Good Product. The ATS and benefits products cannot be beat and have saved us so much time and have added an immeasurable amount of efficiency. We had an unfortunate implementation experience, with our "dedicated" Paycor implementation team turning over 3 complete times. Codes were set up incorrectly, after over a year, we are still trying to get things fixed. The system is easy to use for our employees as we use it for almost everything, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between except learning management. Customer Support can be a nightmare, as it takes a long time to get issues resolved and tickets get closed out randomly without proper resolve. **What do you dislike about Paycor?** The only two dislikes of Paycor are customer support and implementation. **What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have to enter employee information into 6 different systems. The integration process was simple. I used the system weekly. **What do you dislike about Paycor?** The implementation team overall kind of dropped the ball when it came to adding new services. We were sold on the services and started paying for them after already having payroll but the implementation team never contacted us to add the new services after we met with our sales person. We got refunded after going back and forth with customer support on this. Customer support in general was only somewhat helpful but overall they were not very knowledgeable. They would transfer you over to someone else who you would then have to restate your question too before that person would transfer you again. Customer support must flip through a binder of Q & A to assist with your problem. Now that my W-2 and W-3 for the company are not correct it is taking forever for someone to help resolve the issue and Paycor wants to charge several fees to fix everything. My departments were entered in the company level and the employee profiles. There is still $0 Filings and when Paycor "tax Team" files your reports they are clearly not reviewed and just signed. I have called in requesting help for a few tax issues and now those cases can't be found. One case that was created that I went to respond to two days later was also deleted from "My cases". It is impossible to reach someone to resolve your issue, even after creating a case. I feel that I have accessed all of the features of paycor and understand them. The payroll piece is the one I use the most and it is okay. After reviewing with other vendors it looks like paycor does not have all features **What do you dislike about Paycor?** 1.) We used to have dedicated customer service reps that we could communicate with (via phone/email) for certain topics. Now we have to create a case and/or call in and we never have the same rep. A lot of the time the phone rep does not know the answer and has to get back to us. It makes same day responses not always available 2.) If you create a case online you never hear back within 1-2 days. 3.) The payroll capabilities are basic. There are no pro-rated auto calculations. **What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us automate benefit open enrollments and payroll. Help us with timecards. LMS system is just okay. helps with state tax liabilities. A homepage that has a feed of updates from the entire organization which I don't really care about The cascading of key results into child objectives and then further assigning them to team members...this process is extremely cumbersome The roll-up of completion rate/score of departmental to company OKRs is a calculation that doesn't make sense **What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Setting and Managing OKRs We have taken more time to walk the employees through the tool on how to set, align OKRs and read Objective progress to really understand the benefits we're getting. **Official Response from Janine Melenka:** > Thanks for your feedback!!
