What I like best about Spinify is we can create teams to compete against each other. For example, we have an overall team target for outbound calls which we celebrate as a team when hit, however by creating multiple team challenges, we promote healthy competition resulting in overall team success.

**What do you dislike about Spinify?** The integration into Nav isn’t as smooth as initially pitched. This is partly due to our out-of-the-box features in Nav. The one thing we miss in Spinify that we had in a competitor is a live scorecard within salesforce that reps can view. They mostly make up for it elsewhere, and overall are a far better platform. **What problems is Spinify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Motivation in sales. Without a platform like Spinify, we'd have a very difficult time motivating the right behavior with ease. Some of our agents are motivated to be #1; they want to see their name in the top spot on the TV in the office, some of our agents are self motivated and only want to compete with themselves, Spinify gives us both! -Customization. We have built multiple client specific competitions by uploading a separate spreadsheet to Spinify, this is a straightforward process from the admin side and has proven to be more effective than our previous manual efforts. -Global Recognition!! This is a big one, we have nearly 200 agents in 7 states. Having a consistent (and automated) method of recognition has been amazing. We let Spinify tell us WHEN something happened so management can come in with personalized messages; this way nobody is missed and everyone gets the same recognition. -Spinify teams are incredibly attentive and responsive. Issues are resolved quickly and user feedback is not only welcomed, but acted upon. **What do you dislike about Spinify?** -Competitions SUM performance while viewing, this is not always good math. We use averages for a few measures so when these are added together we get crazy information that we can't use and that area takes up a lot of real estate on the site. -Unable to set goal under 25%. Even using Golf Score Zeros are Last, if I set the goal at 25, the system views anyone with a score from 25-100 to be at or over goal when in actuality the goal is to be UNDER 25. **What problems is Spinify solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a collection agency, our agents handle hundreds of calls each day. With Spinify we are able to provide constant visibility to every agent's individual performance, every day of the month. Agents do not have to wait for a report to go out to see where they stand. Spinify has also helped build confidence in some of our own internal processes.
