Under previous team leaders, there was a culture where activity and sales numbers were not expressed or shared within the department. Now that the culture has changed and due to the fact that sales reps are inheritently competitive, Spinify will naturally bring out the best in our organization. **What do you dislike about Spinify?** The one area that I struggled with was setting up a competition that shows sales over the lifetime of our use in Spinify. While I got there in the end with help from our rep, Alex, I feel like the set up for creating the competitions and knowing what each category/type of competition actually does could be improved. **What problems is Spinify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that we're solving with Spinify is the communicationand inheritant competition that is shared amongst our sales staff when it comes to performance and activity metrics. The AI functionality is useful as a time-strapped admin, and the variety of content you can create within the platform is extensive. I also love the Salesforce integration piece, meaning we can show visibility to the org via leaderboards, and drive CRM hygiene at the same time (if it's not in Salesforce, it doesn't count towards the competition!). Lastly, the price is very competitive given how extensive the platform is. It is a great moral boosting tool as their wins are celebrated with their favourite song and are celebrated by all in the office. The program is so easy to use and was able to create competitions with ease. **What do you dislike about Spinify?** The only downside is that the videos only seems to work on google chrome and our tv had only samsung browser. We were able to resolve this by installing a google chromecast into our tv and cast from a computer. **What problems is Spinify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Each month I would compile reports manually and most of the time this was the only time the agents would see their statistics for the month. This was very time consuming and a lot of the time the agents has no idea of how they were tracking.
