The platform is very well designed and intuitive to use on a daily basis. I work in IT for our company and it has been simple and easy to start from zero to managing a small inventory of devices. The only negative I've experienced with the platform was unclear and outdated documentation. While trying to locate a lost device, the documentation presented a map with a more precise view, but that applied only to devices registered as supervised in Apple Business Manager, and the documentation failed to make that limitation clear.
