What do you like best about UKG Pro?

I like the ease of use of the UKG Pro interface, as it is intuitive and allows tasks to be performed quickly and efficiently. Additionally, I appreciate the way information flows between different processes, which facilitates employee management and allows timely access to the necessary data to carry out activities appropriately. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?

I would like the reports to include more detailed information in the comments used to justify overtime, so that it is possible to more clearly identify the reason for the additional hours. This would facilitate their review, validation, and tracking, as well as provide better traceability of the hours worked outside the established schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use UKG Pro to manage employee information and keep a detailed record of staff times. The platform facilitates the administration of attendance, clock-ins, schedules, incidents, and payroll-related processes, contributing to a more efficient, accurate, and organized management of the workforce.
