**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics gives us useful company-level website intelligence that helps inform our outbound commercial strategy. What I value most is the ability to turn anonymous website activity into actionable account insight, so our commercial team can prioritise warmer and more relevant opportunities.

The support has also been excellent. James Simmons helped me consolidate our weekly reporting export process, which has removed a manual bottleneck and should save around 4–6 hours per month. It has also improved the quality, consistency, and control of the data we use internally.

Overall, the platform is valuable not just as a reporting tool, but as a practical source of sales intelligence.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The main limitation I experienced was around reporting exports. For our weekly workflow, we needed to download and manage multiple segmented reports, which made the process more manual and time-consuming than ideal. But team promptly helped fixing that.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us identify company-level website activity that would otherwise remain anonymous. This gives our commercial team better visibility into which accounts are showing intent and helps us prioritise outbound activity around warmer, more relevant companies.

The main benefit is that it turns website engagement into practical sales intelligence. We use the data as part of a weekly reporting process that supports our outbound strategy, helping us understand which companies are engaging, what they may be interested in, and where there may be timely opportunities for follow-up.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The implementation into our daily work routine was uncomplicated. The navigation is very intuitive, and the dashboard is also clearly designed. At crucial points, there are always short help videos that provide immediate assistance. Overall, I feel very well advised and supported by our Success Managers. The handling is quick to learn and can be easily applied in everyday life.

Lead Forensics is not connected to our CRM system, but it serves as a very good campaign trigger for our marketing. Additionally, we use Google Analytics and can therefore compare the data well. The various contact options displayed by Lead Forensics also facilitate onboarding.

From my perspective, the price-performance ratio is great, considering what we have already achieved within a year. Our focus is on a secure, isolated software environment, which is why we consciously do not use this type of system integration.

The automation with the help of our filters works great and noticeably saves time in everyday work. In general, the AI is very accurate when it comes to customer data. Our filters can also be integrated without problems and deliver the desired, exact results. Not all data is always up-to-date, but we additionally cross-check with LinkedIn.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Since it usually involves large amounts of data, the assignment sometimes takes a little longer to be displayed. Our focus is on a secure, isolated software environment, which is why we deliberately do not use this type of system integration.

The automation using our filters works great and noticeably saves time in everyday work.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to track who has visited our homepage and which content has been viewed. Furthermore, Lead Forensics allows us to conduct a targeted search for contacts relevant to our product. Even if we do not receive direct feedback, the "advertising" is significantly more targeted as a result.

After a year of intensive use, we have already been able to acquire new major clients whom we initially contacted with the help of Lead Forensics. Since we monitor the accesses daily, the overall effort remains manageable. The automation through our filters works great and noticeably saves us time in our daily work.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

What I like best about Lead Forensics, is that it helps us to identify potential customers that we may otherwise, never have known they were interested in our products or services. It enables us to be the first company in contact with the customer and it provides valuable insights that support our sales efforts. Also, our rep David has been incredibly helpful, making the initial set up smooth and continuing to provide us with excellent ongoing support.

So far i haven't encountered any issues with this platform.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is helping us identify businesses that are visiting our website but not getting in touch with us. Previously, we had no way of knowing who many of these visitors were, meaning potential opportunities could be missed. By giving us greater visibility into our website traffic, we’re able to proactively reach out to relevant companies and generate new sales opportunities. This has already resulted in several quality enquiries and a couple of successful sales, making our lead generation efforts more effective.

It is useful to be able to see who is visiting our website, the pages they are visiting and that it is all linked to our CRM for ease

The least helpful aspect of Lead Forensics is that it identifies companies visiting our website rather than the specific individual, so it can sometimes be difficult to determine who within the organisation is interested.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is helping us identify organisations that are engaging with our website but may not have completed an enquiry form or contacted us directly. This provides greater visibility of potential prospects, helps us prioritise business development activity, and allows us to have more informed conversations with organisations already showing an interest in our services. As a result, we are uncovering opportunities that may otherwise have gone unnoticed and making our outreach more targeted and efficient.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

What I like best about LeadForensics is the visibility it gives our team into website visitor activity that we otherwise would not have identified. It helps bridge the gap between anonymous web traffic and actionable sales opportunities by providing company-level insights, allowing our team to better understand who is engaging with our website and prioritize outreach more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One area that could be improved is the accuracy and consistency of some of the visitor identification data. While the platform provides valuable insights, there are times when the contact information or company matches are either outdated or too broad to be immediately actionable. It would also be helpful to have more seamless integrations and deeper reporting customization to make it easier to tailor the data to our specific sales and marketing workflows.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LeadForensics is helping solve the challenge of identifying and engaging with potential customers who visit our website but do not fill out a form or directly contact us. Before using the platform, much of that traffic remained anonymous, making it difficult to understand which companies were showing interest in our services. LF gives our team greater visibility into visitor behavior and helps uncover new business opportunities that may have otherwise gone unnoticed.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It is very easy to know the number of visitors to your site, how many pages they viewed and how long they were on your site but Lead Forensics tells you what company they are from, how they came to your site, which pages they viewed, how many times they have been on your site, if they purchased anything, and almost any other identifying information you wish to have regarding the users on your site. The ability to set the flags for each of these identifiers allows for the filtering by any data point. 

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There is always room for improvement, but I have yet to find anything missing from this program. 

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics allows us to know who was on our site, exactly what they looked at, how long they were on our site and most importantly it links all of the cumulative visits together creating a mosaic of the customer that we never had before.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like Lead Forensics because I can easily see who is visiting the site and when, which helps me track site activity effectively. I also appreciate being able to see how long someone was on the site and what they were looking at. This information is really useful when generating prospect proposals, as I can list vehicles they may have already been interested in. The initial setup was fairly easy, which was a plus.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

If there was a way to find or collate Fleet manager or company owner details with a higher success rate.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to track web traffic and prospect leads, helping me see who's visiting the website and what they are interested in. This enables me to tailor prospect proposals with relevant vehicles they're already interested in.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Being able to identify previously unknown website visitors and turn them into actionable sales opportunities is a huge advantage. The platform is intuitive, and the data provided is helping our sales and marketing teams carry out much more effective targeting.

It is also incredibly useful to have a dedicated account manager who we have regualar calls with and who is always on hand to assist with functionality and provides insights into our usage.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Some of the data can occasionally feel a little vague, particularly for smaller businesses or less well-known domains and can require additional research to fully qualify leads as it's a bit of a guessing game sometimes.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It means we're not only relying on inbound enquiries anymore and instead we can proactively approach companies that have already shown interest in our products as well as getting an idea of the user journey they have taken - ie the referral channels and pages visited. This has improved lead generation and given our sales team a stronger pipeline to work from as well as giving a greater insight into how people are using the website, what they're looking for, and what actions they're taking.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Patrick Malone is a fantastic rep. We had some hiccups with lead forensics until we were given Patrick as a rep. He is constantly looking for ways to improve the information that they are generating for us and ways to improve what they are able to do overall. Lead forensics is great for newer/up and coming businesses that need that push to find customers. It is a great way to see who you need to reach out to to get those leads. There is a TON of information you can get by utilizing Lead Forensics correctly.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Lead forensics was just not for us. I see the amazing potential that this can offer to many other business. The information we were receiving was mostly existing customers as we have been a well established business for over 50 years

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead forensics showed us exactly who was visiting out site which was very good information. Patrick was able to pinpoint many ways and generate weekly reports for new visits which helped us determine what to do with that lead

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

A good number of new leads are created daily which helps us to identify potential customers that we otherwise may never have known were interested in our products and this enables us to be the first company in contact with the customer.  It is a great tool to understand and gives an insight as to who is visiting our website and what they are searching for. 

Using LF into our daily workflow is simple and straightforward. The platform is very easy to navigate, and the dashboard is clearly structured. LF Academy videos provide quick support, and our Success Manager has been highly supportive throughout the process and ongoing.

Although Lead Forensics is not connected to our CRM, it works very well as a campaign trigger for our marketing activities. We also use Google Analytics, which allows us to compare and validate the data effectively. 

The visibility of lapsed clients visiting the website has proven highly successful for us re-engaging with them and the amazing results we have achieved within just one year.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It would be useful if the credit used when adding a contact that is an old contact or has left the company is credited back.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LF is solving the problem of searching for new clients and providing a healthy number of potential clients each day.
