What do you like best about Zoho People?

What I like best about Zoho People is its user-friendly interface and the way it brings essential HR processes into one centralized platform. Features such as employee information management, attendance, leave tracking, and workflow automation are easy to use and help reduce manual administrative work. What do you dislike about Zoho People?

One area that could be improved is the user interface, as some features and settings can take time to find or understand, especially for new users. The customization options can also feel somewhat limited for specific HR workflows, and certain reports may require additional configuration to get the exact information needed.
