## Lead Forensics Reviews
  ### 1. Provides Us Qualitative Data & Sales Team Prospecting Opportunities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It's easy to use and the hubspot integration works well for us. It provides us with qualitative information about web visitors that other analytics tools can't give us. This presents sales team opportunities for users who have an interest in our product but aren't yet ready to convert to an enquiry.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Whilst the firmographic information is good, it would be useful to get more consistent information on the actual user, on top of the organisation that is visiting our site.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It picks up the slack when our website conversion mechanics don't convert web visitors into leads. It presents our sales team with outbound opportunities that, whilst not as hot as an inbound lead, is warmer than cold prospecting.

I have found the onboarding experience very good. Both my account manager and the people on the end of the chat have been really helpful and responsive – so never had to wait when I have a query. I find it quite easy to use, like anything the more you use the more features you find. The implementation process has been very easy and supportive.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I can't think of any downsides. Personally would like a bit of a clearer interface especially when tracking our email campaigns. I found that it's not that easy to search for people using the window, and occasionally people don't appear in the search but they are on linkedin.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Discovering who is visiting the site, we are now much more aware of who's visiting and when, especially if the are potential prospect

  ### 10. Great Tool for B2B Opportunity Tracking and Customer Follow Up

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas H. | Ecommerce Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has been extremely helpful to our business development team who use the platform on a daily basis. It helps us to identify new businesses in each of our branches local areas to expand our business. It also allowed the teams to follow up with current customers with up and cross sell opportunities they gathered through viewing customers activity our website.

Our marketing team also uses Lead Forensics to monitor the effectiveness of ads campaigns, which allows us to see how our marketing is driving traffic to our website.

Triggered reports make it easier for us to send our sales team automated alerts about their key accounts and new business. Overall, it has been a great tool for us to improve our sales and marketing efforts.

Our IT team also found it icredibly easy to intergrate and implement due to the API features.

The Support and Customer Success team was great in handling and helping us implement our specific requirements for the platform.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One area where Lead Forensics can improves is in the process of data. Sometimes the amount of information provided can feel a bit overwhelming, even though its limited to each of the users locations. Also, because of the amount of data we get, the load times suffer, but these are minor points in terms of the benefits we recieve overall.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software helps us solve two key issues, identifying prospective businesses on our website and informing the local sales teams, and tracking current customer website useage. Before using Lead Forensics, we couldn’t see which companies visited our website and what content they were engaging with so adding this has helped to develop new business not only with new companies but existing customers too.

Our business development team can now identify potential businesses in their local area, allowing them to reach out when we are fresh in thier minds. We can also track the interest of existing customers, which helps us strengthen those relationships. We also found it helped us to identify customers that were browsing products that they weren't purchasing from us, allowing the sales team to diversify the product portfolio with these customers.

For our marketing team, Lead Forensics also provides insight into effective ads campaigns and email outreach to track how these efforts are driving traffic to our website. This visibility has been essential to improving our sales and marketing effectiveness, ultimately helping us grow.

  ### 11. Attentive and Informative staff, Outstanding product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

It's helped us tremendously! It's providing us the tools to succeed.

  ### 12. Very helpful in creating/analyzing how well our google ppc is performing.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The knowledge of who has been on your website/what pages they are viewing is a perk in itself. The email reports that you can set up to hit your inbox whenever you want is nice as well, because you don't have to login to gather the information. As of late, I've been loving how it integrates with our Google Ads to see which keywords are effective for our target companies. I also appreciate how I speak with a customer success manager at least once a quarter and that helps me to make sure I am getting the most out of all of the features.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

At least for our industry, there are a lot of seemingly non-relevant leads. We are also an international company and a lot of our international traffic doesn't get captured and matched to companies in the system.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to see who is poking around our site in order to reach out if it's a lapsed customer and we know someone at that company. We are still stuck on how to actively gain new business from reaching out to a company on our site because the pool of options to reach out to is so big. It's also helping craft our ppc strategy with Google because we can see what companies are searching with what key words to not waste money on bots/irrelevant clicks.

  ### 13. Essential for Accessing Live Business Data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

To get the live data from the web site that we need for the business

  ### 14. Incredible way to identify leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke F. | Director, Ticketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has been a fantastic too to help us identify potential leads for our business. The product is designed well, incredibly powerful, and their Customer Success Managers are great to work with. Samuel is our rep and he is great! They also do a good job of communicating any updates or changes to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes, the platform can take a little bit to load but there is a lot of data it is pulling. Outside of that, it works great!

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are finding out what businesses come to our website and then being proactive and reaching out to them.

  ### 15. Impressed with Lead Forensics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Tracking new contacts and being given ideas on who to reach out to.
Easy to use and navigate
Automation is available

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes it's hard to know which person / company has visited the page.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 16. From flying blind to seeing the contact information for potential clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marek W. | CEO / Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I can see what companies visit my websites and who the target contacts are at those companies. I also can get the emails and phone numbers of those targets. Some of the competitors that I have used did not provide the list of contacts and their information. This is a huge advantage that Lead Forensics has. I also like the ability to create alerts based on many different factors and have them sent to my sales team. The integration with the CRM is very helpful. Lead Forensics contacts trigger a series of automated events once automatically added to the CRM. Very helpful. The people that work for LF, especially Aliya Hennessy, in particular, is a high-quality professional. Helpful in all technical things and even makes it easy to deal with their accounting dept. ;)

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes the app throws errors, but typically when you refresh, it always comes back. Some of the user interface could be brought up to the current design best practices, but this is not as important as the benefits LF provides.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us discover qualified leads. It shows us what companies are looking at us that we otherwise would not know. It also helps with a quick outreach to companies that just minutes ago were reading our website. The recency factor is huge in winning a client.

  ### 17. Closes the gap between marketing spend and identifying leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David J. | Director of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The interface, filters and reporting are intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It didn't have an integration to our CRM. However, the Lead Forensics team worked really hard to help implement a connection via Zapier.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We spend money and time on PPC campaigns and Organic optimisation. Lead Forensics gives us intelligence about our customer behaviour as wel las new leads. Our sales team use teh reports to directly make sales to our trade partners while the marketing team gather evidence about companies that are actively researching our managed services. These features bridge the gap between our marketing outreach and sales, allowing us to provide our SDR team with active leads to contact.

  ### 18. Useful insights with proactive staff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Understanding what traffic is coming through to our website and tweaking our marketing strategies until we receive relevant traffic.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Seems to be some traffic that is incorrect but I can bring this up with the staff.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improper PPC Targetting, oprtmising campaigns to see more relevant traffic.
Contacting Potential leads to offer support

  ### 19. Lead forensics has been great to monitor customer traction on the website.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead forensics is very easy to use, and there is plenty of support offered when it's needed.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The reports that are emailed over are too specific to the company name

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to see which customers are looking through out website and allows me to forward plan to identify if they need support or are interested in additional products or modules.

  ### 20. Great Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle M. | Director of Global Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Unparalleled reporting on who's visiting the website, with the granular details we need to make the information actionable. Also, the integration between our CRM, zoho, and Lead Forensics makes it easy to see what the platform does for us on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes we get too much information from the platform - as in, I see every single page someone visited.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had Lead Forensics, we didn't know if a company was interested in our proposals after the fact. Now we can see visits and this has led to an increase in our closing rate, as we can gauge interest based on their activity.

  ### 21. Valuable data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

LF provides valuable insight into website traffic that we would normally have no sight off. It includes helpful information including the pages they visited, plus times and dates, and web page duration. It's really helpful at finding 'warm' leads, and can save a lot of time having to do cold call introductions etc, which I am saving on a weekly basis.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

UI feels slightly outdated, and there is also some irrelevant website traffic included.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me time having to dig out my own leads, through cold calling and google research etc.

  ### 22. Effortless Insights with Easy Navigation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The daily reports make it very easy to see who is interested!

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

No big complaints! The interface is super easy to navigate

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buyer interest.

  ### 23. Excellent Software, Know how to Use It

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddy C. | Business Development Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The capture of absolutely all pieces of information available about possible leads, and the integration with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It could be a bit more user friendly/have a UX update in the near future!

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is helping us in our goal of turning our corporate website into a 'conversion machine' by allowing us to see exactly when and where a prospect accessed our site. From there, we are able to reach out to the business directly to establish contact. Previously, we had no easy way of seeing who visited the site, much less which pages they visit. This gives us an indication on the prospect product interest as well.

  ### 24. Great experience - I keep coming back

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I have used Lead Forensics at various businesses for the last 7 years - it's a great tool for building that picture of your customers buying cycle and understanding when the time is right

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The CRM is basic, however, for many businesses, it's enough

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LF helps us prioritise our MQL lists, with real-time information

  ### 25. Excellent insight to website visits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad B. | Director of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Before Lead Forensics we had no idea of who was visting our website and looking at our products. After signing up, we immediately had insight to potential customers looking at our website and the particular equipment they were viewing. This gave me the oppounity to pursue potential clients I had no idea were in the market for our products.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I wish there were a way to determine who at "said company" visited. It would be great to get an actual email address/phone number or name of the person visiting. I have to use LinkedIn or other message to try and get a contact for the website visitors which proves to be very challenging.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have no problems. Our account manger Sam is great and very helpful. My only dislike was mentioned earlier oin this form... Although the chat with us feature can go away, it is annoying.

  ### 26. Low hanging fruit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fionnuala M. | Senior Brand Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Upsides of using Lead Forensics is that it lets you know what businesses visit your website, delivering you essentially a warm lead. Then you can search for specific people within those companies that you would like to target based on what is important to your organisation. it has all this information in the one place easy to access. My account manager is super helpful as well and always working with me to find better ways to utilise the platform.
Lead Forensics is super easy to use and implement, has a range of features and can be easily integrated with crm platforms.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only things i dislike happen very very rarely, sometimes contacts purchased actually no longer work at those companies. However, once you report that you get the credit back into your account which is great.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping save us time by giving us access to more of the right people who may be interested in us as we know someone from that company will have visited our website.

  ### 27. User-friendly platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** OZLEM K. | Head of Sales and Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It provides a range of options to help you maximise your data while being incredibly easy to use. The customer support is excellent—Joanna Hnat is always responsive, helpful, and delivers outstanding support as our Customer Success Manager.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It would be helpful to gain a deeper understanding of the individual conducting the visit, rather than just the organization.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives a better understanding of the target audience.

  ### 28. Great tool and excellent customer support!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead forensics makes it very easy to view the companies who are browsing our website. This is data we can turn into potential leads. Our Customer Success Manager Ryan Wilson is always available for a call or able to help over email whenever we need him.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Due to our business we need to give access to a lot of users, its a lot of set up and maneuvering that has to happen to ensure everyone is seeing only what they need.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing us companies who are visiting our property pages. By knowing who is looking at specific buildings we can hopefully reach out to those companies and generate leads to sign new leases.

  ### 29. Website Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda B. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Available prospect contact information is the greatest feature of LeadForensics. Also, great visibility on what prospects are looking at on your website.
Working with Johanna in customer success has been a complete pleasure!

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

No way that I can find to automate email list generation of desired categories and job titles. We do this manually, and then add the leads to our email campaign. If this could be developed with a review/approval step to confirm using contact credits, that would be great.

Lead Forensics does exactly what is expected so I don't see a downside. I wish our privacy laws allowed us to somehow get information on the specific person looking at the site.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We like lead forensics as it offers us real time activity on our site allowing the team to be proactive with both new and existing clients, allowing us to target and understand exactly what the visitor has been browsing and for how long, and also how many repeat visits. We can easily see the upturn in visits following a marketing campaign, we feel that the site supports with prompt and relevant interaction with our clients.
I also like the linkedin feature for connecting with contacts.
Plus our account manager is a gem, she has supported us to understand the intricacies of the site and make the most of it.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

For me initially it was understanding the intricacies of the site, I just didnt have the time to work my way around it, and also the data is not always up to date or correct, or sometines just not available.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding who is visiting our site and the products that they are interested in, this allows us to direct the information to the correct team members

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead forensics helps us identify which of our target prospects are viewing our wbesite, from which source and when in real time. This helps massively with our outreach and opens up warm conversations with potential prospects around our core offering.

This makes lead generation a lot easier.

Our account manager, Elisha is always on hand to support our every need, reguarlary checking in and offering up tips and guidance on how to best make use of the platform.

We get frequent emails for prospect visits to our website which we take advantage of every day.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There's not a lot I can say we dislike, the only thing that I could maybe put here is the fact that we use our own CRM which means some of the features LF offers doesn't get used to it's full potential. Features like lead catagorasation and other features centred appointing leads, doesn't get used because we do that through our pown CRM.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Th problem LF is solving is identifying the target business that our content is reaching, when they visit and in what capacity.

  ### 44. My experience with Lead Forensics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graham T. | Director of Sales & Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The software is user-friendly and cloud-based, so we can access it from anywhere. By including PURL codes in your emails, you can track who visits your website, turning them into warm leads and making conversations easier. We've generated many leads and prospects with this tool and highly recommend it as essential for your website. It also helps us identify our website visitors, allowing us to tailor our marketing strategy to attract the right audience.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The lead generation section can be slow to load, and occasionally it may provide outdated information since people frequently change jobs.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics has helped us pinpoint our target audience. It serves not only for identifying visitors but also enhances our marketing strategy, including the selection of information and news stories we publish.

  ### 45. Lead Forensics: A Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew B. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has been a fantastic tool that has helped us approach sales and marketing more dynamically. The portal is very user friendly and the data we are able to track is more detailed and accurate than that of other similar services. LF is a powerful tool we use daily. Our account manager (Ryan Wilson) has also been very helpful in the process of setting up tracking and helping us interpret data as we have been integrating it more and more.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There are no serious down sides of LF that we have encountered thusfar. We have noticed that data we get from Linkedin and QR codes can be a little trickier to capture.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is helping us map out what is leading to sales and what might not be working as well. The more data we gather, the easier it is to create more successful campaigns.

  ### 46. Great tracking tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie H. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We have used LF for a long time now, I also used it within another business and I love the tool. It's useful to pick up on the paid clicks that do not always turn into an inbound leads. The team are very helpful and our CSM is great! It integrates with our internal CRM so we do not have to manually load on the clients who do visit. I recommend getting a demo for this tool if you have not already. The team are responsive and friendly.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

At the present moment there is nothing i dislike about LF.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has ensured we do not miss opportunities that are not enquiring direct. We are able to be proactive and gain more meetings, clients.

  ### 47. Good insights

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will M. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Useful to know what organisations are visiting you, what is most resonant and how you can capitalise on this attention. It's something we check every day, and highlights quickly and easily where users are finding the most relevant information

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The depth of information to then get in contact with organisations (or individual) is limited so it leaves you with a relatively blunt instrument to take advantage of

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to establish which organisations are visiting our website, and what reason for. LF allows us to narrow down the list of potential target organisations, and establish who is more likely to get back to us

  ### 48. Great Product to Understand and Boost Your Sales and Marketing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics gives our team the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of our sales and marketing strategy. We can see, in real time, how our customers are responding to what we are doing and make adjustments to better fit their needs.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics can be overwhelming because there's so much data you are receiving and it can be challenging to know what to do with it. It also doesn't show why they came to the site or explain oddities we may see, so having access to this data can sometimes leave us with more questions than answers.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company just went through a website restrcuture where we worked to make our pages or overall navigation/layout more intuitive for our customers. Lead Forensics is giving us a close look at how effective this is and what changes need to be made based on the observations and activity we see from users.

Our sales team has also made several different outreach efforts throughout the past year on a variety of our programs, so we are able to see if the customers they reached out to took the next step or did any follow up research, helping us know which leads and customers we should nurture most.

  ### 49. Lead Forensics has allowed us to become infinitely more proactive in our sales approach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oli H. | Business Development Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has allowed our business to become more proactive with how we approach our sales process. We work in an industry that is notoriously hard to obtain new clients however we have seen our pipeline grow by 50% since implementing Lead Forensics. It has allowed us to enhance our SEO knowing who has visited our website and being able to reach out to them ahead of competitiors.

The customer support function with our account manager has been seamless, we have regular meetings to discuss and review the progress giving us an in-depth analysis of how we can further integrate Lead Forensics into our sales process.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There are no negatives with this service in my opinion.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traditionally we have been running SEO campaigns, however, we needed a solution that would allow us to leverage the SEO work to understand who is actually visiting our website. Lead Forensics provided the perfect solutions for this.

  ### 50. So much more than software for website data capture!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon K. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead forensics gives our sales team the intel on our proactive sales, marketing and PPC campaigns with insight on what our prospective clients are looking for whilst giving us an ability to tap into their needs. Categorisation of sector, where in the sales pipeline the leads are, along with working with our Account Manager Jack Wingate who is an absolute credit to the Lead Forensics team, helps us as a team identify real potential sales leads. We couple this with our Monday.com CRM and with these two platforms working in sync it has elevated, captured and converted leads that we would otherwise not been aware of. The UX is excellent, is really easy to use and for anything we are unsure with Jack is at hand. We also have a monthly review with Jack on propective and converted sales whilst discussing further idea's along the way. Lead Forensics is a sales tool we now use by default we would highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

At first the team were unsure it it would bring any value to our team but with the support of our Account Manager Jack Wingate being in tune with our goals and expectations we are loving the Lead Forensics platform. So nothing to dislike at all!

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics gives us the intel that prospects or visits we have not anticipated have visited our website thus creating further potential prospective leads.
