
I really appreciate Lead Forensics for its ability to help us understand which customers we are not currently engaging with but who are interested in our website. It effectively provides us with another avenue of leads beyond our standard customer base and supports growing our customer base with new interests. I find this particularly useful as it gives me the opportunity to capture these new customers visiting the website and enables me to make something happen with them. Essentially, Lead Forensics enhances our lead generation efforts by revealing activities on our website and providing us with new leads, which is predominantly what stands out to me about the service. Additionally, despite initial challenges during the setup, the support I received from the team, especially Holly, made the process easy and manageable, reflecting a high quality of customer support. I initially found it challenging to input data into Lead Forensics, particularly with getting our customer database set up. I was unsure how to do this and whether it would damage existing data. However, with some support, this task became easier. Furthermore, I feel the filtering aspects of the software could be improved. Currently, it's somewhat limited in providing detailed filtering options, especially for specific business areas like engineering that encompass numerous facets beyond just manufacturing.
