## Kudos Reviews
  ### 1. Makes Recognition Visible and Meaningful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin K. | Senior Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

What stands out most about Kudos is how it turns recognition into something visible, consistent, and meaningful—making appreciation part of the culture instead of an afterthought.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

What I like least about Kudos is that recognition can sometimes feel repetitive or surface-level, making it harder for truly meaningful contributions to stand out.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos solves the problem of recognition being inconsistent, invisible, or forgotten—especially in busy or distributed teams. It creates a centralized, transparent way to highlight contributions in real time, so people don’t have to rely on occasional shoutouts or annual reviews to feel valued.
For me, that means better visibility into what teammates are doing, stronger morale, and a more connected team culture. It also helps reinforce the behaviors and results that actually matter, which makes expectations clearer and recognition feel more aligned with impact rather than just effort.

  ### 2. Easy Recognition and Tangible Rewards That Boost Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth James D. | HR Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I was able to recognize people for their efforts while also giving them tangible rewards for it.
it also gives way to reward performance while giving feedback to their actions

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

giving more people to recognize talents and be able to interact with a bigger scope and larger audience makes kudos an enjoyable experience. It also give others platform to promote and share both professional and personal experience.

the usual downside is more on the availability as well as some possible accessibility issues

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More than just its capabilities, Kudos has helped me create the personal space to express myself and to recognize others’ help and achievements in the workplace.

  ### 3. Appreciate the Gratitude, But Forced Kudos Feel Insincere

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It’s a great way to thank someone without feeling awkward about saying it in person.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Being forced to use our Kudos points each month when it feels that nothing truly was deserving of recognition at the time.
It would be nice to see total Kudos for the year as well as all time. When looking up people that have been here months vs years it's hard to tell if they are making an impact currently or are in coast mode.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to see who is receiving Kudos showing that others feel they are going above and beyond.

  ### 4. Empowers Employee Recognition, Needs Streamlined Point Allocation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alloch B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to recognize employees and see how they're being recognized by colleagues across different departments. I like that my staff enjoys this recognition system. It serves as a great staff satisfier because employees know that managers will acknowledge their peers' efforts. I appreciate Kudos for allowing both management and employees to recognize each other. As a director, I really appreciate the dashboards that let me see which managers are giving out Kudos points and which employees are receiving them the most or the least.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish Kudos would let managers assign points right away when employees give recognition, instead of having to write another review. It would streamline the system and still show recognition from the management level.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps us recognize employees, fostering satisfaction by allowing management and employees to acknowledge each other. It provides a compliant and HR-approved way to reward staff, making recognition transparent across departments.

  ### 5. User-Friendly Experience That’s Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yang Y. | Manufacturing Specialist level 2 Team Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

User friendly and easy to navigate around site.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Kudos is easy to use and effective for employee recognition, but finding older recognitions and navigating certain features can sometimes take extra steps.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos addresses the need for consistent employee engagement by creating a simple and visible way to celebrate achievements and positive behaviors

  ### 6. Meaningful Recognition with Modern Tools

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshuman S. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I find Kudos to be quite user-friendly, intuitive, and very simple to use. It allows me to select the category of appreciation or success metrics I'm trying to share, whether it's a comment or recognition for someone on the platform. The ability to express in free form, along with the integration of different emojis and GIFs, makes it modern and engaging, especially for those who enjoy a more visual layer in our digital world. It's also embedded within a modern digital landscape, which seems appealing. The platform's public recognition feature allows appreciation to be visible to everyone, not just in emails, and shows what different project team members and squads are accomplishing. This visibility helps keep motivation levels high and fosters a sense of belonging. I like the single sign-on feature, which makes setting up Kudos uncomplicated, allowing for an easy experience with just an organizational email.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think the biggest feature that is missing at this point of time is the ability to share the link of a post when recognizing people. There should be a quick and easy button to share the link with people you appreciated or just notify them that they have been recognized. Another aspect that could be improved is including monetary benefits like vouchers as rewards, which could make recognition a more engaging and rewarding experience for recipients.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos solves our lack of a recognition system, allowing us to publicly acknowledge achievements and successes, boosting motivation and a sense of belonging among team members.

  ### 7. Effortless Recognition with Personal Touch

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how Kudos makes it easy to recognize people and give them something for their effort. I appreciate the messages that can be left to thank people, both in private and public mode. The public recognition allows others to see the great job someone has done, while the private option leaves room for more personal messages.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don’t like the messages or features it makes you leave, such as 'promoting trust and inclusion'. Some buttons that you have to choose from, like categories with certain messages, often don’t fit what I want to say.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to easily recognize people and thank them for outstanding work, both publicly and privately. It's a straightforward way to acknowledge effort, letting others see achievements publicly while allowing personal thankfulness through private messages.

  ### 8. Seamless Team Connection and Appreciation with Kudos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenya R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos allows you to accumulate points by the years you've been here. I also appreciate that it lets you send thank yous, which helps in showing appreciation and connecting the team. The dashboard is set up in different places and is easy to navigate, making it user-friendly. Kudos connects our team and helps us appreciate and see each other's hard work. It's a rewarding space that keeps us intuitive with what's going on within our company. The setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

N/A

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to show appreciation to coworkers, connecting our team and recognizing each other's hard work. It's an intuitive space that rewards people, and the dashboard and point system enhance communication, even with those not immediately available.

  ### 9. Empowers Recognition, Needs Better Reward System

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Delta H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for recognizing associates doing tasks that help others out. I appreciate how it helps you get to know someone better and shows gratitude. I like being able to thank someone for a good deed, and I think it shows what qualities you have in the workplace as an employee. The setup is easy too.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't like the point system because you have to have a bunch of points to purchase anything. The items that can be purchased with points should be lower so that more people will use Kudos.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize associates, helping me know them better and show gratitude. It allows me to thank someone for a good deed and highlights employee qualities at work.

  ### 10. Easy to Use Kudos with Handy Tagging and Reactions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Overall, it’s easy to use. I especially like being able to add tags just by clicking on them. I also like that I can respond to and react to other people’s kudos.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The feed gets messy very quickly. Most of the posts seem to be from or for people I don’t know. It’s also not very intuitive to find Kudos for an entire team or for specific project members.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A place to publicly and officially celebrate other people’s accomplishments, and to thank them for what they’ve achieved.

  ### 11. Invaluable for Team Incentives, Needs Better Redemption UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KAREN L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that every month I have Kudos to give to my coworkers. I also enjoy receiving them. I like that it's a good incentive for employees.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Redeeming gift cards is very complicated, the instructions are unclear and not all intuitive. I've had many problems trying to redeem my cards depending on the vendor. I had trouble logging in... in fact, now the only way I can log in is through Kudos emails and SSO, otherwise, I can't access the site. I can only send Kudos to my colleagues of my company Brandtech+; the others who are from Oliver don't appear, meaning I can only send them to coworkers in Mexico, not to the rest of my team based in Chicago. They definitely have a lot of room for improvement in their redemption points interface.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to give small monthly gifts to coworkers, encouraging teamwork and appreciation.

  ### 12. Fosters Team Recognition with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to share appreciation and recognition with my team, and I find it really beneficial. It's a good way to boost morale and encourage cross-team collaboration and engagement. I like how easy it is to use, how rewarding it is to recognize key players, and the variety of reward options provided. It's great that you can see what team members have done well and recognize those who might often go unnoticed. The Slack integration keeps Kudos top of mind, and the cash-out page provides a variety of options for gift cards that can be used for everyday things, such as quick lunches or refill purchases from Sephora or Amazon.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I'm looking forward to switching to the newer platform because the interface looks a lot more streamlined and less clunky as I think that will help people integrate the platform more in their day to day.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to boost morale, encourage cross-team collaboration, and engage my team. It highlights achievements and allows recognition for unnoticed efforts. Its Slack integration keeps it top of mind, and the variety of gift card options is great for quick lunches or small purchases.

  ### 13. Empowers Recognition with Rewarding Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alston F. | Digital Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like using Kudos to appreciate people easily, and it solves the problem of how to show appreciation to colleagues or managers. The rewards section is a favorite feature because I can actually redeem stuff, which is super valuable. It's not just about sending appreciation messages; I get something tangible from it. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't like that Kudos is limited per month. Maybe they could increase the limit because it's only 150. If I give Kudos to three people, it runs out, and then I can only send messages.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to appreciate my colleagues, solving the problem of how to express gratitude. The rewards section is super valuable as it allows me to redeem stuff, adding tangible benefits to the appreciation.

  ### 14. Morale-Building Recognition for Colleagues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

The ability to give recognition privately OR publicly to colleagues who have helped me.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I often don't remember that it exists. I usually end up with unused points to give out every month, not because I didn't want to show gratitude to people, but just because I forgot to.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shows people both within and beyond my unit the good work that is happening here. Otherwise people tend to overlook my unit. Rewarding people who do good work also helps with morale, as there are few other ways to recognize these folks at a public agency.

  ### 15. Kudos: Elevates Recognition with Ease, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to recognize efforts from my colleagues, and I appreciate the visibility it provides. It feels good to be recognized, and there's a tangible prize involved too. It inspires me to recognize the work of other colleagues, making for a better work environment when people are recognized. The initial setup was very easy; I don't even remember what I did to set it up.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It could be more integrated with the applications we use at work, sometimes going back to the web page adds more layers to the process.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize efforts from my colleagues, solving the problem of recognizing good work and increasing visibility of contributions. It inspires me to recognize colleagues, creates a better work environment, and offers tangible prizes which feel good.

  ### 16. Fun to use in a corporate environment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It's a useful tool for spreading a bit of positive verbal reinforcement across teams. The ability to collect points and redeem them for items is a welcome perk, and the system is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Not really any downsides to the product itself.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps provide praise to individuals or groups of people for their hard work. It's nice to have it documented all in one spot as well so that you can leverage any praise you may have received during year end performance reviews.

  ### 17. Effortless Recognition with Big Impact

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos is incredibly easy to use - it only takes a moment to recognize someone, and the process is simple enough that anyone can jump in without fuss. I also like that the appreciation doesn’t stay hidden within a small circle. Instead, it’s shared with a broader audience across the organization, so more teams and leaders can see the great work happening.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There is nothing that I can thing of to highlight as being negative

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps solve the problem of recognition staying limited to just a few people. Normally, when someone is praised, only their immediate team might know about it. Kudos changes that by highlighting great work enterprise‑wide, making contributions visible to the entire organization. This benefits team members by helping ensure that appreciation is shared openly and that the people making an impact get the visibility they deserve.

  ### 18. Clean Platform, Cost Concerns Impacting Engagement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly H. | Human Resources Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really like Kudos because the platform is clean and easy to train on. The social media-like feel of the dashboard helps our teams to communicate effectively with each other. I also appreciate the reporting features that allow us to see utilization and the shape of engagement. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and the integration was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The cost of the platform is currently not allowing us to give as much kudos and as much engagement as we would like, so we're actually reviewing other options.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos allows our employees to communicate and engage with each other on a clean platform. The social media-like dashboard fosters team communication, and the reporting features help us see utilization and engagement shaping.

  ### 19. Effortless Recognition with Tangible Rewards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really appreciate how Kudos helps me recognize my team and co-workers in a meaningful way. It is great at keeping track of achievements which is super useful. Kudos is easy to use and it's tied to tangible rewards, which adds an extra layer of motivation. I also like the AI assistance because it helps me type comments with more freedom. The initial setup was seamless, making the process hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think more flexibility when it comes to giving my points. It is fixed in a few categories, so sometimes it does not allow me to give them all away.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize my team meaningfully, track achievements, and it's easy to use. It connects to real rewards and AI helps me type comments freely.

  ### 20. Streamlining Recognition with Slack Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noe R. | Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like Kudos for its ease of use and Slack integration. The Slack channel for Kudos creates a sort of public newsfeed of recognition, making it easy for people to see and digest. It's a vast improvement from our old system, which sent emails that people tuned out. Kudos makes public recognition useful and thoughtful.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think it would be nice if the Slack integration allowed more functionality than just +1. For instance, if I could respond in a thread to a Kudos about me and have that feedback be sent back to the Kudos platform. So essentially, a deeper integration is what I'm looking for.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos lets us publicly recognize team members easily and thoughtfully. The Slack integration acts as a newsfeed, making recognition visible and easy to digest, unlike our old email-based system.

  ### 21. Fosters Team Spirit and Recognition Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline P. | Research Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

it makes it easy to recognize and celebrate the wins (whether big or small) across the team. It’s also motivating to scroll through the feed and see colleagues appreciating each other, and it really helps build a positive, supportive culture. Plus, it’s just nice to know that your efforts are seen and valued, even if it’s just a quick note or a few kind words.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Only few things to be improved, for example on redeeming points not always as seamless as I'd like. These are pretty minor issues really, nothing that would outweigh the benefits of using the platform.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos makes it easy to recognize and appreciate colleagues in real time, which helps boost morale and keeps everyone feeling valued even when we’re working remotely or across different teams. It solves the problem of good work going unnoticed by making recognition public and accessible, and it encourages a more positive, connected workplace where people are motivated to do their best.

  ### 22. Meaningful, Easy Recognition for Colleagues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

A meaningful way to provide feedback and recognition to colleagues who support you on your projects.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

That all the recognition is public. I dont need all my kudos to be fully public, it would be good if some are not posted

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highlighting work from people close to me. It benefits me because by providing kudos, I expecto to receive as well

  ### 23. Fosters Team Recognition Across Distances

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam K. | Conservation & Energy Management Program Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really like Kudos for the culture our team has developed around it. It's a playful environment where we use avatars or profile pictures that reflect our personalities outside of work. It creates a less buttoned-up atmosphere while still maintaining a nice balance of professionalism. I also find the small icon in the bottom right corner valuable as it offers an interesting breakdown of what people have given me kudos for, showing the different categories.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wasn't a fan of the admin settings. They needed adjustments, and it wasn't clear when there was an error. I tried to give someone points, but it said I'd already gifted too many. The default gifting settings weren't clear about the limits or why the error was happening.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps my team feel less self-conscious and more appreciated, especially when we work remotely across different offices. It's a great way to share thanks and provide kudos when we're distant from each other.

  ### 24. Organization-Wide Recognition That Really Reaches Everyone

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

The specific focus on recognition - and the reach across the organization.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The login process requires multi-step verification, which is understandable, but the extra steps often get in the way and make it harder to use. I also don’t like that it isn’t better integrated with the other HRIS tools we’re already using.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a platform to publicly acknowledge team members, and I like that it’s focused specifically on that. It helps my staff know that I’m thinking about them and that I appreciate them. The posts also don’t get lost in the large volume of emails everyone receives.

  ### 25. Easy Employee Recognition Across the Company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

The opportunity to recognize employees at any location across the company and to be able to view those as well.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I do not like the option to have different locations. Currently it only allows to send General Messages or Kudos by city. It would be most helpful if we could also sort by location within the company (for companies that have multiples locations across the US).

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping to build engagement and increase morale.

  ### 26. Great for Employee Recognition, but Point Expiration Limits Bigger Rewards

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** april p. | Pharm tech, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos allows me to recognize my fellow employees for all the good work they do.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I was not made aware for several months that our points go away each month if not used. I do wish that they would accumulate so that I could really acknowledge others with a big bang when deserved.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

no problem

  ### 27. Easy to Use but Lacks Merchant Options

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** peang s. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I find Kudos really easy to use, which helps me a lot at work. It's great for acknowledging my colleagues, making collaboration smoother. Setting it up was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I feel it needs more options as available merchants.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos for work to give colleagues acknowledgment, improving collaboration. It's easy to use.

  ### 28. Feel-Good Gratitude Platform with Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wiktoria K.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like using Kudos to praise and thank colleagues when they support me with difficult issues, and it feels good to say thank you with a small gift. I like the pie chart showing how many points of what kind I have, as it helps me see how others may see me and how I can improve. I also enjoy the shower of stars or glitter after I give kudos to people, as it makes me feel like I did something nice. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Kudos to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It signs me out too early when I am getting on with work. The Kudos shop link can be a bit slow to open and load.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 29. Boosts Morale with Easy Recognition Sharing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabrielle M. | Senior People Operations Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really like Kudos for its ability to let us share positive recognition and read comments from others, which keeps us informed about the positive things happening throughout the business. This helps us see and celebrate what others have accomplished.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

One thing I have always struggled with Kudos is when you receive an e-card. It's hard to go back and find that after people have signed it. Just having a place where those are potentially saved could be beneficial or nice for others to be able to save those.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Kudos creates a space for employees to share positive recognition, boosting morale and giving something to look forward to.

  ### 30. Fosters Community, Needs Better Rewards Value

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos reminds us of each other's birthdays and anniversary dates, so no one is left behind. It also provides a view of how all the employees across our agency are doing. Kudos helps us build a sense of community instead of just working to work, allowing us to still connect with each other.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The amount of code to give out to employees and coworkers could be improved. The gifts and rewards amount could be more affordable for easier point redemption. This would help achieve immediate gratification for doing well. Also, while the setup was very easy for me, I can't say the same for the entire company.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Kudos helps us give more compliments and acknowledgment, providing rewards for staff to buy items for luxury or self-care.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how Kudos streamlines the process of rewards and recognition, allowing employees to choose rewards based on their recognition. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. I find the metrics related to team performance in recognition and giving recognition very useful, as well as the data regarding birthdays and service anniversaries, which makes it easy to recognize employees. I enjoy seeing who on my team has been recognized and who is giving out recognition, and I like seeing which attributes were tagged with my team's recognition. The metrics help me remind people to leverage the Kudos platform. The initial setup was very straightforward, and we've got wide adoption across my team.

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like being able to directly thank my coworkers for their time without involving management. I use it all the time, and I try for at least two or three times a week.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I dislike that my employer doesn't allow me to send points with the kudos. I would like every one of my thanks to my coworkers to come with at least some point that can equal a reward for their time and how great they are.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I get a Kudos it makes me feel valued. This isn't something that is just being to told me second-hand. This is something someone is taking time out of their day to do for me. This means something.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara T.

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate Kudos for its rewarding system that allows me to earn points, which I can use to purchase items like a new phone. This aspect is highly motivating as it encourages both personal and team engagement by recognizing individuals' achievements, fostering a positive work environment. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, making it accessible without any cumbersome onboarding processes. Additionally, I value the platform's ability to recognize colleagues' contributions, thereby building a more cohesive team. This rewarding and recognition system seems to efficiently address the need for acknowledging everyday efforts and accomplishments, although there is room for improvement to include those who might not be involved in special projects.
