What is most helpful about ADP DataCloud is the ability to customize the data based on the needs of the company. As an HR professional, I can appreciate the ease of gathering this information without having to go to our data analytics team. I can customize data to needs and understanding. I wouldn't say that I dislike anything. I would say that sometimes it gives you more information than needed and you have to remember to change settings or you will get reports with way too many fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not a current user with ADP DataCloud but I used ADP DataCloud in my previous company and I was able to keep myself update with benefits, time and attendance, payroll and any referrals that I have shared with HR team using ADP and that was all in one place, easy to track and get information I want. Sometime its too complex for new users and also the customization limitation where some users noted that while dashboards are customiziable there are limitation in terms of the depth and the flixiblity of the customization. When an employee exits the company, but still receives a pension, they are listed as an active employee in the system. This is appropriate for HR, but it causes reporting issues for BI.
