I found the initial setup of Paycor to be very easy, which was the only positive aspect amidst my overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Paycor? I have significant issues with Paycor. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, making it challenging to resolve issues. They have a problem with overcharging, as the quotes they provided when I switched to their service were not even close to accurate. Even worse, after canceling the service, they continue to charge me for months, and it's impossible to reach anyone for a refund. Overall, every aspect of the service feels inadequate and problematic for my needs. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
