I find the Kudos reward site is often down, which is really frustrating. Most times when I try to open it, there's a big chance it's not going to load. Also, 150 points a month isn't enough. I might give Kudos to a few people early in the month and not have any left for others I meet later. It would be great to have a system to upgrade the number of Kudos points available. I love how we can recognize our peers through a social media platform like so that everyone in the company can see what a great job/performance our peers are doing. I really appreciate using Kudos for recognizing and appreciating the work, support, and accomplishments of my team members, peers, and cross-functional team. Kudos provides a quick recognition process and creates a motivational effect on the receiver in no time. I use Kudos to reward my colleagues and recognize all the good deeds they're making. It makes the collaborations between departments more nice and active. What I like most is how easy it is to use and how happy it makes my colleagues, and on top of that they have nice rewards. Recently I wrote "MULTUMESC," which means thank you, and they were smiling after they got the message and the point. The initial setup was a 10 out of 10. I'd recommend it 100%. Great idea for making someone’s day! It’s so easy to use, and I really like that you can add GIFs. The gift options are great too, with a nice variety of choices. I think it would be great to have a feature that tells you when your points for that period of time is expiring so I do not forget to give recognition to people before my points expire. One area that could be improved is the inability to carry unused Kudos over to the following month. For example, if you’re out of the office towards the end of the month and still have Kudos available to give, you effectively lose the opportunity to recognise a colleague during that month.
