So many of the natural integrations don't apply to us. This slight issue, though, has only brought to light the amazing partner support team at Spinify, both their support team and developer team have gone above and beyond to find work arounds to any issue we have had in a timely manner. While these dashboards provide the information, it's not always easy to visualize on TV screens in our open spaces. What I like best about Spinify is we can create teams to compete against each other. For example, we have an overall team target for outbound calls which we celebrate as a team when hit, however by creating multiple team challenges, we promote healthy competition resulting in overall team success.

**What do you dislike about Spinify?** The integration into Nav isn’t as smooth as initially pitched. This is partly due to our out-of-the-box features in Nav. The set up and customer support have been excellent so far. **What do you dislike about Spinify?** Nothing really. The one thing we miss in Spinify that we had in a competitor is a live scorecard within salesforce that reps can view. They mostly make up for it elsewhere, and overall are a far better platform. **What problems is Spinify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Motivation in sales. Without a platform like Spinify, we'd have a very difficult time motivating the right behavior with ease.
