## Humanity Schedule by TCP Reviews
  ### 1. Intuitive Scheduling with Seamless Mobile Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy L. | Practice Manager, Veterinary, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2017

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like that Humanity Schedule by TCP is pretty intuitive. It's easy to add extra positions and set permissions at any time. I also like that it has a mobile app, which is impactful for our hourly employees to pick up shifts, see their schedules, and look at the day at a glance. The initial setup was pretty easy, and we didn't have any issues.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I would like to be able to identify open shifts with a color, some sort of defining feature that would help us from a visual perspective to determine what shifts are open when we're looking at the schedule.

**Recommendations to others considering Humanity Schedule by TCP:**

more visually appealing views and additional printing options, better app for administrators

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity Schedule by TCP is intuitive, allowing us to add positions and set permissions easily. The mobile app is handy for hourly employees to manage shifts and view schedules, helping managers make changes without affecting others.

  ### 2. Easy-to-View Scheduling That Keeps the Whole Team Connected

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzette K. | Hospital Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

From a user perspective, the schedule is easy to view and navigate. I also like that all staff members have access to phone numbers, so they can contact fellow team members if they need a shift covered.

From the Scheduler side, schedules are straightforward to enter and can be repeated without much effort. There are also multiple options for displaying open shifts and deciding how those shifts get filled.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It can feel a little clunky for team members who don’t have set schedules. Overall, the product is good and performs well. However, I’ve really struggled with support—when something goes wrong, it’s difficult to reach the right person who can actually correct it although I have seen some improvement in this.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a very easy-to-use platform for our team to see when they’re scheduled. It’s also simple for me to post open shifts and for them to pick them up, which often helps fill gaps in coverage. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this software.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for the feedback! Glad the scheduling is keeping your team covered. We're sorry to hear about the support experience and appreciate you flagging it — we'll do better.

  ### 3. Humanity Schedule Makes Creating and Adjusting Shifts Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudia S. | Training Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like that Humanity Schedule is easy to use. We can create any schedule we want: 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours. Adjusting schedules is simple as well.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The least helpful part is when AI tries to adopt a schedule change by changing the times I am adjusting. Like if I am simply changing a shift by shortening it, and AI seems to think I want the other end time changed to match the initial 8 hour shift. That is a performance issue when some employees don't notice that bug and the schedule ends up completely incorrect.

I also dislike not being able to shorten repeating shifts. The only thing we can do is extend them. It would be beneficial to allow for shortening.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity is solving our scheduling issue. It saves us time by utilizing the shift planning instead of having to make a spreadsheet to constantly correct.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for sharing your experiences with Humanity Schedule! We will pass on your AI concerns with our product team. Appreciate your review!

  ### 4. Our Scheduling Backbone

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorraine P. | Campus Services Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Clear schedule access for everyone, they have the ability to trade shifts amongst themselves, plus it's helpful to have the mobile app as most of our team is the younger generation

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The platform needs a better library of updated video tutorials to simplify the onboarding process. Currently, I have to handle all the instruction myself, but I would much rather send new hires an official training link. Both the website and app would be far more helpful if they provided these clear, self-service video walkthroughs.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity serves as a reliable filter for scheduling noise, allowing my team to handle their own swaps while I prioritize high-level coordination. Automating the shift trades saves me several hours of manual work every week. It has been a foundational tool for maintaining an error-free schedule and keeping our team's communication streamlined and professional - and saves me from being the middle man.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thanks for the great feedback! Happy to hear it’s making a difference for your team. Love the idea of the self-service video walkthroughs. Will definitely pass that on to our product team.

  ### 5. Humanity continues to impress!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Humanity remains the best tool for managing employee schedules. The Humanity TCP app for iOS makes it easy to manage your team wherever I am. Recent app updates have improved how I access my schedule on the go. The Humanity support team is always there to help out and are committed to assisting and resolving any ongoing concerns. They have always been a great help, going above and beyond, and setting a standard.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

One suggestion on how Humanity Schedule by TCP could improve would be updating the UI for iPadOS. Currently, the view is somewhat limited and does not show the team view as detailed as it does when accessing via web browser. It may be beneficial to improve the UI to take advantage of the larger screen size on iPad compared to mobile phones. This would allow for more efficient schedule management and provide a better overview of the weekly schedule. The UI should preferably share a similar interface as the web browser to help facilitate usability, encourage app adoption, and increase use.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us fill those gaps in coverage to ensure all our providers have the proper support sdirong their shift. Less open hours helps us maintain a good relationship with our clients.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for the wonderful review! I'll be sure to share the UI suggestions with our product team.

  ### 6. Flexible, Scalable, and Easy to Use—Backed by Outstanding Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike S. | NOC Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The flexibility, scalability, and overall ease of use make it simple to create layouts and manage several team schedules—it’s a breeze. And if that wasn’t enough, their customer service is the best. They’re responsive, they really know their product, and they resolve issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

This software is everything that we were looking for. It has everything we need and so much more. There is nothing to dislike about this software. The price is even reasonable compared to other companies charging so much more for so much less features.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a fully staffed MSP with over 15 teams on a 24/7/365 schedule. We searched for a long time for scheduling software that could handle everything we needed, and Humanity is the only one that does it all.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> So glad Humanity Schedule is working so well for your company. Thank you for sharing and the great review!

  ### 7. Extremely Helpful for Travel: Clear Location Details and Who’s Working Where

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha B. | PSR II FLOAT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

As a traveler for my company, seeing the address, and information about each location I am expected to go to being listed in the app is extremely helpful. I also really like that I can see who is working where. This makes it so much easier when I need to get ahold of someone.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I don't have anything specific that I don't like about it. I think the things I am not a fan of are actually being input by a person, making it not an app problem.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calling, texting, and trying to figure out a bunch of information from multiple people. Instead of playing detective and taking up more of my time the information I need can be displayed right in the app.

  ### 8. Intuitive Scheduling, But Needs Hidden Employees and Better Stability

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like the ability to add skills to specific employees, the drag to copy or move options, and the list of possible employees ranked by no limitations/limitations (such as days in a row, max hours, already scheduled, etc). The UI is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

My biggest frustration is that I cannot choose to "hide" employees. I have all of these higher ups that pop up on my employees tab, and while skills can filter them out of suggested people to fill the shift, I still have to scroll through them and it disrupts being able to see all of my employees schedules side by side to visually balance. Also, it's slow and often crashes. I often have to refresh as sometimes it will not display all of my projects or shifts.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the almost 2 years I've been using Humanity, I've read a lot of new bug fix announcements, but nothing has impacted the functions I actually use.

  ### 9. Smart, Intuitive Demand Scheduling That Saves Hours and Runs Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin B. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Implementing the demand scheduler has significantly improved our business efficiency. The team guided us through the rollout as we worked to refine our processes, and it has saved us hours of schedule writing. The UI is smart and intuitive, the price is extremely affordable, and it has never let us down—running seamlessly when we’ve needed it most.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

There isn’t an integration with our payroll software, so we still have to follow a two-step process. This seems to be more region-specific to Singapore.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been able to save heaps of time, not only from a cost-efficiency perspective (people just writing the schedule), but also by filling shifts more effectively and, at times, reducing staff.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> So glad to hear how much time you've save with Humanity Scheduling! Thank you for sharing your experiences and the wonderful review!

  ### 10. Effective Scheduling with Room for UI Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel V. | Banquet Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like how Humanity Schedule by TCP can provide a variety of reports that are very helpful in processing payroll and managing labor costs. When configured properly, it helps me assess labor costs for each section in the different areas we schedule people. This is especially useful since we work in multiple off-site locations and have a variety of roles in the team—it helps me analyze workforce needs or expenditures for each event or site. It also helps me forecast and adjust schedules to balance the number of people needed to service our clients with the budget we have for scheduling.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I'm pretty much happy and comfortable using Humanity Schedule by TCP. Although, one thing that I am seeing as a challenge is that, new users are having a hard time navigating through it and utilizing all of its features. I think a better dashboard or layout of the most important tools and settings could help new users navigate better to its most important functions.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP to communicate schedule changes, generate payroll reports, forecast schedules, and manage labor costs effectively, helping us assess workforce needs across multiple sites.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thanks for the review! We're glad Humanity Schedule is helping you manage labor costs, forecast staffing, and stay on top of scheduling across multiple sites. We hear you on the learning curve for new users and will pass that along to our product team!

  ### 11. Seamless Global Team Visibility and Time-Saving Timecard Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison G. | Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It allows me to see who is online, which is especially helpful when working with team members across multiple countries. That visibility makes communication much more seamless. Managing leave and timecards through Humanity also saves me hours each week, and timesheet approvals are straightforward to complete.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It would be great if it could integrate with payroll software or Wise so that timecards could auto-import and generate hours for each employee in the payroll software.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pricing fits our needs well. It helps us manage employees’ schedules across different time zones, and the leave-request interface is streamlined and easy to use.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Glad to hear you are saving so much time with Humanity Schedule! Please check with our support team on the available payroll integrations. Thank you for sharing!

  ### 12. Time-Saving Scheduling, Easy Mobile Updates, and Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole L. | Supervisor, Guest Services - Recreation Facilities, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The different views that support our daily operations and bi-weekly payroll approvals, the communication options, and the easy-to-use app that lets all of our staff and managers update and edit on the go have saved us a tonne of time. The scheduling features for repeating schedules are especially helpful, and the support from the company is truly top-notch!

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Honestly, nothing that I dislike, there are many features we have not even begun to use yet.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Length of time to schedule staff, communication with all of our staff, training tracking and follow up all in one place, multi-location scheduling with ease

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Glad to hear of the time savings for you. Thank you for your review!

  ### 13. Effortless Scheduling with Reliable Accuracy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** janice t. | Phlebotomist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP for my daily and Saturday schedules, and it keeps me up to date. What I like most about it is that it's correct, and I can check to see what time work starts and who's working. Without the schedule, I wouldn't know which day is my half day of work when I'm working on Saturdays. I think it's awesome with no problems so far. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I have no problems with it. It's awesome

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity Schedule by TCP keeps me up to date and lets me check what time is work and who's working. Without it, I wouldn't know my half work days, especially for Saturdays.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Wonderful to hear Janice. Thank you for sharing!

  ### 14. Easy And Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Scheduling is super quick and easy. It calculates the number of weekly hours for the employees and you can view schedules by position/location with unique colors, which is very helpful. Having an app is very handy so anyone can see their schedules at any time.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The only dislike is that anyone with manager privileges can publish schedules for all locations/positions. It would be nice to set limitations on which managers could publish specific schedules so that there are no schedule conflicts by mistake.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity is a great tool for any company, no matter the size, but especially benefits larger companies with multiple locations/positions. It enables the administrator/scheduler to visualize where employees are needed and prevents double-booking an employee or adding them to a shift that doesn't fit their availability.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for the kind words! We're glad Humanity Schedule is making scheduling easier for your team. Your feedback on manager publishing is appreciated.

  ### 15. Efficient Scheduling with Cross-Platform Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I find Humanity Schedule by TCP convenient as it saves time. I appreciate that it's easy to use and sends prompt notifications. I also like the cross-platform functionality, making it accessible on different devices. I get notices about shift changes, cancellations, and upcoming events directly on my phone, which allows me to select what I'm interested in. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Nothing, to be honest. I don’t use it everyday.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP because it's convenient, saves time, and is easy to use across platforms. I get prompt notifications about shift changes and events directly on my phone, which helps me stay informed and organized.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thanks for the awesome review Erik! Happy to hear how well Humanity Schedule has been working for you - that's what we aim for.

  ### 16. Easiest and user friendly scheduling program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The system includes everything you need to get started, from scheduling features to an on-demand chat assistant that provides immediate support whenever you need help. One of its strongest features is the location check-in function, which can verify attendance and location using GPS or a computer's IP address.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

My only criticism is that I wish it supported multiple domains for a single email account. Having the ability to use two domains with one email would make the platform even more flexible and convenient.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The IP computer check-in is important because the GPS-based one is buggy so students would check in early and come 10 minutes later. Overall it gave us a better visual of whose working and setting up positions efficiently.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Happy to hear how well Humanity Schedule is working for you. Thank you for the great review!

  ### 17. A One-Stop Shop for Scheduling and Shift Reminders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya H. | Brand Ambassador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I appreciate having a one-stop shop to see my schedule and get reminders about each shift.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Sometimes there is an issue with time zones but they are quickly resolved. I never missed a shift.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the fact that Humanity works with managers to resolve the time zone issues I experienced in Baltimore and DC. My shifts were ultimately correct and I was paid as promised.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Great to hear Tanya! Thank you for the review!

  ### 18. Facilitates Staff Scheduling with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa B. | Administrative Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like that with Humanity Schedule by TCP, staff can see their schedule even when they are not in the office and can trade shifts with other employees. The staff loves the app. I find the different ways to view the schedule to be tremendously helpful, whether looking at one employee, a specific location, or a type of employee.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

We would love a way to mirror our current process of the staff bidding for a shift, which will not work currently. Then we have to take what is created in the shift bid and import that into ShiftPlanning, which is not always an easy process.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP to let staff see their schedules outside the office and trade shifts. It offers various ways to view schedules, making it easy to focus on specific employees or locations.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We love that your staff loves the app and that the flexible schedule views are making your life easier! We hear you on the shift bidding workflow — that's helpful product feedback and we'll make sure it gets to the right team. Reach out anytime!

  ### 19. DSS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elaine D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I used Humanity Schedule by TCP to check my schedule and request off days. It helped me plan around appointments and special events, which was useful for coordinating with my supervisor. I appreciate the straightforward direction of how to plan ahead for appointments. I found it easy to use the 'availability' tab to mark the days and hours I needed off, and I recall the initial setup being easy.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Nothing

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Humanity Schedule by TCP to check my schedule, plan around appointments, and request off days easily. The straightforward planning feature helped in marking availability and coordinating with my supervisor.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> So good to hear. Thank you for the great review Elaine!

  ### 20. Humanity Makes Scheduling Easy and Future Shifts Clear

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Al R. | Public Speaker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I find Humanity very helpful in selecting time available to work and accurately viewing what my future schedule is

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

No real downside, although I wish that workers who have a higher average quality score be able to access scheduling sooner than others.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to view my schedule in the future so that I can schedule my personal appointments around my work schedule.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for sharing!

  ### 21. User-Friendly with Room for Legacy Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I find Humanity Schedule by TCP to be very user-friendly, making it easy to see everything I need to, train new people, and add or remove shifts, staff, and sites. I also appreciate the ease of setting up sites and staff, as well as the ease of posting open shifts, repeating shifts, and getting shift requests from staff.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I think they need to work on keeping legacy and not get rid of it, it does have bugs sometimes that they work on fixing but getting rid of legacy is the biggest issue so far.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Humanity Schedule by TCP makes it easy to post open shifts, repeat shifts, and manage staff requests. It's user-friendly, simplifies training, and allows easy adjustment of shifts, staff, and sites. Setting up sites and staff is straightforward.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for your review! Glad to hear Humanity Schedule is working great for you and your staff. I'll be sure to pass on your Legacy feedback. Thanks Kayla!

  ### 22. Easy-to-Use Scheduling with Helpful Views, Filters, and Repeating Shifts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Libraries | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The user experience is easy to use. For example, I appreciate the repeating shifts, I like the different schedule views, and the filters are useful for getting to what you're looking for without having to scroll and mentally filter things out.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I wish it had the ability to repeat shifts based on more cadences. For example, if it could repeat a shift on the 4th Wednesday, or first Tuesday or whatever, that would make the repeating shifts more useful. Also, I wish the repeating shifts would go out in perpetuity.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure everyone knows where they're supposed to be in an easy-to-navigate way with good mobile integration.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for the detailed feedback! We're glad the schedule views and filters are working well for you. I'll be sure to pass on your suggestions of repeat shift cadences to our product team.

  ### 23. Great core scheduling features, but hampered by buggy rollouts and API sync issues.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Having utilized most of the major WFM solutions on the market, I still highly value how simple Humanity is to deploy and administer. The customer support team remains excellent, responsive, and genuinely helpful when navigating system complexities.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The platform's overall stability needs attention. It frequently feels like new features are rushed to deployment before being fully vetted, leading to frustrating UI errors for our team. Additionally, the Humanity API continues to be unreliable when syncing timecards with ADP, requiring more manual oversight than it should for an enterprise solution.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity provides multiple different views of coverage / positions and makes scheduling to payroll budgets very easy.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for your review. I will pass on the API and UI information to our product team.

  ### 24. Flexible Scheduling for Managers, but Staff Labeling Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn M. | HR Payroll Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

We enjoy the ability of multiple managers to create and publish their own schedules as they are ready.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Because we are so layered, it is hard to appropriately label all staff for easy viewing across shared departments

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently everyone has to wait for one super user to publish a schedule, Humanity is solving that

  ### 25. Cost-Effective and User-Friendly Scheduling Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I've only been using Humanity Schedule by TCP for a couple of weeks, but I really appreciated Logan's support. I like how clear it is for the employees to be able to clock in. It also feels cleaner and more cost-effective compared to what I used before. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I wish it alphabetized by last name instead of first name.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP for clocking in and out, ensuring accuracy. It's clear for employees to clock in. We switched because it's cost-effective and cleaner.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thanks for the review! We're glad Humanity Schedule is making it easier to manage shifts by position and that the setup process went smoothly. We'll pass along your feedback on shift color customization to our product team!

  ### 26. Straightforward, Easy-to-Use Tool for Daily Staffing Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ginger A. | Sr Manager, Training and Quality Assurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Humanity is relatively straight-forward and easy to use. It's easy to read and understand, and we use it every day to check and maintain staffing levels.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It doesn't interface with our payroll provider, so our users have to clock in twice. Reporting is easy, but there is no way to automate repeat reports - running a timesheet summary every week is something that should be easy to schedule. Vacation summary reports to track callouts and a separate late report should be combinable.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a visible schedule that all employees and managers can access and view. Employees can easily see who is coming to work and who will be off on certain days, while managers can see the schedules of more than just their direct reports, which is a limitation for other products we use.

  ### 27. Effortless Scheduling, Real-Time Updates

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

N/A

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP to manage my weekly schedule and input unavailable days. It helps me avoid coverage gaps and see team schedules, allowing real-time updates due to my changing schedule.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> So great to hear! Thank you for sharing!

  ### 28. Great for Team Accountability with Custom Reports and Training Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

This is great to keep the team accountable with the custom report to see how many times and what the reason for releasing their shift. The training section is also great as it allows you to track who's completed which trainings and if you have a quiz, what % they received.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Humanity has a new shift planning. It's a lot more intuitive but I do prefer the older format as it is easier to look at.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has become my employee data base. I include employee files, contact information, and trainings all in one spot.

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Managing schedules and timesheets. The remote app.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It is not possible to save a schedule as a template that is not tied to a schedule. If you save a template for august, any changes to august will alter your template. I have also had the timeclock location lose connection, causing me to set up a new location before punches are restored.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autofill for scheduling is very beneficial. Student workers are updating when schedules are published which they an see remotely.

It helps me keep track of everyone’s availability, avoid scheduling conflicts, and make sure we’re always covered, all while keeping communication simple. What I really like about Humanity Schedule by TCP is how easy it makes scheduling. I can quickly check everyone’s availability, make changes without stress, and keep the team informed, which makes managing shifts so much smoother. I use Humanity Schedule by TCP to manage team shifts easily. It tracks availability, avoids scheduling conflicts, ensures coverage, and reduces last-minute changes. It also keeps communication simple, making day-to-day management much easier.

  ### 35. Calendar Sync Makes Scheduling Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The option that it can sync with my calendar

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I'm not a recruiter but one thing that might be an inconvenience is that people can clock in without being there in person. I also don't like that it may take a lot of time for the manager's to approve my request

**Reviewed by:** Amr A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like how Humanity Schedule by TCP keeps our staff organized. I'm a fan of the schedule and HR features, as they save us time by keeping the team organized and having everything HR in one platform. The initial setup was easy and quick, and the support was always there to answer our issues.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The training module needs more work since it's basic and limited. It's not AI-powered, and the topics format is very limited.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity Schedule by TCP makes onboarding easier, keeps staff organized, and saves us time with all HR tasks in one platform.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

  ### 44. Keeps scheduling simple and stress-free

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bolaji A. | Service Desk Analyst, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I really like how intuitive and user-friendly it is. The scheduling is clear, updates in real time, and everyone on the team can see changes instantly, which cuts down confusion. It’s flexible enough to handle shift swaps, time-off requests, and daily reminders all in one place, making team coordination smooth.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Sometimes the mobile app feels a bit slower compared to the desktop version, especially when handling bulk updates or approvals. A few more integrations with tools we use daily would also make it even better.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity really helps take the stress out of managing shifts. Before, we’d often deal with mix-ups, last-minute calls, or delays in knowing who was covering what. Now, everything is clear in one place — I can see my schedule, swap shifts when needed, and get reminders so nothing slips. It’s cut down on miscommunication and given me more control over my time, which means I can focus better on my actual work and supporting the team.

  ### 45. All My Hospitals in One Place with Easy Scheduling

Most helpful is the ability to have all of my hospitals in one scheduling platform and the ease of switching back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Sometimes the software can feel "clunky" or somewhat outdated. And, there have been times where support was difficult to reach resolution

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

24/7 workforce scheduling - we have an internal system for a day practice that was not usable for 24/7; this has been instrumental for us.

**Official Response from Nancy Newton:**

> Thank you for the review! We're sorry support hasn't always hit the mark — we appreciate the feedback and will work to do better.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy F.

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like that the schedule is very easy to read and maneuver with Humanity Schedule by TCP. There are very few issues I have with it, which is great. It's also easy for me to use as a new employee.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I find it very inconvenient that Humanity Schedule by TCP does not integrate with Workday. Since they do not talk to each other, I can't easily tell who hasn't punched in or who is not supposed to be at work. This makes it all have to be checked manually, which is really time-consuming.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity Schedule by TCP helps me track hours, manage employee schedules, and address conflicts with shifts and days off efficiently.

  ### 48. User-Friendly Scheduling with Efficient Responsive Support

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving payroll and performance as opposed to our other software. It also, allows us the schedule done completed and posted in a timely manner. Also, allows us to see PTO requests all in one place.

  ### 49. User-Friendly and Effective but Setup Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrice T.

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like Humanity Schedule by TCP a lot because of its format and how it's set up. It's user-friendly, which is really why I like it.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The rejection for PTO doesn't give the employees a message to let them know that it's been rejected. I think that is something that they could definitely improve on. Setting up the supervisor profile was not easy. It was very challenging. It just took a lot of back and forth. I just think that they could sum that area down a little bit.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Humanity Schedule by TCP to ensure employees are correctly scheduled, which boosts productivity and ensures client coverage.

  ### 50. Excellent for Scheduling and New-Employee Onboarding
