The team I deal with directly (Adam and Gzerrel) are fantastic. They're open to working in with me and open to communication methods that work best for me.

Our points of contact at StackAdapt provide excellent support and are always willing to go the extra mile when we have questions about platform capabilities, audience and targeting options, or general strategy. What do you like best about StackAdapt?

It has a wide variety of audience targeting options, to include a very vast library of third party audiences.

The setup of campaigns is very organized and flows easily. Making it very simple to build and label large accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

There are some features missing, like Geo-radius in the forecasting tool, which will probably be added in the future.

Some minor dashboard layouts tweaks, that are not intuitive, like where the table edits are. They are explained in the StackAdapt certification and training though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
