"Game-Changer for B2B Lead Generation and Sales Intelligence"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics has completely transformed how we identify and engage potential clients. The platform gives us real-time visibility into which businesses are visiting our website - something we previously had no way of tracking. Being able to see company names, visit behaviour, and contact details equips our sales team with highly qualified leads without the guesswork.

What sets it apart is the depth of insight. The platform doesn’t just tell us who visited, but what they were interested in, which means we can tailor our outreach accordingly. It has significantly shortened our lead response time and helped us prioritise accounts that are actively in-market. The integration with our CRM and the ability to set up customised alerts and reports makes it seamless and efficient to use.

I also want to give a special shoutout to our former account manager, George and our current account manager, David - both have gone above and beyond to support us. Their proactive approach, fast responses, and genuine desire to help us succeed have made a big impact. It's rare to get that level of service, and it makes the experience with Lead Forensics even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

While the platform is incredibly valuable, the UI can occasionally feel a bit clunky and outdated, especially when navigating through reports or filtering data - however cant really complain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective and Insightful Tool for Sales and Marketing Teams"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics gives a clear view of which companies are engaging with our website, helping us prioritize leads and tailor our outreach. The platform is intuitive, and the data is highly actionable. I also really appreciated the onboarding, especially the training session with Leon, which was practical, clear, and motivating. His guidance made the platform easy to integrate into our workflow, and his responsiveness has made a huge difference in getting value from the tool quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Some smaller businesses or individual visitors can be harder to identify, which limits visibility in certain cases. However, this is understandable due to data protection regulations, and the value we get from the identifiable company insights far outweighs this limitation. What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I love our customer success manager! Patrick Malone has made our time with Lead Forensics smooth and efficient with his customer support. We also love the data that we receive, and the usability of the system itself. It has been easy to implement to our team, frequently use, and integrate into our daily practice. "Actionable Insights for B2B Marketing and Sales Teams"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics gives us clear visibility into which companies are visiting our website. The ability to identify B2B visitors, see engagement patterns, and link them to real business opportunities has been a game changer for our sales and marketing alignment. The dashboard is intuitive, data is reliable, and integration with our CRM makes follow ups seamless. It’s a great tool for turning anonymous traffic into actionable leads.

A special mention to Rhys, our CSM, who’s been doing a great job supporting us, always responsive, helpful, and proactive in making sure we get the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

While powerful, setup and data filtering can take some time to fine tune, especially if you want to avoid irrelevant traffic and pricing might feel steep for smaller teams. Still, the overall ROI and insights it provides make it well worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Underrated software"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

For a B2B company like ours, having a tool like Lead Forensics that can show us a big amount of potential new leads is great. Every B2B company should have this tool to maximise digital marketing investments.

We use it every day, starting from checking the tags applied automatically by the software to donwload important contacts in few clicks. 100 emails per month is a lot for a company like ours, and every month we get at least three four new valuable prospects from lead forensics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

It doesn't make all the job by himself, we still have to do something manually. I'm sure that in the future it will be improved more and more. Be careful to control sales department to be sure that the useful information are going to be used quickly to take advantage from the arised interes by the leads/prospects. "Great support experience with Lead Forensics"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

The best part of using Lead Forensics has been the support. Our Customer Success Rep, Ryan Wilson, has been incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to walk our team through how to use the platform in a way that made sense for our specific goals. He also worked with me one-on-one to set up custom trigger reports that give us exactly the kind of insights we’re looking for. That kind of hands-on help really made onboarding easier.

It’s also been great to see which companies are visiting our site. We’ve been able to use that info to connect our website activity with potential leads, which helps both our sales and marketing teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I don’t have a lot of complaints. It would be nice if you could see exactly who visited the site, but I get that there are privacy limitations around that. One thing that would make things a little easier is being able to create trigger reports directly from a list, instead of needing to build a category or assign it to someone first. Not a dealbreaker, just a small improvement that would save a few steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super-snooping made simple! :)"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

We use Lead Forensics daily as it provides an excellent way to monitor who is visiting the website and what they're there for. We also upload our sales opportunities, events attendees and resellers as data lists, meaning we're able to see if anyone from these lists visit – the live trigger reports are really useful for this too, giving me visit details in real time. So sometimes when I'm on the phone with a customer, I can instantly see if they're visiting the website at the same time, which means they're keen to know more! Either that, or they're trying to work out what I'm talking about! Either way, it's a useful insight, and now with the additional contacts credits each month, I can make a fairly educated stab as to which person at the company might be visiting the website. All in all, an excellent piece of software. More than this though, we've had phenomenal support from Lead Forensics, with calls every three months with feedback and targets, along with ideas of other things for us to try. Actually the best support I've received for software – genuinely makes us feel as though they are fighting our sales and marketing battles with us! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I would like to be able to separate the main dashboard by the two domains that we manage, as all the data is in one, but as we have very different customers for each website, I'm generally able to see what I need using categorisation instead and actually use this new 'categories report' more than the dashboard now anyway! "Great Sales Tool"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I love that you can set up regular reporting so an email is sent with all of your leads for that day/week/month etc, with links that take you straight to Lead Forensics. When I first joined I had a quick session with Gareth Atkinson who talked me through all the tools and features and answered the questions I had which was super helpful. I find the portal easy to use and access and use it weekly to find new leads, see where they came from. It's always great to see after outreaching who has then gone on to view the site or clicked onto articles I've shared with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I probably don't use it to it's full potential but I don't think I need it for much else Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helps to fill in data gaps"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I like the ability to gain more data and oversight into otherwise black spots in our website user journeys. The analytics and dashboards are useful, and the contact database is comprehensive. The setup was relatively easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Nothing comes to mind, it's performing as I expected and I like the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
