The system is very easy to use and gives you plenty of information to help you find and contact potential business. If you do happen to have any issues or questions, Their support staff is top notch. I really like the visibility it provides into which companies are visiting our website, and can also help me see the value of our ad spend. We can immediately see which companies are looking at our website, which pages they've visited, how long and how often they've been on there - it gives us a hot lead list. What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics is a great tool that has helped us maximise leads and prospects, just by giving us insights on who is visiting our website. Which allows me to tailor my sales approach to really meet the potential customers needs, as I know what their pain points are based on what pages they've visited on our website.

Not only has it allowed us to identify new sectors we didn't know our offering would support, but also new regions due to the traffic we're seeing from overseas prospects. As we have an aim to grow our business in Europe, this has been invaluable in identifying customers that will benefit the most from our services.

I'm also a big fan of the support we get from Lead Forensics. We have regular meetings with our account manager, Rhys, who always offers great insight in how we can maximise the data we get, suggestions on how we can utilise the tools Lead Forensics offers and always takes on board any feedback or answering any questions we have.

In addition to this, they also offer sales training seminars that you can register for. This is a practical session, where everyone contributes. Not only giving great sales tips, but how to utilise Lead Forensics during the sales process to increase conversion rates.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Currently, there isn't anything that stands out as a 'dislike'. There were a few teething issues when we first got set up, whether that was not being used to the platform, or things like filters not being set up efficiently, so data was messy and difficult to sort through.

But, after a few chats with Rhys, we were able to get that cleaned up and receive much more precise and relevant data.

As this is a tool I use daily, it was really important to get this right. So, as soon as issues were raised, it was sorted right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

The platform has been straightforward to use once you get past the initial training. The setup was smooth, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. It's handy that you can get reports emailed directly to you and track what your target customers are looking at. The lead manager is also helpful as a mini CRM.

Our account manager, David Smith, has been a big plus too; he asks thought-provoking questions that help us think more deeply about our digital strategy, and he’s always helpful with reporting and giving insights into our web stats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I don't have many complaints, but I do wish Lead Forensics offered a direct integration with Monday.com. Having that feature would definitely save us time and make things a little more convenient.

I really appreciate the assistance we receive through our success manager, who takes our data to another level and provides reminders and help to our sales team. I find Lead Forensics to outperform what we had established or assumed was available, especially with the additional search by title, location, and verified leads. It's also great that if an office has multiple locations, the IP address of the site visitor is specified, and searching by city helps us find ideal candidates. What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

We run a TON of ads for our B2B nationwide service based business resulting in hundreds of companies visiting our website daily. They might not have a need to reach to us immediately and the insights that Lead Forensics provides, give our sales reps a leg up on prioritization. We can see the company, pages viewed, and intent signals, then route hot accounts to the right AE automatically. It’s been a force-multiplier for follow-ups and has measurably improved meeting rates. Not to mention our stellar Customer Success Team Leader Aliya - She just has everything together and easily the MVP of ensuring we utilize LF to the fullest.
