Love the fact that it's a one stop short for maintaining compliance records especially email correspondances. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** The limit on linkage agents - I have to constantly check with my rep to get it increased. I can't download the database or even some of the database in order to refine my outreach. I don't know if Circa is picky but I have refresh errors constantly. We receive monthly Report Cards to document any outreach efforts and verify our jobs are posted. We have had good explanations of how to do outreach but no one follows up to see if we have any ongoing issues with it. We have had two Account Reps in the 1.5 years I've been with my company. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is the only way we could reach all the job boards with ease to get our positions out there. If we did not have CIRCA we would have to hire another employee that we cannot afford to do, in order to do all that CIRCA does for us. ### 11. It's also helpful to see the change log for any job postings that are made, revised, and reposted. Direct outreach to candidates from the system is also helpful. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** The reporting is the most difficult to use. It's laborious, not user-friendly (particularly when you're trying to review candidate demographics). There are no time-to-fill metrics available, so when you use this as your ATS, you cannot get these important metrics. It also doesn't feed into the HRIS system, so again, if you use this as your ATS, you have to duplicate efforts by manually entering the hired candidates into your HRIS for onboarding and orientation. It would also be helpful if there was an automatic tracking method for anyone who reviews or takes action on a candidate. We find that if hiring teams are not actively dispositioning candidates, there is no way to know who reached out or even looked at a candidate last. This type of tracking has been available in other systems like Arcoro. Lastly, better and more timely responsiveness from the service team to the clients (us) would be helpful. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** It certainly solves our concern for being able to meeting OFCCP compliance, post to state job boards, and expand our diversity pipeline for candidates in a one-stop-shop approach. ### 13. DEI Calendar. Broad community connections. Company Landing pages were created on the DiversityJobs and Circa platforms. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** Extremely slow to help you with any questions or problems. Months into using circa and asking questions, we would learn something new about the platform that we were not told before. IE We were not told about Boosting Jobs until months later. It then took over a month for them to boost any of our jobs. By that time, the job was filled, so then we would have to wait another week for our AM to respond with our concerns. The reporting would show we had double-digit applicants for the month, but we would only see 3 or 4 in our ATS. Our account manager at first said it was because of us, but months later said there may be a tech issue on their end. When I finally canceled our subscription, we got the most amount of applicants we had seen from Circa. February, we received 12 candidates. November, December, and January, we received 11 total. We received much stronger, more diverse candidates by posting on regular job boards at a fraction of the cost. **What problems is Mitratech Circa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reaching out to a diverse candidate pool that other job boards do not service. The ABI isn't as robust as I'd hope for, we barely knew how to log into it, let alone know how to use it. If this specific criteria is not followed the search results are not helpful. I am still learning how to use the query function and it takes time. We are a small team and posting to various diverse sites can be time-consuming. With circa's platform, they take our positions that are on our webpage and then send these roles out to these diverse groups. We've had some candidates who made it through the screening round. Circa also provides us with contact info for diverse organizations and we can easily do reachouts. For compliance purposes, the reachouts are recorded in their platform which makes it easy for us to reference when we need to. **What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?** There isn't any integration with greenhouse and the platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like it to be. It took me awhile to use certain features but even then I have issues from time to time. I also don't like their resume database. The search criteria is cumbersome and I typically don't get good matches. **Recommendations to others considering Mitratech Circa:** Circa is a cost effective diversity recruiting solution.
