I like that Paycor is an all-in-one HRIS system. We use a lot of the functionality (expense management, timecards, payroll, etc.) and get it at a better price than other competitors (specifically, we looked at Bamboo). Additionally, with the charging tiers, we did not have a limit on the number of contractors that we could have in the system. It was pretty easy to implement with our team, and there are integrations with other platforms we use, like Accrue (formerly Guideline) and also BRSI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support. I definitely feel that Paycor has gone down in the quality of Customer Support. I've submitted many cases before, and it feels like it is hard to get a clear answer sometimes. The way they respond via email tickets is a little clunky since it is not dynamic. Additionally, the platform itself can feel a little clunky as it does not have the best UI in my opinion. I do think they have been improving the platform in some smaller ways; however, sometimes they take away features that people want/need, and/or make changes to perfectly good areas of the platform that aren't needed, and some of those changes actually made those areas more inaccessible/harder to use.
