My main complaint is the rigid structure of the PTO policy creation and management. Currently, Homebase limits each employee to only one active PTO policy (and one sick leave policy) at a time. I need the flexibility to create and assign multiple distinct PTO policies to single employees—such as separating standard vacation, personal time, or custom tier-based accruals—without being forced into a single blanket policy.
