I believe what she means is, how can she request something to be added to the Reward catalog; in this case you'd ask the Kudos administrator of your company to have it added.

Joel has a good answer for you though Your Kudos Administrator might have defined for every amount of point a reward for it, you will need also to contact your Kudos Administrator for help.

on the upper left of the website ( after you log in ) click on the icon that gives you the choices rewards , me, etc. Click on the rewards icon and find the item you like and click on it . Follow the prompts to complete
