Relatively new to my company, I was late to both our appointments as I was unfamiliar with the new calendar system. Most people would not have put up with that, but it was not just that he waited; he still delivered everything I needed to know in the same time allotment. He was thorough yet concise, switching up on the fly so we could still accomplish our tasks even with less time. Most of all, he respected his own time. Not so much in what he said, but the way he carried himself. The poise, the professionalism made me realize this is a guy who knows his stuff, and I am thankful I was able to still get his time despite botching the start time for our appointments. Any upcoming meetings are one's I will indeed have a gold star next to on that calendar! What was to be a simple install required much more work as the previous rep for our company had installed the app multiple times with incorrect information, was a mess. Everyone that I've encountered at Leadsift has been willing to go above and beyond to make our experience the best it can be. We've been able to engage multiple members of the organization from customer success to engineering just to make sure that our campaigns our running how we would like them to. I would say their dedication to customer success is something that really makes Leadsift stand out amongst other options. **What do you dislike about Foundry Intent?** Sometimes the leads that are passed over don't end up turning into anything more. We have a very focused target set up so that we don't pass along leads that aren't 100% detailed to the sales team. Due to this the volume is intentionally low.
