I like using Kudos to compliment and commend my colleagues and team, especially when we achieve milestones or collaborate on initiatives. It's a user-friendly platform that makes rewarding and celebrating hard work easy. I also appreciate the public interaction aspect and that the points can be converted to cash value at the end of the year for gifts. Additionally, the timely email reminders to award Kudos points each month are really helpful.
