
We've only been using Spinify for about a week now, so I'm still learning all of the features, but I will say that it is a user friendly platform and everyone I've interacted with from the demos, onboarding, and customer service has been great. The knowledge library is extensive but if I can't find an answer, chat is available to help quickly answer any questions I have. I also think it's a nice touch that a CS rep will follow up after each chat session to ensure I got what I needed. Fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Right now we are using the least expensive version of Spinify, which does not include integrating with Microsoft Teams which is a little disappointing, but we knew that going in. We wanted to try this on a month by month basis to see how we like it first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
