What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?

There are some limitations when it comes to configuration, especially in cases where you can’t set something beyond the available options. It helps us manage the entire hire-to-retire process in one place, whether it’s posting jobs, onboarding, or maintaining employee data throughout their service and through termination.
