I really appreciate the great customer service from Lead Forensics. The platform is easy to use, which makes it simple and efficient for my needs. The onboarding process is especially useful in helping less technologically savvy colleagues understand the platform. I like that Lead Forensics allows us to see which occupiers have visited our website, giving us a list of those genuinely interested. A great feature is the contact tool, which lets us directly pull key contacts from a business, saving us a huge amount of time. The ability to export data into a report to send to our clients is also valuable. These features give us the necessary contact at the business we need and help us find the most relevant leads. I like that Lead Forensics allows us to find customers we wouldn't be able to reach otherwise and provides us with contact information. It's a very simple system to use. There can be delays in responses to queries with our agents, but nothing unreasonable. Ideally, next day or initial responses on the same day so that I don't need to chase. This helps our team to determine if we should reach out with an approach toward corporate partnerships, versus groups and memberships.
