Very positive. The customer service we’ve had from Rhys and the rest of the Lead Forensics team is excellent. They proactively think with you on how to get the most out of it, and we’re very impressed with the power of the tool itself. Highly recommend it to anyone in the lead generation game. What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I like how I am only able to view the leads that are assigned to me. It allows me to stay organized throughout my calls and allows me to refresh which accounts I have and have not reached out to. I also like how it is sorted based on the most recent visits. It shows the companies that are more active on the site and the ones that aren't, allowing me to grade my leads. What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

A lot of the things I am disappointed in are not a LF problem. I personally dislike that for some companies I am unable to locate contacts. However, this is based on the user's profile so there is nothing that LF can do. One thing I have noticed though is that sometimes the location can be a little weird. I dislike the limited functionality in tracking visit durations when a user visits only a single page. It would be beneficial to know how long a visitor stays on a particular page, regardless of the number of pages visited. Currently, this feature only provides insights when multiple pages are accessed, which can limit my understanding of user engagement and behavior on our site. It's really useful seeing how companies have landed on our website, especially if it's via PPC and I can see what keyword / search phrase they used to find us. It has helped me establish which marketing channels are most effective. Leads Forensics has been exactly what we needed. It gives us clear visibility into website traffic. We see not just who visits, but also which pages they engage with and for how long. This insight is invaluable for our marketing team. It helps us shape collateral around visitors’ real interests and ensures our messaging matches their needs.

For the sales team, the platform is just as impactful. Seeing which content prospects view means sales can approach conversations with deeper understanding. They avoid a one-size-fits-all pitch, tailoring discussions to feel relevant and informed.

The HubSpot integration is easy to use and integrates well, meaning we use it regualrly.
