**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

I like being able to use the information available from Lead Forensics together with other analytics information available to me to be able to build a stronger understanding of the journey of our customers. It has been a really useful tool to improve SEO on landing pages. You can access a broad range of information and it is presented really clearly. 

Our account manager Christopher Slade has been really helpful in answering any questions and has set up reports to be sent to various people within the company that are tailored to their role - so I only receive marketing information, but thanks to Christopher, and the easy navigation of Lead Forensics, I am able to view information relevant to my colleagues with ease. 

I check lead forensics daily on a top level, and then do a deeper dive once a week. The menus and filters make it easy for me to do this.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Sometimes the locations are incorrect, or the company, but this can't really be helped when people are accessing VPNs I suppose?

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to see where people are entering the website, and what journey they are taking - and where they are dropping off. 

I have been able to identify the types of information that key accounts want to see, and have been able to implement this into future strategy.

Lead Forensics transforms anonymous website traffic into identifiable company visits — showing you who’s been on your site, when they visited, and how they found you. It’s a real game changer. It’s now a key part of my marketing workflow, allowing me to pass qualified, data-backed leads to the sales team. The daily automated reports make staying on top of activity effortless.

The interface has a bit of a learning curve, but once you’re familiar with it, it’s straightforward. That said, to really benefit from the platform, you do need the time or team to act on the insights it delivers.

Lead Forensics has been a game-changer for both our marketing and audience development teams. It gives us clear, actionable visibility into which businesses are visiting our websites insight we previously didn’t have. The platform is intuitive to use, and the ability to see company names and behaviour on site has helped us support account-based marketing strategies with confidence. The integration into our workflow was seamless, and the support from the Lead Forensics team, Rhys especially, has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Honestly, our only complaint is that we didn’t start using it sooner! It’s been so valuable to our teams that we wish we had implemented it much earlier.

Lead Forensics is solving a major visibility gap for us. We used to have little to no insight into which businesses were visiting our websites unless they filled out a form. The daily reports of the companies that visit our website.  The number of features and how easy it is to use. Very easy to implement. The Forensics Team is always there to help.  We use it on daily basis.

The contacts for a company can be outdated at times.  Also trying to pinpoint certain individuals at a business location is difficult.

Seeing all the different companies that visit our website with the ability to contact them direct. We consider that these companies are potentially warm leads to us, and gives our sales team all the information/tools to contact people within these companies about the legitimate interest.

Main fault with Lead Forensics would be that we can't see the exact person who is looking on our website. I understood though that this is next to impossible to achieve this, it would be the dream scenario.

Everything is in real time and the portal and its functionality keeps improving and developing - you can also acquire contact information - a real step forward.

It's not LF's fault but it will only provide details on the business entity - it won't give you individuals' information. Which is fair enough - data protection etc. It does everything it can to help with that though - competitive data acquisition and training to help people follow up effectively.

Giving me visibility on the nature of traffic to the website when normally, you don't get that granular level of detail. Helps us know whether the site is saying the right things and attracting the right audience first and foremost.

Lead Forensics provides an excellent source of lead opportunities in addition to providing an excellent insight to existing customer website visits. The Lead Forensics team provide excellent support in both the initial setup and ongoing use. The software was very easy to integrate and and my company use this software daily.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

There are no real downsides to Lead Forensics. The only question mark is the size of the database as not all web visits have a recognised URL.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead Forensics is providing a significant lead generation portfolio which fully employs our Lead Generator. In turn this allows our Lead Generator to make new contacts and arrange meetings for the Sales Development Team. A second key benefit is being able to track activity of existing customers and being able to reconcile quote requests from the website and website activity.

Lead Forensics is incredibly easy to use. Very intuitive and clear to see who has visited the site and what pages they have visited and for how long. This detail allows your to target potential clients and turn cold-calls in to warm-calls.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

The only downside isn't a fault of Lead Forensics. Sometimes you will get a bounce-back on an outdated email address. From what I understand, this can't be helped in any way. This is only a very minor inconvenience as there is usually another contact to go for if the initial one fails.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me to make warm-calls and warm-prospecting emails instead of cold calls. It makes such a difference having a reason to call i.e, "I can see you have visited our site...."

There is a lot of information options but I don't see this as a negative. It would not allow me to advance without input in this box.

The data provided by Lead Forensics is extremely valuable. Being able to understand who has visited your website, which pages they engaged with, and how long they stayed is a powerful insight that goes well beyond standard analytics. This level of detail helps us identify potential leads at an early stage, tailor follow-up conversations more effectively, and better understand which parts of our website are driving genuine interest.

The platform is versatile, easy to use, and can be utilised across sales, marketing, and even customer success teams. For sales, it provides a clear picture of warm prospects who are actively researching our services. For marketing, it delivers tangible evidence of campaign performance and highlights which content is resonating with our target audience.

Our Account Manager Jack Wingate is fantastic with regards to customer support and engagement. Jack is always available and is regularly introducing us to new features and assisting us with getting the most out of the data available.

There are no downsides to note as far as I'm concerned.

Lead Forensics helps us solve the problem of anonymous website traffic. Normally, we’d see numbers in analytics but not know which businesses were actually visiting. With Lead Forensics, we can identify the companies, see what pages they’ve looked at, and how engaged they are. This gives our sales team a clear list of warm prospects to follow up on, and helps marketing understand what content is working. It’s saving us time, improving how we prioritise leads, and ultimately creating more opportunities.

Brilliant tool and easy to navigate. Setting specific triggers that are relevant to the company's goal makes it very easy to find the right people. Account manager is also very helpful.  (Christopher Slade)

Triggers can sometimes feel spammed when getting alerts.

The tool allows me to see which companies are shopping around for the equipment we make. I have an advantage to try and get in touch with them at the earliest point of the sales cycle and maybe even before they contact other suppliers.

I like that I can see when my customers have viewed our website, which helps me to target specific customers for potential upsells.

I like the layout of the website; it is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

It would be beneficial if the system didn't do direct searches, for example, my customer could be called abc ltd on our system, but they could appear on Lead Forensics as abc limited. So they won't be sent directly to me.

As mentioned earlier, the service is excellent. It's easy to get support through the Lead Forensics chat service, and my contact person, Christopher, is always available whenever I need assistance.

I wouldn't be able to say something negative at this point.

We can easly see when a lead is looking into specific products, multiple times etc. Makes it easier for us to do the sale, as we can indicate what the prospects need and already think about a strategy to approach them.

**What do you like best about Lead Forensics?**

That you can see a large percentage of commercial businesses that visit our site, and what pages they are on and for how long. They are also contact details for these companies. It also shows companies on the site through Google that we pay for PPC, that we would never deal with. So we have changed our Google key words and saved some budget. Also I have regular meetings with Drew from LF which is very helpful, especially at the beginning.

Sometimes it takes time for visits to be added to the software, but normally within an hour.

It also helps with seeing if someone I have contacted is interested in us, as they come on the website.

Lead Forensics identifies in real time, opportunities which we can capitalise on and we have yielded excellent results since introducing it to our business in 2024. It was integrated in a few days and we saw a return on investment within weeks. 
Being a sales professional in today's world, is a tough gig as procurement teams don't have the time to be constantly reviewing their packaging providers.  We have to capitalise on opportunities at the moment businesses are in the market and Lead Forensics helps us achieve this.   Our teams find the tools user friendly and the customer support and add-on benefits are always excellent.

**What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?**

Analysis is very important to ensure that we're seeing a return for our cash, and doing this analysis weekly and monthly is required, but time consuming.  Lead Forensics does provide me with all the tools to do this, though, and they're extremely user friendly.

**What problems is Lead Forensics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our sales teams obtain more appointments.
It results in higher chance of sales orders, because we're quoting on an enquiry which we know the customer is currently in the market for.
It lets us identify our marketing campaigns performance and make ad hoc tweaks as and when required dependant on the analysis.

We receive the lists each morning of the companies that hit our website the day before. This allows us to get this list out to our sales and BDM team to ensure that we are following up on their interests. We have been able to customize our reports based on our current initiatives.

I am not sure if it was our connection at the office or the website, but at some times data on Lead Forensics would take longer than usual to load.

Lead Forensics is helped me solve the problem of what pages are not so important on our website. As we are in the process of developing a new website, Lead Forensics data illustrated what pages were drawing the least attention. This made it easy to cut down on some pages.
