What do you like best about Paycor?

I love how easy it is to use Paycor. When I'm needing to clock in and clock out and ask for time off I feel like it is really easy to navigate. It didn't require much training to figure out as a new employee and doesnt require much training when implementing with others. I was able to jump in pretty quickly and start using it on a daily basis. Now that I have been here for a while I have been able to make adjustments as needed and everything is really easy to use. Its a program that I believe is well worth the cost and will recommend it to other businesses who are looking for a great product that will serve their employees well. What do you dislike about Paycor?

There are times where I am unable to clock in due to our security software so I have to go do a missed punch later on. I dont think this is paycors fault but it is the most annoying part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main reason I use paycor is for time and attendance. I track my hours and ask for time off. It is very easy to use and I have not had any problems. I have no doubt that paycor is going to work when I use it. There has has been software in the past where I wondered if it was going to work today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paycor?

I found the initial setup of Paycor to be very easy, which was the only positive aspect amidst my overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycor?

I have significant issues with Paycor. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, making it challenging to resolve issues. They have a problem with overcharging, as the quotes they provided when I switched to their service were not even close to accurate. Even worse, after canceling the service, they continue to charge me for months, and it's impossible to reach anyone for a refund. Overall, every aspect of the service feels inadequate and problematic for my needs. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
