help us refine our approach in real-time. One of the standout features has been the quality of customer support. Our specialists, Nate and Nathan, are knowledgeable and incredibly professional. They consistently offer actionable insights and are always available to troubleshoot, making sure our campaigns perform at their best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

While StackAdapt offers comprehensive reporting, we’ve occasionally found that locating specific reporting features or insights on our own can be challenging. Navigating through the various reporting tools sometimes requires additional time, and it would be helpful if the platform were more streamlined in this regard. While support from specialists like Nate and Nathan is always available and helpful, greater ease of finding and utilizing these reporting functions independently would improve the overall user experience. "Perspective from a new marketing agency, experienced media buyer"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

Stack Adapt has been a valuable addition to our digital media toolkit.

Our account rep, Annie, has been incredibly helpful throughout the onboarding process, providing technical support, and working with our strategists with both capabilities and strategic insights. Her expertise has been crucial to our success with the platform.

The platform is easy to use and has an intuitive user experience. Many of the daliy reports I would have to build in other platforms are already built in the reporting section. After working with other platforms like DV360, Trade Desk, and Beeswax, Stack Adapt stands out as the most efficient and user-friendly I’ve encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The inability to add/manage PMP deals on my own. However, it's a trivial issue as Annie was able to help me coordinate with the backend team to accept and add deals on my behalf. Just took a little coordination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"They made my job easier and my role more powerful"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The team that supports me at StackAdapt is phenomenal. Thanks to their attention during discovery calls and their ability to uncover and clarify campaign goals, every piece of the programs we run through StackAdapt is meticulously strategized, managed, and reported on. Their creative development team is spot-on, creating beautiful, on-brand assets with the very few building blocks I provide them. Response times are faster than any other team I work with; and every member is genuinely kind, thoughtful, and great at their job. I highly recommend working with them if you are looking to expand your advertising audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I dislike that I haven't gotten more clients to move into programmatic with StackAdapt. Budget restrictions can be an issue for some of our smaller clients, but interest is solidifying for some of our larger clients, so hopefully that won't be a dislike much longer. "Easy to use platform with very helpful support staff"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt do a great job of launching and optimising campaigns for our different clients. Their account managers have a wide range of knowledge when it comes to different ad types for various industries. The staff are always going the extra mile to make your campaigns perform the best. The platform is also very intuitive and is very comparable to other bigger ad platforms which is useful for any marketer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Lack of comparisons to other ad platforn performance. Needs more regular updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable and easy-to-use programmatic DSP for B2B agencies"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The customer service is personable and always helpful. The platform is user-friendly and a reliable tool for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

There isn't anything I dislike about StackAdapt. I would just say multiple factors can play a role in specifying your campaigns so it can be a lot to learn at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Platform, Best Customer Service"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

They have some of the best customer service you'll find anywhere. Not only are they helpful and quick replying, but they have a great, positive attitude. You can tell the team enjoys working at StackAdapt. The platform itself is fast and easy to use. I don't think I've ever seen a bug. It just works. They've also always had the solutions I've been looking for. Not once have they said "We don't have that feature." Sometimes they've even added an awesome new feature before I could even float it as an idea. All of this has been the case in the 2+ years I've been working with StackAdapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I only have one criticism and it's that their real-time reporting is slower than what I'm used to. Their metrics seem to be a few hours delayed, so it can be hard to make urgent adjustments. Fortunately the team has always been available to help in a crunch, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing capabilities to offer clients with medium sized budgets"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The rep we have as our primary contact (Kane) is amazing. He consistnely delivers amazing decks when we request them and is happy to join any client calls we put forward to him.

The amazing capabilities it enables us to offer clients. It adds a new level of service that keeps our clients happy; new placements, interesting retargeting options, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Slow replies over email on occasions from our rep but that is due to high demand I believe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

StackAdapt also feels like a forward-thinking platform. They’re constantly rolling out innovative features that keep ad engagement high and results strong. "Excellent team to work with at StackAdapt"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The team at StackAdapt, Meaghan and Vinny specifically, are incredibly helpful. They respond so quickly to any request and provide fast solutions. If we have a client request, our go-to has been StackAdapt. We've seen performance increase specifically with our display campaigns but plan to use the OOH capabilities as well in the future. When we have questions, Meaghan and Vinny are easy to reach and willing to jump on a call to discuss and troubleshoot. With most campaigns being managed by them, we've been able to trust the team to make optimizations and make recommendations to better campaigns. We are also a big fan of the planning feature on the website, using the forecasting tool often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

There isn't much to say when it comes to the downsides of StackAdapt. I think if the budgets are too small and having to learn the self-serve platform is too time consuming, that could be a downside. However, the team was very helpful in walking us through the platform and providing in depth demonstrations for when that opportunities does come. I anticipate still having lots of help when it comes time to manage our own campaigns through their self-serve platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A legitimate contender in the DSP space, especially for small- to mid-size agencies/brands"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

Although I believe StackAdapt now requires you to spend a certain amount before fully self-serve usage becomes available, the biggest upside to this DSP is the fact that it has no required spend minimums to get access. This offers substantial upside for agencies and brands that don't have the resources or the need to invest into some of the larger players in the space (e.g., DV360, TTD, etc.). Despite the lack of spend minimums, however, StackAdapt still allows you to tap into some great tools and premium inventory, and the service offered by the platform's account executives is second to none compared to other DSPs. They will be as involved in your campaigns as you need them to be, and it's a huge plus to have another resource readily available to help you troubleshoot and make recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Although this is not likely a huge issue for most people, it is worth being aware that StackAdapt does not readily share its pricing structure with users. I'm always of the opinion that more transparency in the adtech space is always a good thing, and I always wish I knew more about the margins that were being taken on my media spend, mostly because clients want to have a better understanding of where their working media dollars are going. Additionally, setting up privately negotiated deals (PG, PMPs, etc.) requires the input from your StackAdapt rep. While this is useful in most contexts since they do all of the troubleshooting to ensure the deals are configured properly, it's something I wish I had a say in so that I could just streamline my campaign setup process. Regardless, these are relatively minor drawbacks for what is an otherwise solid DSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
