Since being introduced to Lead Forensics nearly a year ago, I’ve found it to be a useful tool for monitoring website traffic, identifying anonymous visitors, and, more recently, assessing the performance of our new website. Navigation across the platform is straightforward, which saves time during the week. The support provided by Yelena (Customer Success Manager) has also helped maximise my understanding of its capabilities and get more out of the platform. In the time I’ve been using Lead Forensics, I can’t recall a single incident where the platform has malfunctioned.
