I use Homebase to keep up with my work schedule and look at my time sheets. I really appreciate how it's a simple and easy way to get in touch with all my coworkers when I need to communicate with them all at once. It's also great for giving positive feedback and shout-outs to coworkers. I like that it's pretty straightforward and easy to use, and it makes it easy to message and shout out. Training my employees on using it is a breeze, and it simplifies tasks like employees putting in requests for time off. The initial setup was very easy, just needing to download the app and add my company's information to get started. Managing a team of 20 people with Homebase has made communication and meeting scheduling needs much easier. It's just a good software to have in place for scheduling and team management.
