I like Kudos for its ease of use and the rewards. I find it rewarding to review how the team shares in wins together. It's great to know that my efforts are appreciated by others when they send Kudos to me, and it's equally rewarding that I can reciprocate. The initial setup was easy, and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

I enjoy everything about Kudos! I like that it integrates with Slack, so everyone can see who's getting kudos. I especially like how we can convert our points to monetary rewards. The integration with Slack is super helpful because it sends a notification to the user via Slack that they've received kudos, and it also allows anyone else in the workspace to congratulate the receiver as well. The monetary rewards are a great bonus incentive for employees to continue working hard and being great coworkers to each other. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy.

I think Kudos offers a really nice benefit because it allows me to translate appreciation points into actual financial rewards, which is super nice. It also makes setting up easy; I just had to create a login and haven't had any issues since.
