What do you like best about Float.com?

Mobile app's use for scheduling is not extremely easy to see a medium to long term time frame.

What do you like best about Float.com?

What do you like best about Float.com?

It's overall very simple to use and the visuals are great - I'm able to very quickly understand the availability of my teammates and see which projects they are on and the timelines for all the projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float.com?

Adding PTO within a timeline of a project is somewhat confusing (I often end up deleting the entire project by accident and have to re-add it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Float.com?

We use the zapier integration to connect float to salesforce. This is how we automatically have our salesforce projects in float. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We plan about 160 resources and have well over 2000 projects. Sometimes float gets pretty flow and the scheduling takes a while becuase of the auto complete feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like best is the ability to be emailed my daily schedule every day. The colorful calendar interface is super easy to view. The general UI is clear and easy to use for a range of different users. The ability to filter the calendar down so as to only see a selection of users schedules is good too. Consider how many licences you may need - include the first administrator. Licensing is on a per-resource to be scheduled basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had to keep track of what our resources are up to - contractors, in-house staff etc. to ensure we don’t over-commit and deliver projects on time. There was no tool for this before so a quick implementation and ease of use were essential.
