"ShiftHound - a game changer!"

What do you like best about ShiftHound?

I love having my schedule available at the touch of a button. It really helps me when I am trying to schedule things outside of work like appointments for myself or my kids, or to work out childcare arrangements with my husband. It's so convenient. What do you dislike about ShiftHound?

The notifications can be a little bit overwhelming on my days off, when I am trying to focus on home and not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ShiftHound:

Do it! It's a great program and helps employees feel a measure of control over their schedule while eliminating the need for a staffing coordinator position. It also allows for smarter staffing of units, which is a plus especially in behavioral health. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShiftHound solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have realized the benefit of not having to hire a full-time scheduler, which saves the hospital money. It is also much easier to do self-service through the website or the app than it is to try to reach a person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ShiftHound from a Nurse's Perspective"

What do you like best about ShiftHound?

As a nurse, I love the way I can schedule appointments during my long shifts by posting even a portion of my shift as available for a coworker to pick up. I also feel like I have more control over my schedule with ShiftHound. It's easy to communicate with my managers using the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShiftHound?

I don't like receiving so many notifications from the app, especially on my days off. It can sometimes feel a little bit overwhelming. A daily digest would be more helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShiftHound?

It's difficult to set up push-notifications. I would like to be alerted if I my shift location (hospital unit) is changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
