What do you like best about Culture Amp?

The platform is exceptionally intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing surveys to be completed in minutes. Most importantly, the strict focus on confidentiality and reporting thresholds gives employees the psychological safety needed to share honest, candid feedback that actually drives workplace improvements. What do you dislike about Culture Amp?

During performance review cycles, navigating between peer feedback, goal histories, and self-evaluations can feel somewhat clunky. A side-by-side view or a more flexible text editor would make writing comprehensive peer reviews and self-reflections much easier than constantly switching between different tabs and sections. Culture Amp solves the communication gap between everyday employees and executive leadership. It can often feel intimidating to raise concerns directly, but the platform provides a structured, confidential channel to voice what is and isn't working. It benefits me by ensuring leadership has clear data on team morale and can make tangible improvements to company policies and our day-to-day work environment.
