**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis C. | Head of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We use lead forensics mostly for the trigger reports. We receive daily reports of who has been to our website (specific pages) and it circulates to the key users every morning. This is a great way to trigger conversations about clients, leads and reaching out to previously lapsed pipeline leads.

We have great support from our account manager which usually means we get alot of support with setting up custom campaigns etc.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I would prefer more functionality with the kinds of data analytics possible but typically Lead forensics are continuously updating their software and releasing new updates. They listen to their customers.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us visibility about which leads / contacts are warm/hot which leads to good timely conversations when customers are most likely to progress.

Our account manager is excellent as well and is always available for support and any questions that come up.

Contact information can be outdated. For example, a contact is in the system as working for a specific company but when I check their LinkedIn profile, I find they no longer work for the company listed.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to identify the companies visiting our website, turning anonymous traffic into actionable leads.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The potential ability to leverage website traffic into sales leads for both new and existing customers.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It doesn't tell you the exact person that was visiting your website. So then you have to reach out and hope you can find the right person to contact and connect with.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing that our website is relevant to our customers and that people are actively visiting our website.

  ### 6. Does the job it set out to do for us, nice people

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics provides us with the data we need it to. We are using it for a very specific thing - just assessing which companies are reaching certain websites and when, and for this, it does the job fine. We've got alerts set up for when our targets reach the site and that works great.

Also, our customer rep is great - really helpful if I need any help with anything, and keen to make sure we get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The UI is clunky and really slow. It's also not super CLEAR - I'm sure there's more that the tool can do (based on how many options/dropdowns there are) but it is too overwhelming to work out.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning who is coming to our landing pages.

  ### 7. Lead Forensics Transformed Our Lead Generation Strategy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

No true complaints - it is easy to use and has been successful for us.

This tool enables us to reach out to both potential and existing customers in real time, ensuring that we are either securing orders or at the very least making contact. As a result, we have seen an increase in our turnover.

  ### 9. Love the ability to pull back the curtain

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmin A. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I love the ease of using Lead Forensics and have been using it every day since we've implemented it. I only need to log on and I can immediately see who has been visiting our website on the company level. And with a bit of analysis, I can see who would be worth prospecting,.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

After almost 2 years of use, there's still a lack of contacts for our specific target audience although it's hard to fault Lead Forensics as sourcing contact data is more and more difficult with the increasing number of privacy laws coming into effect worldwide. It's also tough to filter contacts from multinational companies that are more local to us (eg. they'll also show contacts from other countries)

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool helps us understand who has been visiting our website. This data doesn't only help us identify potential customers, but it also helps inform our SEO strategy as it makes it even clearer who visits which pages on our site.

  ### 10. Exceptional Support and Data Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** S G. | Marketing Manager Europe Division, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Jack at Lead Forensics is absolutely amazing - he does not just provide technical help, he truly thinks alongside us as a strategic partner. What sets him apart is his proactive approach to helping us understand our data and plan for future success. He takes the time to analyse our results with us and provides actionable insights that have directly contributed to our growth. The platform's ability to identify website visitors and turn anonymous traffic into qualified leads has been game-changing for our business development efforts.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

While the platform is powerful, there was initially a learning curve to fully understand all the features and get the most out of the data. Some of the more advanced reporting features could be more intuitive for new users getting started with lead identification technology.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is solving our biggest challenge of identifying anonymous website visitors and converting them into qualified prospects for our sales team. Previously, we had significant website traffic but no way to know which companies were genuinely interested in our services. This left our internal sales team working with cold leads and struggling to prioritise their outreach efforts.
Now, Lead Forensics helps our internal sales team qualify leads by providing detailed company information about website visitors, including which pages they viewed and how long they engaged with our content. This intelligence allows our sales team to approach prospects with relevant, personalised messaging based on their demonstrated interest. The result is higher conversion rates, more efficient use of sales resources, and shorter sales cycles.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you so much for your incredible feedback! We're thrilled to hear that Jack has made such a meaningful impact as both a technical expert and a strategic partner. His proactive approach and dedication to your success reflect exactly what we aim to deliver at Lead Forensics.

It’s fantastic to know that the platform’s insights are driving real growth in your business development efforts. We’re excited to continue supporting your journey and celebrating more wins together.

We have also taken on board your feedback about getting to grips with some of the more advanced reporting features and our product team are releasing regularly updates and 'how to' videos to make this more intuitive.

Best regards
Dawn

Our account manager Christopher Slade has been really helpful in answering any questions and has set up reports to be sent to various people within the company that are tailored to their role - so I only receive marketing information, but thanks to Christopher, and the easy navigation of Lead Forensics, I am able to view information relevant to my colleagues with ease.

I check lead forensics daily on a top level, and then do a deeper dive once a week. The menus and filters make it easy for me to do this.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes the locations are incorrect, or the company, but this can't really be helped when people are accessing VPNs I suppose?

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to see where people are entering the website, and what journey they are taking - and where they are dropping off.

I have been able to identify the types of information that key accounts want to see, and have been able to implement this into future strategy.

  ### 31. A Highly Valuable Marketing Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave B. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics transforms anonymous website traffic into identifiable company visits — showing you who’s been on your site, when they visited, and how they found you. It’s a real game changer. It’s now a key part of my marketing workflow, allowing me to pass qualified, data-backed leads to the sales team. The daily automated reports make staying on top of activity effortless.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The interface has a bit of a learning curve, but once you’re familiar with it, it’s straightforward. That said, to really benefit from the platform, you do need the time or team to act on the insights it delivers.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us identify missed opportunities. Not every campaign converts immediately, but by seeing exactly which companies are visiting our website, we can tailor our follow-up more effectively. This targeted approach leads to stronger engagement — and ultimately, more conversions.

  ### 32. Focused Filtering and Easy Contact Search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graham L. | Technical Sales Specialist - AMR and end of line solutions , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The ability to filter the connections so the approach can be more focused. Having the search for contacts within the client makes it easy to manage.
Jack is easy to contact and provides quick support when required.
Training webinars are very handy.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Not being able to assign an appointment to a client.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me to target my cold calling and spend more time on potential leads.

  ### 33. Great insights & support from Lead Forensics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has been a game-changer for both our marketing and audience development teams. It gives us clear, actionable visibility into which businesses are visiting our websites insight we previously didn’t have. The platform is intuitive to use, and the ability to see company names and behaviour on site has helped us support account-based marketing strategies with confidence. The integration into our workflow was seamless, and the support from the Lead Forensics team, Rhys especially, has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Honestly, our only complaint is that we didn’t start using it sooner! It’s been so valuable to our teams that we wish we had implemented it much earlier.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is solving a major visibility gap for us. We used to have little to no insight into which businesses were visiting our websites unless they filled out a form. Now, we can identify anonymous traffic, understand what content they're engaging with, and prioritise outreach accordingly. This has transformed the way our sales and marketing teams work together.

For marketing, it means we can better attribute interest, measure campaign effectiveness, and feed high-quality leads into the funnel earlier. For our audience team, it’s helping us track engagement from strategic partners and identify patterns in behaviour that influence our outreach.

  ### 34. Reliable Platform with a Helpful Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raphael C. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The team has been very helpful, making the setup process straightforward. The platform itself is reliable and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The service is limited, and there is a lack of clear visibility into customer journeys on the website.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform provides useful insights into visitor visibility and data, making it easier to understand who is accessing the site and how they interact with it.

  ### 35. Super Intuitive Tool with Helpful Insights

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

We could use a little training on set up and tweaks to make! We need help optimizing!

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NA

  ### 36. Excellent Insight into Engaged Leads, No Drawbacks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Great tool which really helps give you a better scope of the leads that are engaging with your company. Superb customer support too, making everything easier so I'd like to thank Drew Knowles for that.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There's no real dislikes about Lead Forensics that I can think of.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is helping to see leads at a quicker glance. As a user, I'm able to see and share information with my team which benefits further conversations with Partners/Fee earners.

  ### 37. LF is a wonderful app.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith K. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

LF allows for access to many options to filter information for our needs. We use LF on a weekly basis for our marketing and cold/warm calling of new prospects and previous customers. It has been easy to integrate into our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing. LF has given us more information than we ever thought we could obtain.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obtaining vital information about the contacts viewing our website.

  ### 38. Lead Forensics has been a key tool for us over the past year, providing insights and quality leads.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | Marketing/Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The daily reports of the companies that visit our website. The number of features and how easy it is to use. Very easy to implement. The Forensics Team is always there to help. We use it on daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The contacts for a company can be outdated at times. Also trying to pinpoint certain individuals at a business location is difficult.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pin-Pointing more specific costumers to target to the website and current costumers.

  ### 39. Lead Forensics review from Masteel UK Limited

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane R. | Senior Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Seeing all the different companies that visit our website with the ability to contact them direct. We consider that these companies are potentially warm leads to us, and gives our sales team all the information/tools to contact people within these companies about the legitimate interest.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Main fault with Lead Forensics would be that we can't see the exact person who is looking on our website. I understood though that this is next to impossible to achieve this, it would be the dream scenario.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Froensics is giving us access to know what companies are looking on our website. Prior to having Lead Forensics, we only had visitor figures that determined the success of the website. Now we can pinpoint exact companies, which is beenificial to our whole sales process.

  ### 40. Client Tracking That Keeps Outreach Specific and On Point

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse C. | MD, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

tracking existing clients to help them in there needs and being specific and to the point when reaching them.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

trying to understand the data shared and understanding why you have such visits. also finding out the most common type of visitor.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding out who the customers are that actually visit your website.

  ### 41. Ideal partner to provide 'under the hood' valuable website traffic understanding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Everything is in real time and the portal and its functionality keeps improving and developing - you can also acquire contact information - a real step forward.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It's not LF's fault but it will only provide details on the business entity - it won't give you individuals' information. Which is fair enough - data protection etc. It does everything it can to help with that though - competitive data acquisition and training to help people follow up effectively.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving me visibility on the nature of traffic to the website when normally, you don't get that granular level of detail. Helps us know whether the site is saying the right things and attracting the right audience first and foremost.

  ### 42. Insightful Lead Tracking with All the Features We Need

Wish it could be even more detailed - more detail around specific visitors.

It's now giving us real time visit alerts which is very helpful.

  ### 45. Excellent Reporting and Real-Time Updates, Outstanding Support

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

  ### 46. Real-Time Insights That Drive Results

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad C. | Head of RadioPharma Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Seeing real-time website activity and the ability to tie it back to the specific programs driving the traffic.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Being able to identify individuals instead of companies. Would be nice if you could share all the details without names associated.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can tie the traffic to ad spend and make adjustments as necessary. I can also search leads if we don't already have ones established

  ### 47. Without doubt a very powerful sales tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics provides an excellent source of lead opportunities in addition to providing an excellent insight to existing customer website visits. The Lead Forensics team provide excellent support in both the initial setup and ongoing use. The software was very easy to integrate and and my company use this software daily.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There are no real downsides to Lead Forensics. The only question mark is the size of the database as not all web visits have a recognised URL.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is providing a significant lead generation portfolio which fully employs our Lead Generator. In turn this allows our Lead Generator to make new contacts and arrange meetings for the Sales Development Team. A second key benefit is being able to track activity of existing customers and being able to reconcile quote requests from the website and website activity.

  ### 48. A Short review from a new BDM.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics is incredibly easy to use. Very intuitive and clear to see who has visited the site and what pages they have visited and for how long. This detail allows your to target potential clients and turn cold-calls in to warm-calls.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only downside isn't a fault of Lead Forensics. Sometimes you will get a bounce-back on an outdated email address. From what I understand, this can't be helped in any way. This is only a very minor inconvenience as there is usually another contact to go for if the initial one fails.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me to make warm-calls and warm-prospecting emails instead of cold calls. It makes such a difference having a reason to call i.e, "I can see you have visited our site...."

  ### 49. useful tool for sales

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Only thing is when it comes through on an email the format can sometimes glitch as the text is either too small to read or goes too big that you have to scroll left to right

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

identifying leads and keeping on top of new potential business that enters the webpage
