I like the opportunity to set up campaigns and automatic to dos for leads.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

I wish I could filter through leads more precisely. For example, I want to filter through leads that I have or have not called within the last 90 days, or the last 3 days, etc. Currently it only gives you the options of 1 day, 7 days, or 4 weeks. It is the single most frustrating thing on the site!

Go for it, It's a great CRM

That everything is in one place. All my conversations, emails, texts, etc. I have a task manager, and a CGI calculator on each transaction.

You can't edit a post.  There are times where I have typed incorrect info by accident, and needed to fix it.

**Recommendations to others considering BoomTown:**

It is a great one stop shop.  I use it to actively work leads, as a CRM, etc.  You have ways of categorizing leads, as well as to-do lists that keep you on task.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BT makes it very easy to see what is needed on a lead. I love the to-do lists, helps me to stay organized and on top of things.  I also have drip campaigns at my fingertips as well as customizable searches right from the platform. I love how it is all in one place.

I like being able to set up DRIP campaigns and select categories for each client. This helps determine who I need to follow up with more frequently and who needs less follow up.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

I dislike that some of the map searches don't bring up the same houses that are on the MLS. If you select more than one category for example, ranch home, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, it will bring up less results than are actually on the MLS.

Client follow up is the best benefit. I also enjoy being able to see which homes clients have viewed and if they calculated a mortgage.

Interface has some imperfections/things I don't love. Some of the templates and auto-drip campaigns are pesky do not add value to lead(s)  interactions (and I understand this is not entirely BT's fault). Also, training & product development seem to be done by people that have never done real estate. Not helpful in that regard.

Just have your own templates on deck and realize the interface has some inefficiency .

Their prospecting system is very user-friendly coupled with outstanding customer service should you run into any problems they are resolved professionally and in a timely manner. Their training is first class either live or virtual.

I can't think of anything at the moment. I have not experienced any downsides using Boom Town

Building our client base was our primary mission. Since joining BoomTown only a month ago I am actively working on more than a dozen qualified leads that will be closing in the next 90 days. Anticipated GCI is $126,000 in revenue I would not have anticipated

It takes a lot of the legwork out of daily tasks. It also reminds me to do everything.

I wish there was at least one more category for leads. I don't want all leads that I'm not working with to go to archive since I still use it after they don't respond when in qualify, but also don't want to trash them.

**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

They provide support for their product that is extremely helpful. Many of these lead sites sign you up and then you never here from them again but boomtown seems to be different. The CRM is very easy to use and makes it very simple and quick to respond to clients and contact them either via email or text. The leads from their marketing are very good and they are actually quite interested in buying or selling. The automated concierge is extremely helpful. Boomtown responds to and talks to clients for us quickly and efficiently.  They take the hard part of constantly keeping up with clients and do it for us.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

I don't necessarily have a lot of dislikes. I  think that an app that our clients could download and use on their phone would be very helpful. It would also be helpful to be able to delete clients from the database as well if they turn out to be a fake profile. I dislike

**Recommendations to others considering BoomTown:**

Boom town is more expensive than some other lead generation or CRM software out there but we have learned that you absolutely get what you pay for especially when it comes to lead generation. The customer service and support provided by boomtown has been monumentally better than any other CRM or lead generation service that we have used in the past. I would recommend talking to boom town and any other software you are planning on using and seeing how good their service is and whether they are willing to stand behind their software and the services that they offer.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boom town has given us the ability to keep track of our clients and respond to them quickly and effectively while keeping track of everything in one easy to use area. We have found that the concierge service is one of the largest benefits that boomtown provides to us. It makes it much easier to not have to worry about keeping up with clients and makes it easier to stay focused on the clients that are actively looking vs answering questions and trying to get a client to buy.

There was an agent in our office recently who my broker was recruiting and I mentioned to him that one of the elements I thought he would enjoy abnout working with us was our dedication to having great systems in place, especially BoomTown when it came to managing his deal flow.  This is what I told him and it is the highest, most accurate compliment that I can give to BoomTown:  BoomTown makes the process and system of managing your deal flow fun, because it is aesthetically pleasing and makes you WANT to be in the system!  It isn't drudgery or looking at some uninspiring linear format that looks and feels like punishment or uninspiring task.  I can't stress this enough to potential users of BoomTown, when you start your day you want to be in Lead Central!  You want to see what dialogs have popped up since last night, who has been looking at your site, when were they looking, what did they like or not like, what does my Hot Sheet look like?  BoomTown keeps you HAPPILY engaged with prospects and customers all day long!  What more must I say?  Testify!

It always reminds me of the things I didn't do that I was supposed to!   LOL

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can see from my testimony what problems I'm solving, mainly I'm never forgetting about new opportunities for clients because if I take the critical and necessary time up front to input all of their information, I am rewarded 100 fold down the line.  Hot Sheet will work for you but only if do the heavy lifting upfront.  No ticky no washy.

BoomTown has become a reliable part of my team.  It is a highly integrated system thaf helps take a lot off our plate through consistent automation and engagement.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

It is quite costly for me as a solo agent. I do run their top tier system for the functionality.  It would also be great if they could be quicker to fix bugs vs having them sit in a huge list of "requested upgrades". Some things are upgrades - they are fixes.

BoomTown is a top tier solution for teams or high producing solo agents.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With BoomTown I know with a high degree of accuracy which leads are using my website and allows me to automatically stay top of mind with all of the leads. It has a simple to use interface that helps me quickly identify leads slipping away and keep them engaged.  I've seen less leads leaving due to lack of service.

**What do you like best about BoomTown?**

The best part about BoomTown is that it is very user friendly and has plenty of resources to track your progress. As long as agents log calls and use it properly, it can be a fabulous resource for keeping everything in one spot. As an admin, I need to be able to easily look at leads and progress to help my team move forward, and BoomTown allows me to do that.

**What do you dislike about BoomTown?**

The one thing that's not as helpful about BoomTown is that you do have to keep up with it so much. As with any platform, there are certain things you have to do in order to keep things running smoothly. It'd also be much easier if reports and screens were easier to print. We are a very print-friendly office so we like to have things in front of us to take notes on.

**What problems is BoomTown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First off, I love BoomTown Support! Everyone I've ever spoken with has been nothing less than kind, patient, and super friendly. Most problems we've had could be fixed through training, which is a great benefit for us that we can get awesome training opportunities to help us navigate easier through BoomTown.
