UKG has always been able to bring together information about your employees in a way that makes sense for reporting. The use of dataview's means it can be pulled together in a quick manner. I had to adjust to dataview's but now they are invaluable. The customer support for setting these up to get the most information is a value in itself. The reports are broader than I like but they still cover the bases of what is needed. It is just a different type of reports than their previous versions. The upside to my dislike is they listen and eventually make changes I feel are positive.

Specifically, the accrual detail report, which has a daily repeat of the balance. The prior report had a balance when a change occurred, such as reducing the vacation balance. Overall, you end up with 365 lines of data even though you make only have around 100 entries. It is a work in process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
