UKG has always been able to bring together information about your employees in a way that makes sense for reporting. The use of dataview's means it can be pulled together in a quick manner. I had to adjust to dataview's but now they are invaluable. The customer support for setting these up to get the most information is a value in itself. UKG has always had an excellent team of people who make their product come to life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The reports are broader than I like but they still cover the bases of what is needed. It is just a different type of reports than their previous versions. The upside to my dislike is they listen and eventually make changes I feel are positive. Specifically, the accrual detail report, which has a daily repeat of the balance. The prior report had a balance when a change occurred, such as reducing the vacation balance. Overall, you end up with 365 lines of data even though you make only have around 100 entries. It is a work in process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UKG has solved many issues over the years. Our company has used them for so long I can't remember a time when we did not have UKG / Kronos products. We have moved from i-series to WFC to WFM Pro and each move has refined our ability to obtain our information in ways we did not know we needed. We have grown with UKG and feel we are better for it. They understand longevity and listening to customers to make the product better, not only for us but for new customers who see and hear all the good things UKG does for so many of us.
