Lead Forensics has been a real game-changer for us in understanding who’s engaging with our website. The platform gives us clear insights into potential customers we wouldn’t have otherwise known about, allowing our team to follow up with genuine opportunities rather than guesswork.

The software is intuitive, the reporting is detailed yet easy to understand, and the support team has been outstanding - always quick to respond and proactive in helping us get the most out of the system.

The only thing missing from Lead Forensics is being able to identify the actual person who visited our website, however it does provide a list of LinkedIn contacts from the company

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that Lead Forensics allows us to see which occupiers have visited our website, giving us a list of those genuinely interested. A great feature is the contact tool, which lets us directly pull key contacts from a business, saving us a huge amount of time. The ability to export data into a report to send to our clients is also valuable. These features give us the necessary contact at the business we need and help us find the most relevant leads. It's also excellent at tracking various activities on our website.

Sometimes the contacts are out of date, but rarely.

I like that Lead Forensics allows us to find customers we wouldn't be able to reach otherwise and provides us with contact information. It's a very simple system to use. It has enabled us to open new accounts and secure orders that we wouldn't have been able to without it.

I think the lead score system could use some improvement. It's a good concept, but the lead scores just keep going up and don't decrease over time. I would prefer if, after a month with no visit, the lead score would reset to 0.

I like the good customer service and the great dashboard that helps in filtering and finding targets. I have been impressed by the effort in tailoring the experience to my company's needs. The filtering is great as it saves me time in choosing which leads to investigate more. The initial setup was very easy.

There can be delays in responses to queries with our agents, but nothing unreasonable. Ideally, next day or initial responses on the same day so that I don't need to chase. There was also an issue with handing off accounts from a Lead Forensics agent that left.

So far, my experience with Lead Forensics has been thoroughly positive. As someone new to this type of software, I initially found it a bit complex and overwhelming. However, the platform offers a wealth of valuable learning resources — both on the site and within the wider user community — which made the learning curve much more manageable. Regular check-ins with a dedicated customer success manager have also been incredibly helpful in ensuring that I'm using the software to its full potential. I now use Lead Forensics daily and can navigate the platform with ease.

There’s little to criticize when it comes to Lead Forensics. That said, the platform can occasionally experience slight delays when loading, which, while not a significant issue, can interrupt the workflow at times.

Before using Lead Forensics, we had no way of knowing exactly who was visiting our website. This posed a challenge, as valuable prospects could have been repeatedly viewing key product pages without us ever knowing. Lead Forensics is most helpful because it identifies key details, such as the webpage that is being viewed. This helps our team to determine if we should reach out with an approach toward corporate partnerships, versus groups and memberships. The Lead Forensics search tool is also very helpful as you can target a specific area, including City and State to identify local leads with national brands.

It has been challenging for me so far to get connected with the correct person. I have made several calls that have not converted to a meeting yet due to lack of getting into contact with the correct person.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like how I am only able to view the leads that are assigned to me. It allows me to stay organized throughout my calls and allows me to refresh which accounts I have and have not reached out to. I also like how it is sorted based on the most recent visits. It shows the companies that are more active on the site and the ones that aren't, allowing me to grade my leads.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

A lot of the things I am disappointed in are not a LF problem. I personally dislike that for some companies I am unable to locate contacts. However, this is based on the user's profile so there is nothing that LF can do. One thing I have noticed though is that sometimes the location can be a little weird. I have had companies view the website from a location that is now perma closed.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LF is solving the problem of finding leads that I have not located. Most of the leads that I receive through LF are companies that me nor my colleagues have located. It allows me to continue to build my prospecting pull and find new companies to reach out to. It is also helping me find the best point of contact for the company. I have located plenty of contacts from HR and ownership so I can reach out directly to them rather than going through a gatekeeper. It also allows me to predetermine some offerings based on what they have looked at. I can now be more organized and targetted when i host my meetings.

We’ve only just started with Lead Forensics, but already I can see real value in tracking when leads we’re speaking to have visited the website. I'm not sure it would class as a dislike of Lead Forensics - ultimately we just need to learn how to use the data better. But it is easy to go down a rabbit hole with potential leads.

Lead Forensics is helping us see which businesses are visiting our website, including when existing leads we’re already speaking with come back to check us out. That extra visibility is really useful for timing follow-ups and prioritising outreach. Lead Forensics has helped generate amazing potential leads for our team!  They excel consistent updates and a very adaptable website that allows you to connect with companies with ease and track everything efficiently.

The only downside is sometimes the leads come back as not a real email address/number, which isn't really a Lead Forensics issue I guess. Also, being able to pinpoint slightly more when it comes to picking who to reach out to per company would be great!

I find Lead Forensics extremely useful for market research, as it allows me to keep tabs on both existing and new clients visiting our website, which encourages building relationships with new brokers. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, making the introduction process seamless. I am very likely to recommend Lead Forensics to others due to these capabilities.

I dislike the limited functionality in tracking visit durations when a user visits only a single page. It would be beneficial to know how long a visitor stays on a particular page, regardless of the number of pages visited. Currently, this feature only provides insights when multiple pages are accessed, which can limit my understanding of user engagement and behavior on our site.

It's really useful seeing how companies have landed on our website, especially if it's via PPC and I can see what keyword / search phrase they used to find us. It has helped me establish which marketing channels are most effective. Additionally, despite initial challenges during the setup, the support I received from the team, especially Holly, made the process easy and manageable, reflecting a high quality of customer support.

I initially found it challenging to input data into Lead Forensics, particularly with getting our customer database set up. I was unsure how to do this and whether it would damage existing data. Currently, it's somewhat limited in providing detailed filtering options, especially for specific business areas like engineering that encompass numerous facets beyond just manufacturing. I like being able to know which companies are accessing the website and which pages they have visited most to try and "build a picture" for outreach.

With the direct link to our CRM system, we are able to define the criteria to automatically push through strong leads. The system is also easy to use with filters to gain a full picture of the industry and location of our visitors.

From time to time, some of the contacts can be outdated but, this is often due to quick personnel turnaround with individual organisations and updates from the sources Lead Forensics uses. I understand with data compliance, we are unable to identify specific users but, it would be useful to be able to.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Lead Forensics, we are able to understand SEO words that are being used from our perspective buyers, this enables the marketing team to modify SEO where needed and refine their marketing to attract more visitors. It also helps me to understand what type of companies are hitting the website and possibilities into why. 
With Lead Forensics, I am able to generate strong leads and opportunities for out reach, using reliable sources for new business opportunities. Using the website tracking and known webpages that have been views, this gives a good, strong conversation starter to get past the gate keeper and onto the right person to assist further. 

As well as the system, Lead Forensics have an online community portal and host various training webinars, each month with their sales experts. The training sessions are well informed and interactive, with other Lead Forensics users so we can all share and learn from each other with various tips. There are very few sales training sessions but having this portal, is a nice benefit of Lead Forensics to help our new starters and have a refresher, when needed.

I've never used a platform like Lead Forensics before but I am fascinated and impressed with its capabilities. I feel like Lead Forensics is rolling out new features all the time that I enjoy or provide solutions to the exact challenge I'm trying to answer when it comes to lead tracking as it relates to marketing attribution. I've also enjoyed working with our customer success manager, Ryan Wilson. He is very responsive and proactive with our account, providing answers to my questions or offering a new approach or feature within the system that my team could use to get the most out of the Lead Forensics experience. He is very knowledgeable and communicative which I appreciate because I always have questions or new approaches I'd like to test out from within the system!

I have been using Lead Forensics for the past 8 months, and I primarily appreciate its ability to identify warm leads for our sales and marketing team efficiently. The initial setup was smooth and virtually hassle-free, thanks to the exceptional support from our dedicated Success Manager, Adam, who ensured everything was up and running within a week. I value how seamless the program is, even as we expanded our marketing activities, and after setting up another account, it was operational within two weeks. Lead Forensics effectively addresses the 'Who' and 'What' of our website visitors, giving us insights into who visits and what they are interested in, which significantly benefits our team. It allows us to initiate warmer calls with prospects by tailoring proposals based on page visits, leading to more meaningful and qualified conversations. The Data Manager tool is especially beneficial for uploading existing contacts from other marketing campaigns, identifying successful visits, and understanding the impact of campaigns on website behavior. Furthermore, its capability to designate actions and assign tasks to different team members for better lead segmentation enhances our functionality. Most importantly, it provides the critical 'Who' factor often missing in web statistics, allowing us to tailor our sales and marketing approaches to create a more appealing experience for customers. **What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has completely transformed how we identify and engage potential clients. The platform gives us real-time visibility into which businesses are visiting our website - something we previously had no way of tracking. Being able to see company names, visit behaviour, and contact details equips our sales team with highly qualified leads without the guesswork.

What sets it apart is the depth of insight. The platform doesn’t just tell us who visited, but what they were interested in, which means we can tailor our outreach accordingly. It has significantly shortened our lead response time and helped us prioritise accounts that are actively in-market. The integration with our CRM and the ability to set up customised alerts and reports makes it seamless and efficient to use.

I also want to give a special shoutout to our former account manager, George and our current account manager, David - both have gone above and beyond to support us. Their proactive approach, fast responses, and genuine desire to help us succeed have made a big impact. It's rare to get that level of service, and it makes the experience with Lead Forensics even better.

While the platform is incredibly valuable, the UI can occasionally feel a bit clunky and outdated, especially when navigating through reports or filtering data - however cant really complain

Before using Lead Forensics, we had no visibility into the companies visiting our website unless they filled out a contact form—which meant we were missing out on a huge number of warm leads. Lead Forensics bridges that gap by identifying anonymous website visitors and providing detailed company information, allowing us to act on interest that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.

This has benefited us in several key ways:

Faster lead identification: We can see which companies are showing interest in real time and prioritize outreach accordingly.

More meaningful outreach: Knowing what pages a visitor viewed allows our team to tailor follow-up messages based on actual behavior.

Better sales and marketing alignment: The insights help our sales and marketing teams work together more effectively to nurture leads through the funnel.
