"Good team project scheduling software"

What do you like best about Float.com?

The click+drag on tasks makes maintaining schedules easy. The Schedule view allows all users of a team to see who is doing what and when in real-time, helping with collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float.com?

There could be a way to a specific set of members to a team (and have multiple teams) and then have that "team" be assigned to specific projects rather than selecting individual participants each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Float.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

When there are multiple projects on at once, it's hard for each member of a team to prioritise their tasks and see where others are at; this tended to lead to each member seeing wrong priorities and/or spending a lot of time discussing each others' schedules. Calendar Integration should be improved in the following area:

1. ability to choose calendars to sync.

2. sync more than one calendar and choose the project each calendar goes into.

It is very easy to manage the time of your employees. it has very useful charts where you can see the overview of the time and resources. Easily can manage your resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Float.com?

It is a great program that allows you to see what everyone is working on and can allow you to keep track of the projects that are at work and when they need to be completed by Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float.com?

Not too much that I can think of that I dislike about the product - the one thing I don't love is that you can't split a project across multiple days with a break in the middle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the ability to split tasks -- you can! This is available in the right-click menu, or 'S' shortcut key. Select Split, then click the task you want to divide. Hope this helps!

I'd like to be able to export the graphs and tables as PDFs. Exporting as Xls is good but adds more work in excel afterwards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
