What do you like best about Rippling?

The platform is very well designed and intuitive to use on a daily basis. I work in IT for our company and it has been simple and easy to start from zero to managing a small inventory of devices. I love that all branches from pay, hr, time off, and devices all connect into the users profile in one easy to view format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The only negative I've experienced with the platform was unclear and outdated documentation. While trying to locate a lost device, the documentation presented a map with a more precise view, but that applied only to devices registered as supervised in Apple Business Manager, and the documentation failed to make that limitation clear. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

For my role in IT, Rippling is solving issues I had with a previous device manager by being more intuitive, and easier to implement. It also helps as a single source of knowledge that helps to streamline backend data integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
