"A Game-Changer for Small Businesses: Free, Easy Scheduling and Job Pay Tracking"

What do you like best about Connecteam?

That it caters to small businesses. If you have under 10 personnel, you are able to use all services for free. This program was a game changer when we started. Our company and employees loved using this program. One of the easiest things is that you can manage schedules, and not only that, but you can also get a sense of how much you will need to pay your employee for each job they do. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I disliked how expensive it became once we needed more than 10 employees. There wasn’t a way to pay for only what we needed to stay efficient, so now that we’ve gone above 10 employees, I have to find other avenues to offset what we used before. The monthly cost for a small company like ours isn’t feasible, and I’m really disappointed with how they chose to scale up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows my employees to clock in and out while on the go. I can also see whether my employees have confirmed their shifts, so there are no more “I didn’t know I was scheduled” excuses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
