What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I love that it tells you exactly what companies in your area are looking at. I love that it has top decision makers' contact information at your fingertips. It's super easy to use. It took just a few days to get it up and running to its full potential. Sam is the best; he answers all of my questions when I have them. I like that it automatically emails our team with their leads. As a marketing professional, it's a step off of my plate. Plus, Patrick is available and responds quickly to help us out for support. What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

It is very easy to know the number of visitors to your site, how many pages they viewed and how long they were on your site but Lead Forensics tells you what company they are from, how they came to your site, which pages they viewed, how many times they have been on your site, if they purchased anything, and almost any other identifying information you wish to have regarding the users on your site. What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

This system is easy to use and with the great team Lead Forensics have around. They keep you updated and regularly make calls and team meetings to make sure you are managing the system correctly and using it to the best of it's purpose. Our Success Manager Joseph Stone is a breath of fresh air and understand the way we are running our business and always tries to make things easier for us to use and notifies us when something will benefit our company.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

It's a full time job aswell with all the notifications of the hits you get through your website.

It lets us see what customers and prospects are using our website and also has started to generate traffic and live leads via the contact us section on our site. The automated filters make it easy to spot potential leads quickly, and the built-in feature to find contacts directly on LinkedIn is a big plus. The sales team was convincing and professional, and onboarding/support have been excellent with quick responses, personal meetings, and useful tutorials and webinars. Even with the great features, it still takes a lot of time on top of daily business to identify the right leads, research contacts, and reach out.
