I use Kudos to show appreciation to my teammates who go above and beyond. It allows me to recognize coworkers who help me, and it feels rewarding. The AI feature is really helpful when making posts, making it quick and easy to use and helping me better articulate my thoughts. Additionally, the initial setup was seamless.

Kudos Makes Employee Recognition and Engagement Easy with positiveness
Overall my experience with Kudos is quite positive and it is very good platform if you want to recognize or give awards to your employees as employees can share their feedback, appreciation and recognization to their coworker. So yes I really liked this product because it improves employee engagement as well.
