**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Facilities Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing at all! Terrible! Very misleading...

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Very misleading concept! They make it sound as if so many people are visiting your website and you will obtain so much information on leads and contact those leads. The only contacts we are getting are ppl looking for jobs, companies looking at us to sell us something, competitors looking at our website and maybe one customer that we already called upon navigating our website.
Why spend close to $700 per month ($8,400/yr.) just to obtain that information. They make you lock into an agreement for one year because they are NOT confident their product works so they snag you! Most companies are confident enought that you can cancel in 30 days or at any time! When you try to cancel or ask for help no one can help you!
WASTE OF MONEY!

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to get out of the one year contract and we are locked in. Literally throwing money out of the windo every month.

  ### 35. Fantastic service and great tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbie H. | Head of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The tool gives us insight into which companies have visited our site which has helped us generate leads and sales. Our account manager, Leah is always on hand if we need any help.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The look and feel is a little old school. It's not always intuitive.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us identify potential prospects.

  ### 36. Critical Component to our ABM Strategy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher R. | Senior Manager Sales Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

As a sales and marketing leader, my experience with Lead Forensics has been nothing short of transformative. The platform has proven to be a valuable asset that is used throughout every day, providing crucial insights that have significantly impacted our prospecting and outreach strategies. Their support team was present and easy to access amid a time when we were making many changes, and the implementation of this and other products wasn't so much difficult as it was cumbersome, and they made that integration and strategy rollout fairly seamless. Lead Forensics is powerful and delivers robust insights when it comes to how we manage and engage with website visitors, enabling us to identify potential leads with insight and precision. Real-time tracking is a game-changer, offering immediate visibility into user activity; thus, empowering our team to instantaneously engage prospects at precisely the right moment. In other words, as the title states, it is a key component of our strong ABM-GTM strategy.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

While the platform's power is evident, there are some complexities involved that don't necessarily create too steep of an initial learning curve. Though to be clear, for some that learning curve is going to be steep, requiring dedicated time for the team to fully harness its capabilities. When you do get up to speed, it's second to none and you'll be usingit every day.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform's ability to identify companies visiting our website has been instrumental in targeting high-value prospects, enriching our lead pool. When it comes to account-based marketing, it becomes difficult to discern at times the overall propensity and tactfully build a scoring system that is not lead-focused but account-focused. They do a good job of alleviating this concern, and with the customizable alerts feature, I have a high degree of confidence that our team is promptly notified of significant website activities with precision so we can facilitate swift and informed responses.

  ### 37. Unlocking opportunities with Lead Forensics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanmay P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The Lead Forensics tool has an intuitive interface, and it's truly a game-changer for any business serious about its growth. This platform is a treasure trove for B2B companies, allowing us to unveil the mystery behind website visitors.

Visitor Identification:
Lead Forensics doesn't just show you numbers; it identifies the actual companies visiting your website. This insight alone is worth its weight in gold.

Analytics and Insights:
The analytics provided are robust, offering deep insights into visitor behaviour. Understanding which pages they're exploring gives us a strategic edge.

Integration:
The platform seamlessly integrates with our existing tools, making the transition smooth and hassle-free.

Customer Support:
The introduction call with Sonny Singh and Clarissa Pluff was great. Whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, their customer support has been prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly.

If you're serious about turning website traffic into tangible business opportunities, Lead Forensics is your secret weapon. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I don't dislike anything about the product for now.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor Identification and using the Analytics data to improve our outbound sales processes.

  ### 38. It's helped us have a better understanding of our audience. Would recommend.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martha T. | Senior Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Easy to use platform, it's super straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

A lot of the leads are already known to us, however it is a away of reigniting the conversation with these contacts.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying web users leads to potential sales.

  ### 39. We now see who is entering and exiting our website.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmet Savaş G. | Board Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

There was a lot of traffic to our website, but we couldn't see which company it was. Now we can easily see this data and make marketing developments for companies. Thus, it made a very positive contribution to our sales.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes companies do not give exact names. It just gives the name of the region or street. This is not much of a problem, we can search that address on Google and guess the company. However, of course, it would be better if it gives all companies clearly.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been provided with better access to our website traffic data. Now we can clearly see who is entering and exiting our website. This enabled us to improve our sales processes. As a negative situation, sometimes it does not show the company names clearly, but we can solve this by researching the address via Google Maps.

  ### 40. So good we use on several of our websites.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis T. | Social Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It's helped massively to identify the different types of visitors and traffic to our sites allowing us to tailor our content to different audiences. Sending out the reports to different departments of our marketing team has been a great feature.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Initially how to set up the reports, but after some time on the phone with the team it was quickly sorted.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were always aware of traffic, where it was coming from etc. But as afinancial business we struggled to identify exactly who these individuals would be and how we could reach out to them

  ### 41. Superb account management from Scott Outtens

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross O. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead forensics is a great tool, offering us great insight into the traffic on our site. However, what really sets it apart from other tools is the team Scott Outtens is our account manager and he could not be more helpful. He's supported us every step of the way in setting up the tool, offering training to users and offering advice and solutions to better manage our sales pipeline

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I've been advised by the staff at cognism that the contact data is only a fraction of what they can offer. I'm not sure if this is true or not.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us investigate who is visiting our site and helping us identify potential decision makers.

  ### 42. It has been a great experience through and through

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | Sales Director, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It is very easy to navigate the platform and see potential opportunities who visited my website. Within 15 mins of installing a piece of code, my sales contact informed me of some businesses we had been targeting. WOW. The demo by Oliver Roberts was amazing. He really showed me how the platform could be used. He really didn't have to sell the product to me........he uncovered a pain and solved it with the solution - Top Salesmanship

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There are multiple ways of performing the same task to create a filter so i think this could be slimmed down to make life easier.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an industry shaker, and we need to ensure we are in contact with low-hanging fruit - quickly. We don't have the time to waste selling our leadership programmes so this enables us to close the sales cycle. The onboarding from the CSM Alex Bruce has been amazing as he has customised the platform to how Oliver positioned it. He has also given additional support by training the wider team in its capabilities.

  ### 43. lead generation and website analytics tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I appreciate Lead Forensics because its user-friendly interface makes it a breeze for me to swiftly identify potential leads. The real-time visitor identification and detailed company profiles offer me valuable insights into my website traffic, allowing me to fine-tune my marketing and sales strategies for more targeted results. Thanks to Lead Forensics, I can effectively convert anonymous website visitors into high-quality leads, resulting in improved lead generation and a significant boost in my conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

While I see the benefits of Lead Forensics, I've encountered a few drawbacks. Firstly, the cost can be a concern, as it might not be the most budget-friendly option for smaller businesses. Additionally, the tool's reliance on IP tracking may lead to inaccuracies in identifying company visitors, and it could raise privacy concerns among some website visitors. Finally, integrating Lead Forensics with existing systems can sometimes be complex, potentially causing headaches during the setup process.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics has been invaluable to me in solving several critical issues. First and foremost, it has dramatically improved my lead generation efforts by providing real-time identification of potential leads visiting my website, enabling me to engage with them promptly. It has also helped me better understand the interests and behaviors of my website visitors, allowing for more personalized and effective marketing strategies. Moreover, Lead Forensics' lead scoring capabilities have enabled me to prioritize and focus my resources on the most promising leads, leading to increased conversion rates and more efficient sales processes.

  ### 44. Good insights into web traffic visitors and contacts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott M. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We get an up-to-the-minute relay of web visitors to our website. It helps determine visitor behavior with tracked metrics like time duration on a page, the order of their page hits, and all the contacts that can be found within the system's capabilities. I report the web traffic data to our Sales team to help triage their activities. Knowing who visited us and when is vital to timely follow-ups! The categories help me sort through the accounts rapidly to save time.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The UI helps show the top-level data to get the big picture first, but it takes too many clicks to see more. We need to know who they are, which pages they hit recently, and add categories for the account quickly. Providing valid annual revenue for visiting companies would be very helpful; they stopped showing this for most companies. This was important in grading our visitor's value to us. The pros outweigh the cons. They listen to feedback and continually fix issues, that can be good and bad.

**Recommendations to others considering Lead Forensics:**

If you are looking for a robust solution to get more information on your web traffic, this program is a good tool to have in your stack. It provides all the page information we need and the ability to look up contacts within the company is a huge win for us too. When developing ABM programs, this is exactly what we need to get more value from the tool. Their support reps are knowledgeable and easy to work with.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to know who is visiting our site, what pages they see, and how often they come back. We also wanted a way to go into the system to see who might be a target for our email campaigns. Applying score values to web activity allows us to determine when a lead is warm to pass the qualified lead to Sales for follow-up. That is available with LF.

**Official Response from Stu Cook:**

> Hi Scott- thank you for taking the time to leave your review. It's great to see the software is providing you with consistent info you can use to feed your pipeline. I'd also like to thank you for your feedback on how we can improve the UI, it's always great to hear first-hand feedback. Thanks, Stu

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manvir R. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

You can really see where people are spending their time on the website and what products they are interested in. The reports are so useful, they really allow you to follow up in an easy way and try take advantage of all the traffic on your website. It is also great to set up real time alerts which send an email when someone has visited.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It can be time consuming at first, however I think it is important to persevere with it and the results come in due time. Aside from that, there isn't anything I dislike about it.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold calling is always difficult, especially when selling serviced offices. However, this gives you a great list of good leads to follow up on and there is always a lot more traffic on the website than you would originally think. Sometimes people just need that push and this offers a great tool go get in touch with people and really promote your product.

  ### 48. Good at identifying companies but limited sales value

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is good at identifying the companies that are visiting your website and the database of contacts that they hold for these companies is extensive

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics does not go beyond the identification of the company whilst other systems (Canddi) that I have used work to identify the individual.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved away from LF as it could not show us the individuals who were visiting our sites after identifying their company. It was good to get an initial handle of traffic stats and ensuring the right companies were engaging with our marketing campaigns.
