**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the customer service and the data we're able to capture about our visitors. I also like how easy it is to use and how it integrates with hubspot.

There's really not much I don't like about it - It's pretty much a powerful analytics tool - if it not only gave us data but also helped us more with our marketing then we wouldn't have to use so many tools to accomplish what we need to do.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tells us which companies are visiting the site and allowing us to get data about the visitors. It also let's us know how our other marketing programs are working since we can upload a list to LF and then it will let us know who from that list is visiting us online.

The ability to see what companies have been on the company website is fantastic. The user interface is very user friendly.
It allows me to capture the data I need very quickly. It definitely is an asset in our outbound marketing strategy. I use the tool on a daily basis.
It is very simple to implement on the company website.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There is a lot of functionality in Lead Forensics. I probably use a fraction of what is available. Although I have an excellent account manager the ability to go on guided tours of the features would be a nice addition.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to view the companies that have been on our website. It also provides accurate data for prospecting. I download the data and enrol it into an automation sequence.

Holly gave a great overview and being able to see which companies have visited our website is incredibly useful. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I need. This tool enables me to quickly capture the necessary data, and it has become a valuable part of our outbound marketing strategy.

Lead Forensics offers a wide range of features, many of which I have yet to explore—I likely only use a small portion of what’s available. While my account manager is excellent, I think having support for more guided tours of the platform’s features would be a valuable.

Jack Wingate made my onboarding experience with Lead Forensics genuinely smooth and engaging. From the very first online call, he demonstrated a deep understanding of the platform and tailored the walkthrough to my specific business needs. His communication was clear, professional, and refreshingly personable—he struck a great balance between being informative and approachable.

Jack was proactive in ensuring I felt confident using the platform, offering helpful tips and answering questions with patience and clarity. I appreciate him highlighting the availability of free online training seminars which look extremely useful. His follow-up was timely and thoughtful, showing genuine interest in my success with the tool with a further call booked in. Lead Forensics allows us to provide tailored responses to visitors to our website. We have seen great success in outreach, which has promoted us to double-down on the work that we are doing.

The support from our CSM, Joanna is great, and strikes a good balance for where we are as a business!

I'm on Lead Forensics every day, so it's a key tool as part of our business and works very well.

There's some areas which could be a lot more modern. But for the platforms intention, it does exactly what it sets out to be. But a more modern look when it comes to the UI and Dashboards could be helpful, as well as deeper analytics.

It's helping us identify needs which are already there from visitors to our website, which we can lean on in conversations and build up a strong rapport.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Our customer success specialist Ryan is super helpful on the calls if we have any questions and guiding us. The tool has been great into more analytics of our website visitors and getting a better idea of which schools are coming to our site. It was also easy to initally set up on our website and set up the integration with our CRM. We are constantly checking the system and using those analytics to guide us to the next step of contact.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Unable to identify specifically who was on the website. Our integration with Hubspot isn't the best for creating workflows for follow up.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are driving traffic to our website with SEO, but we didn't know who was coming to the website. With Lead Forensics, it is super helpful to know which schools and businesses are heading to specific web pages.

The platform is very intuitive, and the integration to our CRM makes it easy to pass lead data to our sales team for follow-up. Our account management team has been extremely proactive and helpful in enabling us get the most value of the platform.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We use lead forensics mostly for the trigger reports. We receive daily reports of who has been to our website (specific pages) and it circulates to the key users every morning. This is a great way to trigger conversations about clients, leads and reaching out to previously lapsed pipeline leads. 

We have great support from our account manager which usually means we get alot of support with setting up custom campaigns etc.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I would prefer more functionality with the kinds of data analytics possible but typically Lead forensics are continuously updating their software and releasing new updates. They listen to their customers.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us visibility about which leads / contacts are warm/hot which leads to good timely conversations when customers are most likely to progress.

Our account manager is excellent as well and is always available for support and any questions that come up.

Contact information can be outdated. For example, a contact is in the system as working for a specific company but when I check their LinkedIn profile, I find they no longer work for the company listed.

Lead Forensics provides us with the data we need it to. We are using it for a very specific thing - just assessing which companies are reaching certain websites and when, and for this, it does the job fine.  We've got alerts set up for when our targets reach the site and that works great.

Also, our customer rep is great - really helpful if I need any help with anything, and keen to make sure we get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The UI is clunky and really slow. It's also not super CLEAR - I'm sure there's more that the tool can do (based on how many options/dropdowns there are) but it is too overwhelming to work out.

I love the ease of using Lead Forensics and have been using it every day since we've implemented it. I only need to log on and I can immediately see who has been visiting our website on the company level. And with a bit of analysis, I can see who would be worth prospecting,.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

After almost 2 years of use, there's still a lack of contacts for our specific target audience although it's hard to fault Lead Forensics as sourcing contact data is more and more difficult with the increasing number of privacy laws coming into effect worldwide. It's also tough to filter contacts from multinational companies that are more local to us (eg. they'll also show contacts from other countries)

The tool helps us understand who has been visiting our website. This data doesn't only help us identify potential customers, but it also helps inform our SEO strategy as it makes it even clearer who visits which pages on our site.

Jack at Lead Forensics is absolutely amazing - he does not just provide technical help, he truly thinks alongside us as a strategic partner. He takes the time to analyse our results with us and provides actionable insights that have directly contributed to our growth. While the platform is powerful, there was initially a learning curve to fully understand all the features and get the most out of the data. Some of the more advanced reporting features could be more intuitive for new users getting started with lead identification technology.

Lead Forensics is solving our biggest challenge of identifying anonymous website visitors and converting them into qualified prospects for our sales team. Previously, we had significant website traffic but no way to know which companies were genuinely interested in our services. This left our internal sales team working with cold leads and struggling to prioritise their outreach efforts.
Now, Lead Forensics helps our internal sales team qualify leads by providing detailed company information about website visitors, including which pages they viewed and how long they engaged with our content. This intelligence allows our sales team to approach prospects with relevant, personalised messaging based on their demonstrated interest. The result is higher conversion rates, more efficient use of sales resources, and shorter sales cycles.

Lead Forensics delivers really powerful insights for marketing and sales. I've used it across a few different organizations it has always provided value. From a marketing perspective it provides real-time insights into who is visiting your site, what content they are consuming and what site if any referred them. You can also see at a glance how many times they've visited and see a history of all visits. For sales, I love the daily reports to help them generate new leads and opportunities. Our account manager Nick has always been committed to helping us utilise the product to its fullest potential and never hesitates to offer training, etc. when needed which has been great.

Not a lot honestly but I do notice it does tag incorrect companies from time to time.

Lead Forensics has been a fantastic addition to our tech stack. It's incredibly easy to use, and the insights we get on our website visitors are truly powerful. We've found it particularly useful for optimizing our paid advertising campaigns, as it helps us understand which companies are engaging with our ads. The ability to purchase contacts from these organisations has also allowed us to set up targeted follow up nurture email campaigns. 

Beyond the software, the customer support is excellent. Our monthly check-ins with our Customer Success Manager are invaluable - they are proactive, helpful, and ensure we're getting the most out of the platform. Highly recommend!

Their contact database isn't always the most up to date. After we purchase contacts to add them to an email cadence, quite a few seems to hard bounce, meaning the emails no longer exist.

I like being able to use the information available from Lead Forensics together with other analytics information available to me to be able to build a stronger understanding of the journey of our customers. It has been a really useful tool to improve SEO on landing pages. You can access a broad range of information and it is presented really clearly. 

Our account manager Christopher Slade has been really helpful in answering any questions and has set up reports to be sent to various people within the company that are tailored to their role - so I only receive marketing information, but thanks to Christopher, and the easy navigation of Lead Forensics, I am able to view information relevant to my colleagues with ease. 

I check lead forensics daily on a top level, and then do a deeper dive once a week. The menus and filters make it easy for me to do this.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes the locations are incorrect, or the company, but this can't really be helped when people are accessing VPNs I suppose?

I am able to see where people are entering the website, and what journey they are taking - and where they are dropping off.
