Unexpected Joy In Email, Effortless To Use
I like that Kudos sends a nice and unexpected message via email to anybody. It's a great way to congratulate someone or send a virtual high five from across Hawaii. Kudos points get renewed every week, which I find really beneficial for multiple high fives. Given how our offices are spread out across different spaces, Kudos is a great way to connect with teammates that are in other spaces. Also, the initial setup was super easy, as it came with my onboarding.

Kudos Makes Recognition Easy and Impactful
It's easy to use. You can write your own message instead of choosing from categories that may not fit the situation or person you're recognizing. You can send a card, a badge, or a message. I mostly use it to send a simple thank you to peers who made an impactful contribution. Signing up and signing in are seemless.
