  ### 1. Honest feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Good lead generation and good quality leads

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing was disliked
Good system and good workflow

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation and helping me get good leads

  ### 2. Flawless/Seamless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim E. | Business Development Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The leads that they give you are flawless and accurate

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

that not everyone is using them the way they should

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I couldn't see who was visiting my pages and I was struggling with my buyers' intentions and less-than-accurate information about marketing account profiles.

  ### 3. Very cool tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | Brand Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The presentation of the data and how it is collated makes it very easy to action upon. The automated reporting system is a game changer, especially with how it allows you to set the reports up exactly how, when and where you want them.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One downside we have hit across is when dealing with customers with multiple branches all accessing through an intranet or the such. There is often no way to tell them apart or define which branch has been on looking at the site.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Over the past year we have spent a lot of time and effort at driving new traffic to our site. Traditionally we would not have been able to quantify any of this traffic or how relevant it is. With Lead Forensics not only can we do that, but we can also see the right data and information of who is accessing the site and what they are accessing at that time to give us a stronger chance of converting them with follow-up activities.

  ### 4. LF and their team is really helpful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P. | Film Director & Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like being able to see who is visiting our website in real time, where they came from, their company size, and link directly to their social media with a few clicks. Olivia Roberts and the LF staff have always been really helpful, personable, and down to earth.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I wish I was able to see specifics from who is visiting the site, especially from Universities. We have plenty of students visiting our website from colleges but also work with a lot of higher ed in the area, so it's difficult to know who's a student surfing around online and who could be University staff looking for a production company.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's difficult to know who is visiting your website on average, such as the location demographics, industry specifics, how long they visit the site and where they're clicking, etc. and LF can bring clarity to those areas. This makes it easier to create content that's attracting the people you want to attract and to see if it's working.

  ### 5. I have loved using Lead Forensics and is so interesting being able to see what our customers view.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ollie Hunt H. | Head of Customer Experience, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Instant support from our relationship Manager Troy Lownds as he has supported me extremely well. I have learned a lot from him about the tool. Communications have been prompt and quicker than I thought, as I know he has other customers to serve. This has allowed me to become more confident and be there for my Area Sales Managers, allowing them to make the most of the tool. It allows us to be one step ahead of the competition and be able to have decent relevant conversations with our customer.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The number of email when a visit from a customer occurs. We have created reports so we can track and set a rule to move the emails to be deleted but now and again they slip through the net or as there is so many fill up the deleted box quickly.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As well as giving important information on what our customers are viewing, it has also allowed us to track issues with our website. We have had a new website implemented and where customers have had issues with certain pages, it has allowed the webdeveloper to date/time stamp and view the error that the customer saw as previously we would ask for a screen print

  ### 6. Olivia Roberts and the team at Lead Forensics Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard P. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Olivia and the team at Lead Forensics have a clear understanding of our business and needs and have worked closely with us for years to ensure we maximise the usage of the system.
We have found huge benefits from using Lead Forensics, and we convert more 'deals' from Lead Forensics than any other identification or intent system.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

My only suggestion would be showing prospective users the ideal set up they need in the background. For example, they will need someone to use the data from Lead Forensics to convert these web visits. This is not a dislike, more of a way to make the company even stronger.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying web visitors which did not complete an online form. One of the largest advantages is knowing what the prospect has been looking at (which web pages within our website), and therefore we steer our conversation around the topic they have been researching.

  ### 7. A great service for marketing and sales alike

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sasha H. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics offers a robust, intelligent system to identify the companies visiting our website. Before Lead Forensics and after critical marketing campaigns, we could see a climb in users on the site, but it was nearly impossible to identify who they were. We started with an incredibly helpful training session with Troy Lownds, who couldn’t do enough to show us the platform’s functionality but, more importantly, the features that would be most beneficial to our use case. We found the conversion tracking incredibly insightful as it allowed us to score visitors on how they moved around the site and therefore focused our efforts on those most eager. Troy checked in with us regularly to ensure we were reaching the goals we had set, and our questions and concerns were answered quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It would be a great bonus if the software could tell you who exactly within the organisation had been on the site, however I understand this can be difficult to do because of data protection.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us identify the types of companies interested in our products and services. It lets us understand how visitors are moving around the site and gives our sales team leads on who to target.

  ### 8. Better than cold calls!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JORDEN N. | SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

All of the data provided by LeadForensics is extremely valuable. Not only to you get info on who is visiting your site, you can also learn what pages they're visiting, and what channels they are using to get to your site. This is great for keeping your sales team busy making calls, as well as analyzing website performance. Our account manager Rosie Williams has been so helpful in setting up our filters and helping us to get the most out of the service!

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It can be extremely difficult to get in touch with the actual person who was on your site. With larger companies in particular, it's like finding a needle in a haystack sometimes. Some accounts have a lot of "contacts" available, but they're generic linkedin leads from that company's accounting/marketing/sales department and getting them to transfer you to someone in purchasing who is actually looking at your product can be a real challenge.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is providing leads for us in the off season from our trade shows, which is usually a time where we have bought worthless leads lists or resorted to making cold calls based on google searches. Lead Forensics is a great tool for pointing you in the right direction to reach out to interested companies first!

  ### 9. Product is a no-brainer, Company are an absolute pleasure to deal with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** chris d. | Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

There is one sure fire way to be able to link your marketing efforts to your sales team and that's with Lead Forensics. Knowing what companies are on your website courtesy of the content you produce and then linking that to your crm is a no-brainer and a tool that everyone should have. Was particularly impressed with the level of Account Management received too. Happy to recommend them to anyone.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

If you are on a specific ABM plan to a small set of customers then it may not be the right tool but if you have multiple verticals, countries and size of customers then it's absolutley perfect.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing is the equivalent of handing out leaflets about you restaurant in the street, what LF does is then shows you who is looking in the window so your sales team can then know who to target to get them in the door. It also provides insight into campaigns so you can track the effectiveness.

  ### 10. Delighted with Lead Forensics Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter r. | Sales & Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The support we have received from our CSM Cody Page and the Lead Forensics team has been invaluable in optimising the benefits we have gotten out of the application, and we can’t thank them enough. Previously, we lapsed with Lead Forensics, but the value won us back. We are particularly delighted with the Lead Manager App, which we are using as our Sales Pipeline tracker

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

We don't see any downsides - there is always a cost v benefit question which got answered very quickly, the value added by Cody and the CSM team. After reviewing our progress every month, the results became clear. We have seen €217K worth of business tracked through customers that have been identified through Lead Forensics - with 4 of these 6 customers generating repeat business.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Identify visitors and determine whether they’re following an RFQ or sales inquiry
2. Determine our most successful landing pages, to see what works best on our site
3. Create a dynamic lead mgt/tracking system that also allows us to share with the management team

  ### 11. Lead Forensics or the art of generating more leads from your website

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory D. | Cybersecurity, Compliance and Data Protection Officer, Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is an easy way for us to identify business visitors who visit our website but do not convert directly (i.e. they do not fill up a contact form or PDF download form). The LF dashboard is very clear and keeps getting better. It's effortless to filter results, sort the leads into soft leads and hot leads, and then assign them to the sales team. Moreover, it is possible to automate repetitive tasks such as classifying visitors by industry type or company size.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Overall the solution can be pretty expensive. However, if your website is designed to generate B2B leads that convert into paying customers or business opportunities, then LF is probably a no-brainer.

**Recommendations to others considering Lead Forensics:**

Before buying, do the maths to ensure the tool will pay for itself from the additional sales generated by your website.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is an easy way to identify leads, i.e. business visitors who come to our website but, for some reason, do not convert (for instance by filling out a form). These visitors would typically fall through the cracks, and we'd never know. Thanks to Lead Forensics, we're able to catch opportunities that would otherwise be lost. Identifying hot leads based on criteria such as industry, company size, and the number of visits over time is also very helpful.

**Official Response from Stu Cook:**

> Hi Gregory, thank you so much for such a positive and comprehensive review! It's fantastic to see the benefits your encountering and seeing the clever ways you're utilising the software. We're thrilled to be working with you, and hope we can continue to provide value as your business continues to grow. Best, Stu

  ### 12. A great tool, when used properly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kitty N. | director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It gives great insights for me on who's visiting my site so I know what efforts are delivering the right or best results as well as giving me knowledge on who to speak to so I can have much more rewarding conversations when cold calling for new business.

The training I was given really improved the value I got from the tool. My training was with Olivia Roberts and she was brilliant. She was proactive, didn't just go in order of the ourse as she had planned but jumped to where she knew I would get more benefit more quickly, which I really appreciated. I'm now using the tool as part of my weekly sales processes.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I found it really difficult to use at the start. I felt I was wasting money as I wasn't actioning anything that was being tracked. I needed to be shown how to prganise the data coming in so that I could get the value from the tool

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now have a short cut to who to call when doing new business outreach as well as having a little knowledge of what they're already interested in by knowing what they've looked at on the site.

  ### 13. Lead forensics has helped me narrow down prospects in a great way.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cathrine C. | Sales Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It is the detailed information it offers. It is a great deal for me to save time and resources by not going on a wild goose chase in search of prospects. With Lead forensics, I know who to look for because they were already on our property. It enables me to reach out to undecided prospects and convince them I have the right solution. Also, Holy Cull's customer service is always a click away via email.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I am pretty happy with it; it's just that sometimes the email contacts bounce could be a security system the companies put in place to avoid viruses etc.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead forensics assisted me in staying ahead of my prospects and leads. It allows me to see which companies visited our site and their interest, measured by pages viewed, number of visits, and industry. This enables me to search for them on Linkedin and connect with them via email, as Lead Forensics also provides me with emails.

  ### 14. Comprehensive and analytical tool for for cold calls and lead generation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trushik B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Best platform for analyzing and generating reports/documents about the visitor's actions over your company's websites. The software includes so many unique features for keeping your websites engaged by visitors, enabling you to publish advertisements and campaigns easily. The platform also allows you to track your customers' actions and identify their interests. Easy to differentiate information from the mass of data, making your workflow easier.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The software sometimes stops responding due to heavy data or files imported into this platform. While integrating it with other third-party applications affects this software's processing and workflow. It has also been sen that some of the features available on its dashboard are of no use.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data integration from other software is much easier for us now; we can load and import data easily and quickly without any failure. We have been able to keep track of all our visitors and store their details to communicate with them.

  ### 15. Do you know which companies visit your website?

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I didn't know who visit our website, but with Lead Forensics, I got a much better overview of which companies took an interest in our products. And also could see if the people we talked to on phone actually went and looked at our products later. With all the possibilities and customization, the onboarding wouldn't have been the same without Makala Ingram showing us.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

When you get this much information, you would love to get a bit more. Who are all the mobile users? Which department at that big customer was checking our site? I understand that it is impossible to track them, but that don't stop me from hoping ;)

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understand who visits our site and what products they are looking at. Sometimes we learn that a customer would like a product we didn't know they needed, and we manage to sell more to existing customers.

  ### 16. It's a Must-Have if you run Google Ads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan B. | VP, Sales Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We run a lot of Google Ads and realize no one fills out forms anymore. In a sense, Google Ads is a loss-leader just to drive traffic to our site. We use LeadForensics to identify who they are, regardless of whether they fill out a form or not. Does it identify the person who was there? No. And they can't. Does LeadForensics know 100% of the businesses that come to our site? No, but close. It still requires legwork. Someone still has to go into LeadForensics and determine who to reach out to. Good account management services with Rosie Williams.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It's not the best integration with Salesforce. There are still a few manual steps we have to do in Operations to get the "leads" that sales identifies into Salesforce, but it's not a deal breaker.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No one fills out forms from our Google Ads, but at least with LF we know which company it was who landed on our site.

  ### 17. Lead Forensics is great and they are always available to help

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter B. | Marketing & Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It is nice to see website traffic from a marketing perspective. It helps us see if going to big (costly) events drives traffic to our site, which can lead to sales. Being able to "tag" possible leads that come to our site is a huge help as well.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Hello,

We hope you are all aware that DC motors are becoming more expensive than AC motors. Our supplier, Motavario, has recently notified us that we must order a minimum of 200 units, as we are the only company that orders DC motors. In our past two years of custom business, we have only supplied DC motors to 2 different customers, as the balance of our systems is AC motors and controllers.

So, as of January 1st, 2023, we have decided not to offer DC motor options. However, we can supply you with the units without motors, allowing you to supply your own.

  ### 18. Very Insightful and helpful - Ronni H

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronni H. | Business Development Manger, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It is a way of knowing people's needs before they are certain and knowing there is likely to be an immediate need for our service, and the information is simply laid out. It is perfect to know what type of businesses are looking at us and is an excellent way to get new information on companies i hadn't even considered. Leon has been great and explained everything well and clearly. feel that i can contact him anytime for support if needs be

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

i dont think there is necessarily a downside - sometimes people have been sceptical as they feel like theyhave been watched but i think now everyone understands internet use is monitored so would not become a real issue.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead forensics i think is helping me get to companies before they shop around for competitors, as they are more likely to continue with us if i have contacted them.

  ### 19. Thanks for showing me the ropes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe W. | Head of Brand Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the number of useful features at my disposal. As Head of Brand Development, it's vital I can track leads and report to stakeholders on traffic and statistics, Lead Forensics offers trigger reports, which again is a great way of setting up key conversion on our site. It allows me to plan further campaigns with ease. The support team are always available to answer all questions and to give further guidance when needed.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There's nothing I can really pic out that I dislike about the system, I needed further guidance when starting this role and I was new to Lead Forensics, the support was incredible and I can't fault it at all.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to collate all lead traffic in a simple way to them present to key stakeholders. It offers great insight into the types of businesses visiting the site which shows me how effective my marketing campaigns are and how I might improve.

  ### 20. Great insights and capability into user behaviour

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor N. | Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The information gleaned from using Lead Forensics is instrumental to helping Telemarketers or Business Development/Sales People convert leads into paying customers.
The UI is intuitive and easy enough to use and the Reporting feature is great for getting quick snapshots of analytics and data.

Hands down though the best part about our LF account is our Account Manager David Smith who has been extremely helpful and a capable AM since my company has been using Lead Forensics.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

For me some of the UI and usability around Dashboards and Filters are a bit clunky. Most of the Analytics (Website) widgets are redundant to anyone who uses the Google Analytics suite.
Sometimes too a company will be picked up Multiple times, rather than having a full display history which can make sourcing through leads more time consuming.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our website doesn't get a lot of traffic due to our industry but also we have un-gated content that people can download without filling in a form. Lead Forensics helps us identify these Users more constructively and market to them.

  ### 21. Data's great, the team is better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel A. | Digital Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The team. Lewis has been there non-stop helping out with every annoying query and request we can think of throwing his way. While from a marketing perspective the data may have missed the mark slightly there's no doubt that the Lead Forensics team over there has tried their hardest to support us and help sales find their value in the tool.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The website. I'll be honest, once we setup the email reports I've barely ventured back into the dashboard. It's fairly basic and easy to use but it's not the easiest on the eyes and why go there when I get what I need elsewhere?

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives sales more targets. While we know who we talk to and what they do within our communications (email, social, etc.) it's good to see which businesses are visiting the site organically and which come through from our direct comms

  ### 22. Lead Forensics is easy to understand and can be customised to your liking.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle W. | Marketing Apprentice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The community tab on Lead Forensics is full of helpful tips and discussions. Using the community tab as a beginner made it very easy to understand. As I began my job, Lead Forensics was one of the first things I learned. I was able to have a couple of lessons/explanations over teams from Mark Lawson who was extremely helpful and made it very easy you understand.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Foreniscs for the majority of the time has been very useful. I do tend to get crashes when customising the dashboard. This happens on some platforms I have been using and means I have to refresh the page and do it again. It normally works the second time around but it can be frustrating.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a Marketing Apprentice, Lead Forensics has helped me with campaigns I have been doing. Being able to see the progress and people reaching the pages I have included into campaigns by using Lead Forensics makes it so much easier and it is making me more productive.

  ### 23. Wonderful Service from Great Experts!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina B. | Brand Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The real-time results and tracking parameters it gives. I really enjoy being able to follow the journey of companies throughout our website, learning how they got here, what pages they've viewed, and for how long. I also love that we can set filtered views to see what is most important to us since there is quite a bit of information. Lead Forensics is really helping us as we run campaigns to see if the companies/contact we're targeting is visiting our site and where they are going. I also really enjoy the service and the team. Corrine Anderson has been amazing! She has been there every step of the way from implementation to assisting us with our internal process for lead forensics and reviewing some of our outreach communications. She has been a vital part of our continued use and adoption of the platform! It also helps that she always has a smile on her face and is so positive and willing to help.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I think a few of the downsides are not being able to track all mobile visits (which is totally understandable) and not being able to see the Google search queries for organic traffic (again, out of LF's control!)

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is helping us to retrieve marketing qualified leads. It allows us to filter our view so that we can see companies within specific industries we serve, who are actively coming to and engaging with out website. We then feed these leads to the business development team for outreach.

  ### 24. Intuative and customizable tool, and fantastic support from LF team.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enya-Jade A. | Marketing Manager DK, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

LF is an excellent tool for seeing who is visiting and showing interest in our web pages. We have set up weekly reporting to stay on top of engaging with early funnel leads, returning customers, partners, and possible support queries.

I have had a fantastic experience working with David Smith from the Lead Forensics team, both with onboarding and general setup help. David has done his utmost to answer my many questions and provide helpful best practices and knowledge sharing whenever possible.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It would be great to have more best practices, integrations or tangible next steps to better convert the anonymous/company IP data and turn it into direct workflows for Lead creation or Customer/Partner follow-up. The job title search/match feature could also be great for this with some improvement.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, we can use the visitor information to ensure we are reaching out to companies as they show interest. LF is also great for keeping an eye on your page performance and optimizing based on live and dynamic visitor data.

  ### 25. Lead Forensics is a superb lead generation and marketing analysis tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristian B. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is a must-have platform for all B2B marketers that want to identify prospective customers visiting their website. I love how simple and intuitive the interface is to use too. Our sales team have quickly integrated the platform into their daily tasks, enabling them to quickly follow up with new leads and arrange consultation meetings. It's also great to track how customers, competitors and stakeholders are using your website, how often they visit and identify exactly what they are looking at. My account manager, Callum is superb and always provides top-notch customer service as well as practical and valuable recommendations to get the most from the software. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It's a shame it doesn't identify named individuals within organisations as that would be helpful when a large organisation visits your site, but I'm well aware this wouldn't be within current GDPR regulations and the platform is actively protecting privacy rights.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics enables us to capture information on who is using our website and enable us to convert prospective customers to sales, where previously, we might not have even been aware they were considering using our services.

  ### 26. A useful tool for Sales & Marketing teams alike!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica H. | Marketing & Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Our sales teams find it useful to see visitors for pages of recently launched products, especially when they see a visitor to this page and then get contacted by said visitor days later. They can predict when someone will contact them; this is always quite amusing!! It is helpful to be able to filter through different categories and then assign additional filters to visits, e.g., see why a visitor has downloaded a PDF, viewed x amount of pages, visited key pages etc.

It is very helpful to have David Smith available to help any member of our team from any of our branches. David is a really down-to-earth guy, who knows everything there is to know about Lead Forensics! There has never been a question/query that he hasn't answered/helped us with! The regular catch-up calls are always appreciated as it ensures the teams are getting the most out of the tool, and they get to ask any questions they may have stumbled across after using it.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

From a marketing perspective, the tool is useful for different reasons. One is with reporting; it is helpful to know when reporting on products how many people have downloaded items or viewed certain pages. It is helpful when creating ads on Google, as you can see what keywords are used most often on your site; you can then pick keywords for Google Ads that you know to perform well. When creating or updating website pages, it is helpful to see the trail that a visitor finds and leaves your site. It allows you to edit certain pages to encourage visitors not to leave or what pages perform particularly well (how long someone spent on there, how many pages they viewed etc.).

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have successfully onboarded our UK, USA and Singapore teams with Lead Forensics. The only issue that our sales teams have come across is that it is sometimes hard to differentiate who to contact from the company visiting your website. This is normally down to one of two reasons. One, the company is very large, and there could be many employees that may have visited your site (even when you narrow it down to, say, engineers, for example). The LinkedIn contact options are helpful, but again, there is no telling if one of those people is the one that visited your site.

  ### 27. Good tool to manage your website leads

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debarati M. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The data presentation and the way it is collected from the website are straightforward to use, and the insights are easy to be acted upon. The automated reporting system is phenomenal, especially with workflow to email you of recent lead visit, their activity, lead assignment and reporting.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It gives you details about the visit but does not break it down to the granular information of who it could be. You need to do guesswork or have a biz dev team reach out to all potential people from that account.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It breaks down our website visitor analytics and helps us identify which topics and pages are most active and how our website information is consumed. I helped us make better website content decisions.

  ### 28. Incredible Market Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abigail K. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics gives users a peak behind the curtain and helps us better understand who is visiting our website, what they do, and what they are interested in learning more about. We've also experienced wonderful customer service. Makala Ingram has been wonderful to work with.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The Lead Forensics platform provides users with excellent information, but we would like to see it go further to better hone in on the "who" by narrowing down the search by other criteria.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics picks up where Google Analytics ends and helps us better understand the types of prospects visiting our site. Armed with this knowledge, we can make effective changes to our website's messaging, improve our content, and more. When we're ready to get a prospect on the phone, we understand their needs better and have a clearer picture of what they're looking for in a solution.

  ### 29. Easy to use, great reactive tool to generate leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asbjorn R. | Account Manager, Civil Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The search criteria is easy to set up, and the results can be seen immediately (for as long as lead forensics has been set up). Lots of criteria available, both for search and results.
Company overview is very good and its possible to see the visited pages, time used and everything else page related.
If theres anything we need help with, its easy to book a meeting with our Customer Success Manager, Troy Lownds and all our needs can be met.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Setup can be time consuming, but once set up its easy to use. You might get "used" to it, so be sure to always see if the criteria is correct.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It delivers leads that I would normally not receive in a short time frame. Its a very nice touch-up to lead generation.

  ### 30. The accuracy data of LF definitely need to be improved.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonia S. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

-As a marketer, it is important to see the source of the traffic, as well as the keywords.
-Our Customer Success Manager - Troy is very attentive.
-Compare with other software, LF show much more info on the visitor list.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

-Some data is not very accurate, e.g. industry, contact details. If the contact details is correct, I am sure not the Sales Team will be much more eager to use it.
-Filter of finding contact cannot be filter by country.
-Trigger report is not working all the time.
-Data of some countries in Europe is not efficient enough, not many companies are tracked. e.g. Spain.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-it shows us which potential customers are really interest at us, and which products (pages) they are interested into.
-it helps to capture the opportunities of global company (customer)

  ### 31. Get more out of your data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stijn L. | Content marketeer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Alex at Lead Forensics helps us take our data and go one step beyond with it. He's very resolute when it comes to resolving issues (rather; roadblocks we face) so we can continue to get more out of our data, and do something with that data too.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

None, really. The only downside, if one can call it that, is that it requires some user participation, but that's hardly a dislike. It's more of a reminder to ourselves that we need to put in some work ourselves as well. Lead Forensics isn't a product, it's a collaboration.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have more insight in the visitors that are coming to our website and what behaviour they exhibit. Then, we have the right tools to seek out whom to contact, or perhaps how to better target our marketing efforts.

  ### 32. Necessary platform used within our lead-generation strategy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloe T. | Social & PR Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Our favourtie thing about lead forensics is the access to contact information that we otherwise wouldn't have or would spend hours searching to find relevant contacts. Our Customer Sucess Manager Rosie, is excellent giving us extra support how to use the platform itself and how to implement Lead Forensics within our wider marketing strategy and even sales team.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

One of the downsides we've noticed is regarding our email campaigns - sometimes the data MailChimp has pulled in terms of opens / clicks to the website, is compltely different to LF.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem Lead Forensics have solved for us is we are now able to track more strictly our marketing efforts & when leads do come in it is easy for us to find out if it was due to Marketing or not - helping us to hit our targets.

  ### 33. Excellent product if integrated into workflow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Freddie M. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The Lead Forensics platform is fantastic for painting a clearer picture of the prospecting landscape. It provides website data that would usually be unobtainable and allows me as a marketer to see which pages are performing best and ultimately generating the most leads.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only downside I see with Lead Forensics is the sometimes lack of data. For example, I'm able to pinpoint a lead from our internal database, however when I check Lead Forensics, this business hasn't been picked up.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that LF solves is the lack of clarity around our website traffic. With Google Analytics and the like, we are able to see a top-level overview of traffic - whereas Lead Forensics drills down into the specific companies and their behaviour which is vastly useful data.

  ### 34. A much clearer picture of who is interested in our product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bridget M. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Introducing Lead Forensics to our marketing mix has really improved our targetting for outbound prospecting. Being able to focus on companies in our sweet spot, knowing that they are already looking at our products is hugely beneficial. Troy made it so easy to get everything set up to help with this, and has been there throughout the last year to help us hone and improve how we use the tool. He is as committed to our success as we are, and we appreciate his help and support.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I really can't think of anything I don't like. It just does what we need it to.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us reach our target audience earlier in their journey. We're using this to try and set up email workflows containing content to continue their journey.

  ### 35. Lead Forensics has allowed us to reach additional leads which would normally go under the radar.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kieran B. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The team at Leadforensics have been great, assisting with all of our requirements, and providing suggestions on how to improve our results and leads organically. The software allows you to access potential leads which would overall be missed without this software.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The difficulty with Lead Forensics would be the ability to just capture individuals who have accessed your website when logged into a business account. It would be great to access all of the individuals who have accessed your website. However i understand this will be extremely difficult.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics allows us to reach individuals who have not yet completed a form or become an incoming lead. By identifying the company, we can attempt to contact the correct person with the intention of converting this cold/outbound lead into a sale.

  ### 36. Great Support from Makala, Thanks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** lucy t. | Marketing Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We are impressed with Lead Forensics and have received excellent customer service. Makala supported us with the entire setup, ensuring we understood the whole process thoroughly and has kept in touch with us for regular updates. Lead Forensics has proven to be an effective tool for generating new leads and analysing our paid marketing strategies. It has also allowed us to organise our acquired contacts into relevant categories, which we export and utilise for specific campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I have no complaints about any part of the software and feel there is a lot to gain if you invest a reasonable amount of time into it.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to track leads coming in from our paid campaigns so that we can analyse and monitor the conversions. We cannot usually access this data without this type of software.

  ### 37. Great software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bethany S. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead forensics allows us to contact companies who already have an interest in us and have a need for our service. It also allows me to create leads and use a simple CRM to keep track of the leads I have contacted before they are put into our main CRM. Emma Parson has been great during the whole onboarding process and provided continued support throughout.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It can be hard to find the right area to make changes to settings and create the correct trigger reports. The general appearance of the platform could be made to look more modern.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not using the system to solve a problem, however the platform is giving us an insight into who is looking for our services and spending time on our site, giving us the upper hand for outbound calling.

  ### 38. Excellent tool for seeing which company visits your website

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lonnie B. | VP, Business Development and Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics (LF) is a great software tool to determine which company visits your website. You can then use their profiling tools to find employee names at that company and hit them up to see if they would like to connect and get more information. This can ultimately lead to a relationship and sale with that company. I found the team there very supportive and helpful in crafting follow-up emails and working with our CRM (Salesforce) to input that information to save time and effort.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It would be great if LF could determine who the specific employee from the visiting company who visited our website, but at this time, it is not capable of doing that.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are determining who is visiting your corporate website. This is useful to follow-up with a potential lead.

  ### 39. Lead Forensics/Alex Bruce have been set up a brilliant lead generation Source for our Business.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jethro J. | head of sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Giving us the ability to see potential customers and closing opportunities while they are live. Giving us access to see when lost customers have come back on our website to capture the right opportunity to contact them and bring them back on board.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

We do not have access to the actual person that has been on the website, which sometimes can make it difficult when it comes to contacting larger companies. Would be good to potentially get key contacts that we may need to contact linked to the visitor list.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The lack of good leads from other sources. It gives us a really good number of leads that are looking for some sort of laser cutting supplier. Also seeing what they are looking for so we can change our approach to suit.

  ### 40. Lead Forensics sets us up well for the day

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chloe G. | Head Of New Business , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the fact we use Lead forensics on a daily basis to track the leads and prospect activity on our website. It is often rewarding seeing that a prospect we are speaking to is then viewing the content on our website.

Scott Outten our account manager is great too!

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The fact it doesn't give me the name of the leads - Cheeky I know! But I would love to know who out of the company is looking. It's almost frustrating seeing a prospective businesses looking at the website but then not knowing who in that business.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its enabling us to regularly keep a track of the leads visiting our website. This way we know which content is most interesting and how they have found us in the first place

  ### 41. Commercial Specification Manager - South West (Karndean Designflooring)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Commercial Specification Manager - South West, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I find it extremely useful to see which customers of mine are actively engaging with us. I've already had great success when customers, who are known to us, are on our website as it prompts me to get in touch with them and follow up with them.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The limitations for me are only being able to see an IP address and not knowing specific information about who is on the website. When large companies (i.e more than 500 employees) are visiting our website, it's very difficult to follow up with the correct person because there's just too many people it could be. This is more true with companies we've had no prior dealings with. Often the decision making process for choosing or purchasing flooring can stretch across multiple departments and job roles, so I'm unable to target a specific person following a lead. I don't want to let them know we are tracking their activity on our site too. Also, a lot of times it could be an employee of a large company just looking for products for their own personal use so you can go down a rabbit hole trying to follow up on a large lead only to find its for personal use.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is helping me to understand the behaviours of customers that are known to me. Since using lead forensics I've become aware there's many customers who will only ever use our website for information and not make direct contact. This is important for me to know because if they don't find the information they need, they will assume we don't have the right products for their project and will go elsewhere. However, with lead forensics I know to follow up with then to make sure for certain whether we do have the products or not (often we do).

  ### 42. Good leads, good service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina H. | Marketing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Many leads from Leads Forensics are of high quality and easy to follow up on for my colleagues. The automation works excellently, and Mr. Troy Lownds has provided us with good help, information, and an amiable attitude.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It takes some time to get to know the program, and I haven't had the time to do that quite as much as I would have liked. Since I started working with Lead Forensics, my tasks have changed, and my colleague has taken over for me.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us track our sales team's high-quality critical leads, and Troy Lownds always responds to emails if a question should occur. This means I don't have to spend time searching for stuff myself.

  ### 43. Great insights and after sales support.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela F. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It shows us when previous leads we had written off as dormant or unqualified visited our site. This prompted our sales team to reach out again. Rachel Burt has been a great account manager.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The user interface is a bit slow, and integrating with our existing CRM Pipedrive has been difficult. This is partly due to poor data hygiene in our CRM making it difficult to map all fields and prevent duplicates.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a long sales cycle, and leads don't usually complete a form, so tracking traffic quality is difficult. Lead Forensics allows us to see the quality of the traffic being driven to our site by campaigns, identify new companies to reach out to, and prompt our sales team to reconnect with lapsed customers/leads.

  ### 44. Lost without this tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie C. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

As a Salesforce partner, it's really useful that we can import our leads into Salesforce. This integration is truly fantastic. Holly Cull has been fantastic in helping me and my colleagues get to grips with the functionality of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes we see views from hotels but it is not that the hotel are interested in us, just that someone staying there has viewed our site. Fully appreciate this can't be fixed but it's good for us to be aware that it can skew our data.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a lead generation executive, it's giving me a place to start, I'm not blindly contacting companies. Instead, I know where to start. Holly Cull has been super helpful in getting us up and running.

  ### 45. Lead Forensics Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan H. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the trigger reporting, as it means we can follow up on the leads we get whilst they are still hot. I also like the level of detail we get in the leads, such as contact details. I also really like the support I get from Alex Bruce, who looks after us and helps us use Lead Forensics in the best way possible.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I don't like that it is not specific to a specific person within the business; however, I understand GDPR and home working prevents this. Apart from that, Lead Forensics is great!

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is solving our problem of missing companies coming to our website to browse our product range. Without Lead Forensics, we would have missed those opportunities completely.

  ### 46. Lead Forensics provides invaluable website visitor insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loraine H. | Chief Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics provides invaluable website visitor insights and a sales pipeline of named organisations that can be managed within the system or your own CRM. Leads can easily be managed across a sales team with complete visibility within the system. Existing contacts can be identified and categorised to support activity planning.
The onboarding and ongoing support by Callum Poole have enabled us to maximise the benefits of implementing Lead Forensics in the sales and marketing team.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There isn't much to dislike about Lead Forensics. It becomes an integral part of your sales process.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics enables us to identify organisations visiting our website, know the pages they are visiting and how often they visit. It is creating a new route to market within the sales function.

  ### 47. Accuro have really enjoyed Lead Forensics - would recommend!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It's quite new to Accuro this sort of marketing / business intelligence - but Kala and the support team have really talked us through it well and make it clear! We really find it helps us plan our own marketing and also have won quite a bit of business from new verticals we were unaware of being interested in our product.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Accuro send out regular e-marketing which does get a lot of traffic to our site, we find that navigating through this can be tough but the few that are really interested are really useful. The contact volumes from each site could also potentially improve.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business intelligence! Understanding who is interested and why are they interested is really helpful.

  ### 48. The Lead Forensics Experience with Emma

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan G. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

This is a simple, easy to use the well-supported system , They always answer the phone when you need help, and more often that's not the case with a lot of companys today

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Didn't really have any downsides always dealt with Emma. She was very patient and always had a solution, and was very professional, took her time to help and support

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics has gained us additional sales we didn't know were out there; It has given us access to a previously untapped market which is new to us, leading to a more confident approach method

  ### 49. Sales Leads Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hayley M. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Gives a really good insight into who is looking at your website and you can check who they are and what they do whilst you in one place. Also give you contacts where available which is great as you can email who potentially might be interested in your business.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Not a dislike but if you could actually find out which contact had been on the site that would be great to save having to guess who it is.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A benefit is that it's giving me leads to follow up one way or another. Even though you have to guess who has been on, it gives you a good idea of which companies are interested in your business

  ### 50. Great way to find lead data on who is searching and on your website

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

A lot of the data we receive typically on our website is just an IP address with no real insight into who is visiting. The best part of Lead forensics is they turn that data into usable insight to know what companies are searching and on our website, how frequently and we can bring over to our CRM Seamlessly. Working with Kala Ingram, Senior Customer Success Manager at Lead Forensics has been extremely helpful and useful as we got going with the product.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only thing I would say I wish was better was that there were more data you can bring into CRM or if you had more control about what data can be brought into CRM.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us the insight we need to see what industries and customers are on our site and what exactly they are searching for which can be essential in the sales process and where to put your focus.
