Actionable Website Intelligence with Excellent Support

Lead Forensics gives us useful company-level website intelligence that helps inform our outbound commercial strategy. What I value most is the ability to turn anonymous website activity into actionable account insight, so our commercial team can prioritise warmer and more relevant opportunities. The support has also been excellent. James Simmons helped me consolidate our weekly reporting export process, which has removed a manual bottleneck and should save around 4–6 hours per month. It has also improved the quality, consistency, and control of the data we use internally. Overall, the platform is valuable not just as a reporting tool, but as a practical source of sales intelligence.

Lead Forensics Drives Daily Leads and Clear Website Visitor Insights

A good number of new leads are created daily which helps us to identify potential customers that we otherwise may never have known were interested in our products and this enables us to be the first company in contact with the customer. It is a great tool to understand and gives an insight as to who is visiting our website and what they are searching for. Using LF into our daily workflow is simple and straightforward. The platform is very easy to navigate, and the dashboard is clearly structured. LF Academy videos provide quick support, and our Success Manager has been highly supportive throughout the process and ongoing. Although Lead Forensics is not connected to our CRM, it works very well as a campaign trigger for our marketing activities. We also use Google Analytics, which allows us to compare and validate the data effectively. The visibility of lapsed clients visiting the website has proven highly successful for us re-engaging with them and the amazing results we have achieved within just one year.
