## Lead Forensics Reviews
 ### 1. Good insight and ease of use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirsty S. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like how Lead Forensics provides insight into who has been on our website and which pages they have viewed. It's also quite helpful that it offers location data, allowing our team to target specific geographic areas. I find it easy to use, and I really appreciate the ability to create lists for vertical-specific customers. This helps our team, who manage particular verticals, gain insights into which customers within our segments have visited our site. The initial setup was easy, too.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Doesn't always allow you to assign a lead, sometimes takes a few attempts.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives us insights into website visitors and the pages they view, enhancing our geographical targeting. We also manage vertical-specific customer lists to understand which customers engage with us online.

 ### 2. Real-Time Visitor Tracking That Feels Like an Extra Team Member

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon R. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Being able to track website visitors in real time and set up alerts allows us to target prospects with accurate and relevant marketing activity. Its like having an extra member of the sales team! Setting up the flows is really easy and its now part of our day to day work. We use HubSpot as our CRM system and the fact that we get the two working together makes things so streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There isn't really anything to dislike. Our Account Manager really understands our business and what we want to achieve so once everything is set up, it sort of does what it needs to.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be honest there isn't really anything that we need at the moment but Joe will always come to us with new developments and then work with us to see how it can benefit Pressac.

 ### 3. Sophisticated Tool with Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monty F. | Business Development Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I use Lead Forensics for website leads, and I'm really excited about their credit feature. My customer support team, especially Angela Tribal, has been super awesome. The customer support is outstanding, and the tool is sophisticated. The credits feature is just next level for doing business development. Though I'm new to the product, its function is pretty straightforward and the customer support team has been great and available.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I'd like to be able to input any URL or company and spend credits on those as well and not just website visitors. This may already be a tool that I'm unaware of. I'm unaware. But my learning curve being new to the product.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives me an organized way to evaluate and infer who visits our website. By using credits, I'm able to communicate with the proper decision makers to meet my goals.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks for your review Monty! We’re thrilled to hear that Lead Forensics and the credits feature are helping you connect with the right decision-makers, and that Angela and our support team have made your experience smooth and straightforward.

Best regards,
Dawn

 ### 4. Powerful Customer Insights with Seamless Pipedrive CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The thing I like best about Lead Forensics is the ability to gain insight on what products, business, and tools our customer is most interested in. With Lead Forensics I've also been able to easily integrate the data captured from Lead Forensics into our CRM system, Pipedrive where our sales team can also easily review this data and reach out to customers. I've also enjoyed the automated emails that give you a snapshot of customer visits as well as the ability to categorise everything super easily. As well, Joe, our account manager for Mistral Group, is fantastic and super helpful on every success review call or any additional questions we may have.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

What I dislike is when you first integrate the data within Lead Forensics to Pipedrive, you need to manually push it through although this only happens once and once it's pushed through you don't need to do it again.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting insight into what our customers are thinking and seeing where we can push certain vehicles to which customers as well as get an idea of who is visiting after our campaigns and what we can market or promote next.

 ### 5. Insightful Tool for Identifying Website Visitors

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** james w. | Cleaning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like how Lead Forensics helps me to find new business opportunities and tailor conversations based on the information of what potential clients have viewed on the website. I also appreciate being able to see stats on the most common website pages and visitors.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It's hard to identify who the person is, and often the emails given in the contact bit are wrong. There's also a bit of a teething process to understand how to use it.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps identify who visits our website, finds new business opportunities, checks the success of meetings, and tailors conversations based on visitor activity.

 ### 6. Essential Tool for Business Growth and Lead Identification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey H. | Group Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Without lead forensics, I would not be able to identify who is visiting my website and not following through. After using it, I now find it almost an essential tool in my toolbox as a Group Business Development Manager. There are many industries we do not currently serve as a business but we are slowly starting to see prospects from new industries we are now aiming to break into which is a promising sign we are looking in the right areas. I also have experience of using Lead Forensics as an outreach tool to collect relevant contact details of key decision makers and have successfully won work and built relationships through this method. Very easy to implement and get up and running. We have a lot of member within the company who are not familiar with this kind of software and they have managed to build a good understanding of how it works and also use it daily. I use it very frequently too, definitely on a daily, or every two days basis. I like that it can integrate into other platforms such as CRM systems. Since I'm currently building a CRM system, I'm looking to use Lead Forensics as a lead collector and then import the leads into the CRM system via a trigger report.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only downsides I've found is that the layout isn't the cleanest or most intuitive. The webpage looks a little bit outdated, though it is still functional once you spend time identifying where certain reports are or learning what the name of certain things are such as trigger reports (which our account manager helped me out with when i didn't understand it.) Sometimes I have used credits to get contact details but when attempting to email these contacts I get a bounce back email and lose my credit as the email is no longer in use. I'm not sure where the emails are extracted from but sometimes they don't work. It would be a good idea to allow direct integration rather than the use of middleware with some CRM systems such as Monday.com as there is no direct option here.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is helping us better understand the visiting behaviors of businesses. We are able to identify certain patterns, such as when people browse our site but do not proceed with an enquiry, even though some of these visitors would be ideal clients. With this insight, we can refine our website funnels to address these issues and also reach out directly to see if we can genuinely assist, rather than letting potential opportunities slip away. In sales, timing is often a matter of luck—whether it’s due to supply challenges or new projects. Knowing that someone is actively exploring our services allows us to focus on those who are more likely to get in touch with us.

 ### 7. Turning Website Traffic Into Leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conor W. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

From a marketing perspective, Lead Forensics is incredibly valuable for understanding our audience at a deeper level. It allows us to see exactly which businesses are visiting our website, what pages or resources they engage with, and how they move through our content. It also helps us prioritise high-potential leads, tailor follow-up campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of our content in driving interest. Essentially, it bridges the gap between anonymous website traffic and actionable marketing intelligence, allowing us to convert more visitors into engaged prospects and ultimately, customers.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There are a few areas where the platform could be even more useful:

It would be great to have the ability to map out key contacts within those businesses that we should be approaching.

Increasing the percentage of businesses we can track would improve our coverage and insights.

Some guidance on actionable next steps after identifying leads would make the tool even more effective for sales follow-up.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics solves the challenge of anonymous website traffic by turning it into actionable marketing intelligence. Instead of guessing who is visiting our site, we can now identify the businesses engaging with our content, understand what interests them, and assess whether we are reaching the right audience.

A huge part of the benefit comes from having an excellent account manager, Joseph Stone, who works closely with us to refine our targeting, suggest ways to maximise the features of Lead Forensics, and ensure we get the most value from the platform.

 ### 8. Insightful Visitor Tracking with Great Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the reports that can be set up with Lead Forensics, as they provide a nice, concise daily summary detailing which organizations have visited our website, how long they stayed, and the pages they've visited. I also appreciate that these reports can be tailored to gather the precise data we want to track for our product-market fit organizations. Additionally, I like how Lead Forensics can be integrated with our CRM, which automates processes, allowing our sales team to instantly access the data they need without delay. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to our amazing Customer Success Manager, Jaycee, who simplified the process and showed us how to get the best out of all the features Lead Forensics offers.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

For some of our team, they initially found Lead Forensics a bit confusing and felt that the interface was a bit slow at times. They struggled to understand certain features, but this has improved the more time our team has used Lead Forensics.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics has helped us to better understand which organizations visit our website, and what they're viewing, as we had no way to look at this previously. It helps inform sales outreach and automates CRM integration, saving our team time.

 ### 9. Lead Generation Powerhouse with Insightful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thom v. | Accountmanager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like Lead Forensics for its ability to track prospects and the insights it gives me. It's really helpful to see when they looked at my website, where they looked, and what keywords they used. This information really helps me make directed and detailed messages since I know what prospects want and need. Also, the customer success managers are great; they help broaden my knowledge of the program and make understanding it easier. The initial setup was very good, thanks to their customer success department.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

no comment

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is great when the pipeline is empty, helping with lead generation. It tracks prospects and provides insights like website visits and keywords, allowing me to craft directed and detailed messages.

 ### 10. Invaluable Real-Time Website Visitor Insights for Smarter Outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Fantastic, real-time monitoring of website traffic. The information provided (visitor company, number of employees, pages visited and how long spent on each) is invaluable when making contact with the potential customer. You already know what they are researching and with what they need help.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The leads are a little less valuable for larger companies (through no fault of Lead Forensics). It is not too difficult to find the correct contact in a small(ish) company but can be very difficult in a company of 500+ people.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We also monitor when our existing customers are accessing our website. This allows us to be proactive in reaching out to them to make sure they found the information and assistance they needed. The customer is generally very appreciative of this approach, and demonstrates how we have their best interest front of mind.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad Lead Forensics is helping you monitor both new and existing visitors in real time, giving you valuable insights to engage proactively and show customers you have their best interests in mind.

Best regards,
Dawn

 ### 11. Easy to Use with Valuable Visitor Insights and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly M. | Sales and Marketing Support Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is incredibly easy to use and navigate, making it simple to access the insights we need. We consistently receive excellent support from our customer account manager, who provides proactive communication and guidance whenever we need it.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There have been a couple of occasions where changes to status settings weren’t being retained. However, this was only a minor issue and was resolved quickly once raised, so it hasn’t impacted our overall experience with the platform.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform gives us valuable visibility into who is visiting our website, which has been a huge advantage when planning and refining our campaigns

 ### 12. Lead Forensics has given us amazing insights we wouldn't go back!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasia P. | Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I love that Lead Forensics gives us insights of who is visiting our website, that may not already be in business or contact with us. It gives us the opportunity to approach those leads instead of waiting for them to contact us! Our customer success manager Lottie has been nothing but a breath of fresh air. She has really been the biggest help when joining Lead Forensics and has made the integration so easy.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I haven't come across any dislikes since working with Lead Forensics. I would say there are some challenges, such as; approaching those customers without sounding like we are 'watching' them, but there are top tips and webinars to use as guidance, as well as the help of your customer success manager.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics in a marketing aspect. Lottie helped me introduce UTM parameters to my email campaigns so we could track through LF which recipients from the email campaign were clicking through the links on the email. It was such an easy set up which I did not think of, so Lottie recommending that was such a big help to our marketing campaigns.

 ### 13. Simple Interface, Powerful Lead Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that Lead Forensics has a really simple interface that's easy to navigate. The data it provides is clear and actionable, and it doesn't require a lot of knowledge to get up and running. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and Rachel was great in assisting us.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Occasional gaps in small company identification - we sometimes miss crossovers between website visits and HTML clicks.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to identify website visitors and turn them into actionable leads, helping us understand which companies are engaging so we can follow up at the right time.

 ### 14. Exceptionally Easy to Use with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert L. | West Coast Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The system is very easy to use and gives you plenty of information to help you find and contact potential business. If you do happen to have any issues or questions, Their support staff is top notch. My contact is Megan, and she has been extremely helpful and present.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I don't have much I dislike about the system. if i could ask for one thing, it may be making it smoother to remove visitors you know are not true leads.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was no problem to solve, we opted to try them out to see if it will generate more sales business. Seeing everybody who visits our web site gives me the ability to follow up with them to see if there is more we can be doing with them.

 ### 15. Phenomenal Support with Intuitive Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew G. | Internal Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I think the support has been amazing. The dashboards are easy to navigate, and everything is clearly laid out. Navigating the Lead Forensics dashboard very easy and seamless, and the support is amazing. I love that you can see who's been visiting your website, how many clicks they've had, and you also get a list of contacts by using your credits.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The main problem we find is actually getting people to engage with the emails that they receive every day. It is a case of having a lot of information but that's an in-house problem that we just need to train our staff to use it better.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics enables our Salesforce plan a full week of calls and follow-ups the website visitors, improving lead generation and business development.

 ### 16. Excellent Visitor Insights and Ad Value Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jess A. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I really like the visibility it provides into which companies are visiting our website, and can also help me see the value of our ad spend. Our Account Manager, Patrick Malone, is wonderful to work with! He knows the tool very well, is always happy to help with our requests, and is a fantastic resource.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I wish it had bi-directional sync with HubSpot so that we could sync all of our prospect data back and forth automatically

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us provide our sales team with data that shows them who is showing intent, and who they should contact/when. On the marketing side, it helps us to see which of our efforts are driving visits to our website, and gain a better picture into our buyer journey.

 ### 17. The system is simple to use and a great way of tracking potential and existing customers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt G. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The ability to see existing customers and track what they are looking at.
We can track existing clients movements and contact for future sales

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There is not anything we dislike with Lead Forensics

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are starting a mail chimp campaign and looking forward to seeing the results it brings.

I needed assistance with tracking certain pages on the website and my account manager Lucy assisted me with setting this up.

 ### 18. Handy Analytics Dashboard for Quick Metric Snapshots

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam B. | Sales & Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The analytics dashboard is a handy feature, providing a quick snapshot of the key metrics we’re monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

If there is one thing that Lead Forensics could do better, it would be improve the find contact feature - quite often, only using LinkedIn. Can appreciate that this isn't easy with GDPR.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives us an almost real-time view of potential customers visiting our website. Since we generally have low traffic, it’s especially helpful for our sales process: it helps steer conversations and supports both cold outreach and warm-starting emails.

 ### 19. Actionable Buyer Insights That Help Us Close More Truck Sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that it allows us to gain insights into companies / customers that are interested i our trucks at Macs trucks sales. For a truck sales business, especially in commercial sales, knowing who’s actively looking makes a big difference. It helps us target the right businesses at the right time and ultimately increases our chances of closing more deals.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Not every visitor is actually a strong buying lead. Sometimes it picks up companies that may just be browsing, competitors checking pricing, or even service-related traffic. So it still requires time to qualify and verify whether the lead is worth pursuing.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to follow up on potential lost sales which without lead forensics we would not have seen.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad Lead Forensics is helping you identify companies interested in your trucks and uncover potential opportunities that may otherwise have been missed.

We also appreciate your feedback on lead qualification, you can set up filters and trigger reports so that Lead Forensics only sends you valuable visits and excludes traffic from competitors etc. I've asked your CSM to catch up with you on this to ensure you make the most of these features.

Best regards,
Dawn

 ### 20. Great support thus far

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Their support has been fantastic thus far. James has gone above and beyond to tailore our portal to our goals and ensure we are maximising the platform based on the type of marketing and sales we are undertaking right now.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing too major. The more they develop, the better I am sure they will help us identifying individuals, especially in larger organisations.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are targetting specific, small scale lists of businesses across a new area of the business. Lead Forensics is doing what it says on the tin and highlighting when targets hit key pages.

 ### 21. Instant Hot Leads and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Flo P. | Joint Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We can immediately see which companies are looking at our website, which pages they've visited, how long and how often they've been on there - it gives us a hot lead list. The support (especially from Lottie) in setting it all up and explaining the process has been amazing - super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

No software is perfect and it takes time to make Lead Forensics work effectively for you, but it's worth the time investment to set it all up and you'll get much more out of it if you do.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our SEO analytics only tells part of the story - Lead Forensics gives you much more insight as to the actual companies visiting your site. It's invaluable information that shows not just whether your digital marketing is working effectively but gives you a live lead list of people genuinely interested.

 ### 22. Uncovers Hidden Leads We’d Otherwise Miss

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Support Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Identifies leads that we as a business wouldn't otherwise know existed!

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics can only advise what company has visited, but cannot pin-down specific contacts leading the data sometimes difficult to act upon, though this is not a limiting factor.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying businesses viewing our website that we would otherwise miss, and may not otherwise generate business from.

 ### 23. Lead Forensics: Powerful Insights and Excellent Support for Maximizing Leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross C. | Business Development Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is a great tool that has helped us maximise leads and prospects, just by giving us insights on who is visiting our website. Which allows me to tailor my sales approach to really meet the potential customers needs, as I know what their pain points are based on what pages they've visited on our website.

Not only has it allowed us to identify new sectors we didn't know our offering would support, but also new regions due to the traffic we're seeing from overseas prospects. As we have an aim to grow our business in Europe, this has been invaluable in identifying customers that will benefit the most from our services.

I'm also a big fan of the support we get from Lead Forensics. We have regular meetings with our account manager, Rhys, who always offers great insight in how we can maximise the data we get, suggestions on how we can utilise the tools Lead Forensics offers and always takes on board any feedback or answering any questions we have.

In addition to this, they also offer sales training seminars that you can register for. This is a practical session, where everyone contributes. Not only giving great sales tips, but how to utilise Lead Forensics during the sales process to increase conversion rates.

Overall, very impressed with the full package!

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Currently, there isn't anything that stands out as a 'dislike'. There were a few teething issues when we first got set up, whether that was not being used to the platform, or things like filters not being set up efficiently, so data was messy and difficult to sort through.

But, after a few chats with Rhys, we were able to get that cleaned up and receive much more precise and relevant data.

As this is a tool I use daily, it was really important to get this right. So, as soon as issues were raised, it was sorted right away.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous provider gave us a very basic overview of companies that visited our site. It didn't give a lot of information to help us maximise a lead. With Lead Forensics, you can see a detailed breakdown of what company is looking at your site, what specific pages they're looking at, for how long and if they download any data sheets or other information.

This really helped signal to us which prospects had strong buying intent, allowing us to target them and really maximise our lead with a tailored sales approach. - It's made our outbound lead generation increase by huge margins.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The platform has been straightforward to use once you get past the initial training. The setup was smooth, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. It's handy that you can get reports emailed directly to you and track what your target customers are looking at. The lead manager is also helpful as a mini CRM.

Our account manager, David Smith, has been a big plus too; he asks thought-provoking questions that help us think more deeply about our digital strategy, and he’s always helpful with reporting and giving insights into our web stats.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I don't have many complaints, but I do wish Lead Forensics offered a direct integration with Monday.com. Having that feature would definitely save us time and make things a little more convenient.
I would also like to see more audience segmentation, for example, retail is very broad and it would great to see 'food retail, high street retail' etc.

Lead Forensics helps us keep track of what our current customers are looking at on the website, so we can spot opportunities to support them better. It’s great for tracking our campaigns and measuring how effective they are, as well as seeing which content is grabbing attention. It also gives us visibility of companies showing interest in our services that we might not have considered before, and it helps us keep an eye on our pipeline so we can position our bids in the best possible way.

So far, my experience with Lead Forensics has been thoroughly positive. As someone new to this type of software, I initially found it a bit complex and overwhelming. However, the platform offers a wealth of valuable learning resources — both on the site and within the wider user community — which made the learning curve much more manageable. Regular check-ins with a dedicated customer success manager have also been incredibly helpful in ensuring that I'm using the software to its full potential. I now use Lead Forensics daily and can navigate the platform with ease.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There’s little to criticize when it comes to Lead Forensics. That said, the platform can occasionally experience slight delays when loading, which, while not a significant issue, can interrupt the workflow at times.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Lead Forensics, we had no way of knowing exactly who was visiting our website. This posed a challenge, as valuable prospects could have been repeatedly viewing key product pages without us ever knowing. Lead Forensics has changed that by providing detailed insights — not just the names of the companies visiting our site, but also the specific pages they viewed, how often they visited, and relevant contacts within those organizations. I now have a growing list of qualified companies and contact information for potential customers, which will undoubtedly support our sales efforts and help us prioritize outreach more effectively

The Lead Forensics search tool is also very helpful as you can target a specific area, including City and State to identify local leads with national brands.
