I use Kudos to share appreciation with my colleagues and it helps me value my team members more regularly. I like Kudos because it's an informal way of sharing appreciation with all colleagues across the team. The user interface is very clean, which I appreciate, and I also like the ability to pick and choose qualities when I'm sharing appreciation. It's valuable for us as a remote organization to have this platform to share appreciation effectively. The initial setup was very easy, and that's another plus.
