Although we do have many positives, Spinify has been quite challenging with sound and videos. When we have a birthday or a settlement come through the TV, sometimes the video won't load therefore the music won't go off. We have also tried just the gong and that sometimes won't work. I love the support team in Spinify the most! Especially Peejay - she always has our back whenever we run into an integration issue. Her prompt responses are lifesavers and make a huge difference when we’re trying to troubleshoot quickly. She’s been incredibly helpful in guiding us and making sure Spinify works the way we need it to, not just how it’s set up by default.

Because of her support, the onboarding and adjustment period felt much smoother, and we were able to confidently implement Spinify into our workflow. It honestly feels less like a support ticket and more like having a reliable partner who understands our goals.

One limitation I’ve noticed is that we can’t create yearly competitions, which would be really useful for tracking long-term performance and motivation across the team. At the moment, everything resets monthly, so it’s harder to maintain ongoing engagement or recognise annual achievements.

It would also be great to still view the results as a leaderboard once the monthly competition finishes. Currently, it just rolls over to the next month and the previous standings aren’t easily visible, which makes it difficult to reference past performance or celebrate winners afterwards. I like that Spinify is a one stop shop for the competitions, and we can put it all on the TVs in the office, and people can find it on their laptops as well. It makes it less of a hassle for them to go to a link to find it. They can just have it up on the TVs in the office, and they can find the leaderboard right there. It fosters a competitive environment, which is what we need in the sales office. Setup has been fairly easy, and working with our team has been great. I find Spinify really fun and engaging because it's super gamified. It has these cute little cartoons, videos, and songs that make it a really enjoyable experience. I don't have any dislikes; however, I do have an area of opportunity. It would be great if the agents could have a button that would allow them to start a head-to-head competition with their co-workers. I feel this would build excitement for the tool even further, allow it to be more interactive for the agents, and allow them to help hype the program with their peers by having the ability to start a head-to-head of their own.
