- Health benefits administration

ADP Totalsource operates as a &quot;co-employer&quot; similar to an employee outsourcing company or PEO.  Your employees still work for you but functions like HR, payroll, workers&#39; comp and benefits are run through ADP, virtually eliminating the need for full-time, in-house experts.
