# How customizable are Time Off and performance reviews in ADP Workforce Now for you?

We like that ADP Workforce Now keeps everything centralized across Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent, Compensation, Recruitment, and Reporting and Analytics, with employee data flowing together. But we have run into limits customizing Time Off (it can allow employees to go over accrued hours between service levels) and the Talent performance review tool (we want another section of questions). On the plus side, the analytics benchmarking for jobs and locations has helped with compensation decisions across multiple states. How have you handled these customization gaps, and what workarounds have worked for you?
