What do you like best about Keka?

Keka provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes HR processes extremely simple. Features like attendance tracking, payroll management, and leave approvals are automated and easy to manage, saving significant time for both HR teams and employees. The self-service portal empowers employees to access payslips, request leaves, and track performance without constant follow-ups. The detailed reports and analytics also help in making data-driven decisions effectively. What do you dislike about Keka?

At times, the system can feel a little slow when handling bulk data, especially during payroll processing at the month’s end. The mobile application could also be improved to match the smooth experience of the desktop version.
