## Lead Forensics Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Prospect Identification, Room for Accuracy Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eden S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the tagging system in Lead Forensics because I can mark up people for specific pages or visits. It helps us with identifying certain targets, allowing the whole team to see who our target prospects are for the month. The initial setup was very easy, and Adam from the sales team was great.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

When the platform gets confused about IP addresses and shows us the wrong companies.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to check who visits our website, find potential prospects, and identify target prospects with a helpful tagging system for team visibility.

  ### 2. Insightful Company Tracking for Smarter Outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like being able to know which companies are accessing the website and which pages they have visited most to try and "build a picture" for outreach.

With the direct link to our CRM system, we are able to define the criteria to automatically push through strong leads. The system is also easy to use with filters to gain a full picture of the industry and location of our visitors.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

From time to time, some of the contacts can be outdated but, this is often due to quick personnel turnaround with individual organisations and updates from the sources Lead Forensics uses. I understand with data compliance, we are unable to identify specific users but, it would be useful to be able to.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Lead Forensics, we are able to understand SEO words that are being used from our perspective buyers, this enables the marketing team to modify SEO where needed and refine their marketing to attract more visitors. It also helps me to understand what type of companies are hitting the website and possibilities into why.
With Lead Forensics, I am able to generate strong leads and opportunities for out reach, using reliable sources for new business opportunities. Using the website tracking and known webpages that have been views, this gives a good, strong conversation starter to get past the gate keeper and onto the right person to assist further.

As well as the system, Lead Forensics have an online community portal and host various training webinars, each month with their sales experts. The training sessions are well informed and interactive, with other Lead Forensics users so we can all share and learn from each other with various tips. There are very few sales training sessions but having this portal, is a nice benefit of Lead Forensics to help our new starters and have a refresher, when needed.

I feel like Lead Forensics is rolling out new features all the time that I enjoy or provide solutions to the exact challenge I'm trying to answer when it comes to lead tracking as it relates to marketing attribution. ### 14. Transforms Lead Generation with Insightful Visitor Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua G. | Marketing Executive

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I have been using Lead Forensics for the past 8 months, and I primarily appreciate its ability to identify warm leads for our sales and marketing team efficiently. The initial setup was smooth and virtually hassle-free, thanks to the exceptional support from our dedicated Success Manager, Adam, who ensured everything was up and running within a week. I value how seamless the program is, even as we expanded our marketing activities, and after setting up another account, it was operational within two weeks. Lead Forensics effectively addresses the 'Who' and 'What' of our website visitors, giving us insights into who visits and what they are interested in, which significantly benefits our team. It allows us to initiate warmer calls with prospects by tailoring proposals based on page visits, leading to more meaningful and qualified conversations. The Data Manager tool is especially beneficial for uploading existing contacts from other marketing campaigns, identifying successful visits, and understanding the impact of campaigns on website behavior. Furthermore, its capability to designate actions and assign tasks to different team members for better lead segmentation enhances our functionality. Most importantly, it provides the critical 'Who' factor often missing in web statistics, allowing us to tailor our sales and marketing approaches to create a more appealing experience for customers. Overall, Lead Forensics is an invaluable tool that significantly improves our sales and marketing strategies.

  ### 16. Game-Changer for B2B Lead Generation and Sales Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebekah S. | Inside Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics has completely transformed how we identify and engage potential clients. The platform gives us real-time visibility into which businesses are visiting our website - something we previously had no way of tracking. Being able to see company names, visit behaviour, and contact details equips our sales team with highly qualified leads without the guesswork.

What sets it apart is the depth of insight. The platform doesn’t just tell us who visited, but what they were interested in, which means we can tailor our outreach accordingly. It has significantly shortened our lead response time and helped us prioritise accounts that are actively in-market. The integration with our CRM and the ability to set up customised alerts and reports makes it seamless and efficient to use.

I also want to give a special shoutout to our former account manager, George and our current account manager, David - both have gone above and beyond to support us. Their proactive approach, fast responses, and genuine desire to help us succeed have made a big impact. It's rare to get that level of service, and it makes the experience with Lead Forensics even better.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

While the platform is incredibly valuable, the UI can occasionally feel a bit clunky and outdated, especially when navigating through reports or filtering data - however cant really complain

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Lead Forensics, we had no visibility into the companies visiting our website unless they filled out a contact form—which meant we were missing out on a huge number of warm leads. Lead Forensics bridges that gap by identifying anonymous website visitors and providing detailed company information, allowing us to act on interest that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.

This has benefited us in several key ways:

Faster lead identification: We can see which companies are showing interest in real time and prioritize outreach accordingly.

More meaningful outreach: Knowing what pages a visitor viewed allows our team to tailor follow-up messages based on actual behavior.

Better sales and marketing alignment: The insights help our sales and marketing teams work together more effectively to nurture leads through the funnel.

Improved ROI on digital efforts: We can finally quantify the business value of our website traffic and see which campaigns are driving the right kind of visitors.

Overall, it’s helping us close the gap between marketing activity and sales opportunity—turning unknown website traffic into real pipeline.

  ### 18. Effective and Insightful Tool for Sales and Marketing Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aya Y. | Sales Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics gives a clear view of which companies are engaging with our website, helping us prioritize leads and tailor our outreach. The platform is intuitive, and the data is highly actionable. I also really appreciated the onboarding, especially the training session with Leon, which was practical, clear, and motivating. His guidance made the platform easy to integrate into our workflow, and his responsiveness has made a huge difference in getting value from the tool quickly.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Some smaller businesses or individual visitors can be harder to identify, which limits visibility in certain cases. However, this is understandable due to data protection regulations, and the value we get from the identifiable company insights far outweighs this limitation.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is helping us identify anonymous website visitors and understand which businesses are actively showing interest in our services. This solves a major visibility gap in our lead generation strategy, we’re now able to follow up with warm leads that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.

**Reviewed by:** Amir S. | Brand Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Lead Forensics gives us clear visibility into which companies are visiting our website. The ability to identify B2B visitors, see engagement patterns, and link them to real business opportunities has been a game changer for our sales and marketing alignment. The dashboard is intuitive, data is reliable, and integration with our CRM makes follow ups seamless. It’s a great tool for turning anonymous traffic into actionable leads.

A special mention to Rhys, our CSM, who’s been doing a great job supporting us, always responsive, helpful, and proactive in making sure we get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

While powerful, setup and data filtering can take some time to fine tune, especially if you want to avoid irrelevant traffic and pricing might feel steep for smaller teams. Still, the overall ROI and insights it provides make it well worth the investment.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us bridge the gap between anonymous website traffic and business opportunities.

  ### 25. Underrated software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ivan r. | marketing team leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

For a B2B company like ours, having a tool like Lead Forensics that can show us a big amount of potential new leads is great. Every B2B company should have this tool to maximise digital marketing investments.
We use it every day, starting from checking the tags applied automatically by the software to donwload important contacts in few clicks. 100 emails per month is a lot for a company like ours, and every month we get at least three four new valuable prospects from lead forensics.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It doesn't make all the job by himself, we still have to do something manually. I'm sure that in the future it will be improved more and more. Be careful to control sales department to be sure that the useful information are going to be used quickly to take advantage from the arised interes by the leads/prospects.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are investing a lot in digital marketing without getting results easily because our surfers are not asking for additional information. With an active approach like this we can come back to the right companies proposing the right technology / product they are looking for with a good timing.

  ### 26. Great, Easy-to-Use Dashboard with Powerful Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The dashboard is great and easy to use. Love the reporting capabilities as well.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

We have no complaints at all. Everything has met expectations so far.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics allows us to better capture quality leads and maintain them in the dashboard like a mini-CRM

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you’re enjoying the dashboard and finding it easy to use, and that the reporting capabilities are delivering value for you. It’s especially great to know everything is meeting your expectations so far.

  ### 27. Unique Location Tracking That Helps Identify Specific Leads

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy C. | Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The unique location tracking feature, allowing us to identify specific leads.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Connectivity with Pipedrive, training and support from staff

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missing out on passively collected leads

  ### 28. Intuitive, Slick, and Delivers Great Visibility into Key Details

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris J. | Internal Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It gives great visibility into the details we need, and it feels intuitive and slick to use.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing at present, all working as it should and bringing value.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us clear visibility into the traffic coming to our site, which helps us better understand our potential customers and the sectors they come from.

  ### 29. Great support experience with Lead Forensics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa H. | Marketing Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The best part of using Lead Forensics has been the support. Our Customer Success Rep, Ryan Wilson, has been incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to walk our team through how to use the platform in a way that made sense for our specific goals. He also worked with me one-on-one to set up custom trigger reports that give us exactly the kind of insights we’re looking for. That kind of hands-on help really made onboarding easier.

It’s also been great to see which companies are visiting our site. We’ve been able to use that info to connect our website activity with potential leads, which helps both our sales and marketing teams.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I don’t have a lot of complaints. It would be nice if you could see exactly who visited the site, but I get that there are privacy limitations around that. One thing that would make things a little easier is being able to create trigger reports directly from a list, instead of needing to build a category or assign it to someone first. Not a dealbreaker, just a small improvement that would save a few steps.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us understand who is actually visiting our website, which is something we couldn’t see before. It gives us more visibility into the types of companies that are showing interest in what we do, what pages they are looking at, and how often they return. This helps our sales team prioritize outreach and gives our marketing team better insight into what content is working.

It also shows which keywords people are using to find us, which helps confirm that our SEO is on the right track. On top of that, we can clearly see that our PPC campaigns are driving the right kind of traffic. That has made it easier to justify ad spend and adjust strategy based on what’s actually converting.

  ### 30. Simple Setup, Effective Lead Generation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like how simple it's set up. It's easy to go in, click on the place I want to call, see their contacts, and receive their emails without any hassle. It's also very easy to set up because they provide a rep who helps with the account, so I can go to them with any questions.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I'd say just the connection to Salesforce.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics to connect with healthcare leaders by finding emails I can't find online and seeing who's viewing my products in real time.

  ### 31. Essential Tool for Website Traffic Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack S. | Key Relationship Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Great tool to understand traffic to your website.
Picking up the data needed to categorise who goes to our website and how they get there.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I havent come across anything that i dislike so far.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can identify our customer needs, understand more why people are visiting our website, which pages they are visiting and how long they are on for. Helps us with redefining our website and which pages we need to concentrate more on and develop.

  ### 32. Fast, Always-Available Support with Helpful Answers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chiara B. | Deputy Head of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

They are fast and always provide support and answers.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There are certain bugs in the tool that still haven’t been fixed, and integrating tags independently on my own website is complicated and takes more effort than it should.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now track better and see where customers show interest and where they click.

  ### 33. Accurate Insights and Seamless HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | Sales Director

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the accuracy of site visit activity provided by Lead Forensics. It's extremely important for us to get a clear understanding of the physical location of site visitors, particularly when considering larger targets with multiple locations across the country. The initial setup of Lead Forensics was quite easy, only needing a little help with fine-tuning and Hubspot integration.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics helps us identify new customer interest and validate marketing sales efforts. The accuracy of site visit activity gives us a clear understanding of physical locations, which is essential for targeting larger clients with multiple locations.

  ### 34. Super-snooping made simple! :)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz C. | EMEA Sales, Broadcast Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We use Lead Forensics daily as it provides an excellent way to monitor who is visiting the website and what they're there for. We also upload our sales opportunities, events attendees and resellers as data lists, meaning we're able to see if anyone from these lists visit – the live trigger reports are really useful for this too, giving me visit details in real time. So sometimes when I'm on the phone with a customer, I can instantly see if they're visiting the website at the same time, which means they're keen to know more! Either that, or they're trying to work out what I'm talking about! Either way, it's a useful insight, and now with the additional contacts credits each month, I can make a fairly educated stab as to which person at the company might be visiting the website. All in all, an excellent piece of software. More than this though, we've had phenomenal support from Lead Forensics, with calls every three months with feedback and targets, along with ideas of other things for us to try. Actually the best support I've received for software – genuinely makes us feel as though they are fighting our sales and marketing battles with us! :)

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I would like to be able to separate the main dashboard by the two domains that we manage, as all the data is in one, but as we have very different customers for each website, I'm generally able to see what I need using categorisation instead and actually use this new 'categories report' more than the dashboard now anyway!

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are keen to see if our messages are reaching our end-users as we have a fairly niche product. The insights that we receive from Lead Forensics are invaluable.

  ### 35. Don't sign up! They will not cancel nor stop billing you.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The daily visit reports are interesting, but often inaccurate.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I can't link visitors to contacts, and their billing and customer service are terrible.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was supposed to help identify actionable leads, but is ineffective at connecting companies to contacts. The same functionality is already in our HubSpot implementation and this is not effective.

  ### 36. Great Visibility Into Website Visitors and Page Views

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Being able to see who visits our website and page view as well.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

My one dislike is that we can't see the title or the person level of visitor.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead forensics is solving our visitor inquiry problem, and it benefits us so that we can have a more targeted approach when it comes to outreach.

  ### 37. Great Sales Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Belle C. | Regional Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I love that you can set up regular reporting so an email is sent with all of your leads for that day/week/month etc, with links that take you straight to Lead Forensics. When I first joined I had a quick session with Gareth Atkinson who talked me through all the tools and features and answered the questions I had which was super helpful. I find the portal easy to use and access and use it weekly to find new leads, see where they came from. It's always great to see after outreaching who has then gone on to view the site or clicked onto articles I've shared with them.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I probably don't use it to it's full potential but I don't think I need it for much else

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying potential leads and letting me know whether the content of my outreach is having a positive effect

  ### 38. Up-to-Date Visitor Tracking That Keeps Us in the Know

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kris G. | National Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The upto date listing of who's visited our website

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Not knowing the exact person who to contact when going into their company address book, such as a large organisation or local authority.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not knowing who's been looking or downloading our information from the website.

  ### 39. Unique Visibility Into Which Companies Visit Our Website

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

We have been using LeadForensics for 5+ years now, it is valuable to see what companies have visited our website and what products/services they are potentially interested in. I don't know of any other software that provides this. Account managers are always very knowledgeable and proactive.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It would be super valuable to know which individual at the company has looked at the webpage, but understandably, this isn't possible to achieve.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Lead Forensics, we would have no visibility into what type of companies are looking at our website.

  ### 40. The product is simple to use and clear

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It gives us data which we can use to see who is accessing our website and allows us to see which marketing programmes are working

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing so far, we have only been using for 2 months

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to review our marketing activities

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We’re so pleased that Lead Forensics is helping you track website visitors and measure your marketing performance and we’re excited to keep supporting your success as you continue using the platform.

Best regards,
Dawn

  ### 41. Helpful Support & Training with a Very Useful HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

The support and platform training offered by their team have been very helpful. The integration with HubSpot is also very useful.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Occasionally, the information is out of date, but it doesn’t happen very often. My biggest issue is that I can’t tell how long a single page view lasts.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us identify who is using our website and how they’re interacting with our content. It also provides better analytics and creates a pipeline of warm data for our sales team to follow up on.

  ### 42. Helps to fill in data gaps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Head of Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like the ability to gain more data and oversight into otherwise black spots in our website user journeys. The analytics and dashboards are useful, and the contact database is comprehensive. The setup was relatively easy

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Nothing comes to mind, it's performing as I expected and I like the tool.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For marketing lead foreniscs helps me to see if our campaigns are hitting the right businesses even if they don't actually convert, so I know its not a targetting issue and perhaps they just aren't ready to convert at that moment or their is a longer sales cycle.

For business development it helps the team to narrow down on companies and people to outreach too and utilise the database for outbound prospecting.

It's also useful to see how the website is performing, what pages or typical paths people take or view.

The customer success support it to another level. Making sure that you maximise the full benefit of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

With lead forensics it can sometimes glitch but happens very rare.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us to target warm leads intelligently, and create more opportunities for business than when doing cold calls.

  ### 44. Exceptional, User-Friendly Tool That Delivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

It is an exceptional tool and very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Having to go into a separate screen to see leads created.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing leads and giving insights into companies we would have not known or overlooked.

**Official Response from Reviews LF:**

> Thank you for your very kind comments about our tool and very glad that you find it worthwhile.

  ### 45. Patrick a Great Help to our team!

**Reviewed by:** Greta B. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that it automatically emails our team with their leads. As a marketing professional, it's a step off of my plate. Plus, Patrick is available and responds quickly to help us out for support. It's also nice how he makes sure we are using the tool effectively.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I wish it was possible to look up contacts and companies that have not visited our website through the look up platforms.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead notifications

  ### 46. Powerful Marketing Insights, Interface Could Use a Refresh

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Panashe C. | Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

Having the ability to track essential marketing data and identify the most effective search terms greatly simplifies the process of planning ad spend. This allows you to focus your targeting on what your ideal customer profile is actually searching for, making your marketing strategy more precise.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Not much - I think the interface could be modernised, but it does the job.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By tracking who visits our website, we can now focus on retargeting and generating leads. Previously, we had no way of knowing which visitors were interested but still needed more encouragement to make a final enquiry.

  ### 47. Intuitive UI and Personalized Support That Delivers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janice R.

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like that Lead Forensics shows us buying signals from prospects. It's useful to see which pages have been looked at and what the company does on the about tab as our customer base is very diverse.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

I find the contacts tab sometimes lacking and it has to be supplemented with other tools.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Lead Forensics as it's the closest thing we have to prospect leads. It shows us buying signals from prospects and lets us see which pages they've looked at and what the company does on the about tab.

  ### 49. Cost effective lead generation
