Half baked ideas, does a handful of things pretty mediocre, not designed with how our sales teams view data/ compete, badge system is trash when coupled with spending points. I like to see the data - it's nice to look up and see where I'm at for the month. It's also cool how you can upload your song for each time you close up business. It let's everyone in the building know that you are the one that is a closer and you are still on top of your game and will be in their ear for the next 30 second to remind them that you are the man.
