ADP will share employment responsibilities with the client, and provide the following:
- Compliance guidance and assistance
- Payroll and tax administration and support
- Health benefits administration
- Support for your business regarding workplace safety
- EPLI coverage for your business
- Workers' Comp insurance and assistance with end-to-end claims process

ADP Totalsource operates as a "co-employer" similar to an employee outsourcing company or PEO.  Your employees still work for you but functions like HR, payroll, workers' comp and benefits are run through ADP, virtually eliminating the need for full-time, in-house experts.
